Description of Work: Original deal price was fully refunded when the after 4pm third party answering service was very unprofessional. After talking to the GM of Precision service was provided on time with a new schedule and very well done.

Description of Work: Came for a check up of the garage door with an Angie's list special. Had them also do the recommended jobs for the garage door was 17 years old and had never been worked on so felt it was about time to update the parts and keep it in good working order.

Description of Work: The repairman came in and gave a full diagnosis of our garage. There were more problems than just needing the rollers needing replaced, so we had all repairs made. They did a great job, were very professional, and of course would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: The technician, Doug, showed up on time for the appointment we made that day and quickly diagnosed the fixes needed to get the door working again. He gave of two options to repair the door and explained them so I could make an informed decision. He completed the repairs in time frame he gave us and cleaned up after he was done.

Description of Work: POGD changed out the door's weather stripping and oiled all of its moving parts. This didn't take very long, and the technician was very pleasant and informative as he worked. I feel that the discounted price was a fair value for the work. I was satisfied with the service and glad to have a tightly sealed, squeak-free door.
