Very pleased. An interior part was broken. The tech diagnosed the problem and showed the broken part to me. He had a replacement in his truck and replaced it quickly.

They were excellent. Now the thing is so quite you cant hear it when you are standing next to it. Excellent job. I give them top all the way across the line. It wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny. I am sure it was probably over $500. Basically what they did is they rebuilt the thing. The guys who came out were just very professional and knew what they were doing. But like I said they redid everything. The only thing that didn't get done was the door its self. The rollers, the motor, the took all the chains out and put in a belt. It is about 1000 times better. She had a question on the cords and stuff and they connected her to a guy in the field and told her exactly how to do it. These are good guys. You get what you pay for. It was reasonable. They came out the next day. I would give them an A all the way through. If I have to have anything done again I will go to them. I would say they were out there a half a day. There were 2 guys, and they left the area clean.

Everything went well. I wish he would of showed me everything they did because I am not sure how it cost $450. However, they were friendly and professional.

I called late morning and had a technician on-site within hours. Received phone calls from both the main office, as well as the technician advising me of estimated arrival time. Technician analyzed the problem, provided options for repair and performed the work after I approved one of the options presented. Professional and pleasant. No complaints and exceeded my expectations on time to repair.

Bob B was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain what was going on and gave several options on how to fix the issue. You could tell it was a genuine interaction as he didn't try to "sell" us on things we didn't need. He offered all different types of services to fix our issue and provided estimated timelines on how long those solutions would last. Even by going with all the recommended options, it didn't break the bank, they were done within a few hours and the garage is perfect, smooth and quiet! We continue to recommend this company for the great work they do with a professional attitude! Thanks again!

The follow up with the salesman to place an order on doors did not go well. He did not listen well and it took time to insure the correct order was being placed. Dealing with the main office and scheduling was very professional. Two installers arrived on time and put doors and remotes in but failed to mention that our exterior keypad would no longer work with the new system. This required an additional service call. They also left some old equipment from the old system on the ceiling rather than removing that when the new insatallation was made. All the techs were on time and courteous.

Was very please with the service. I was a bit disappointed in the high price paid. I had to request a payment plan. If not, $760.00 was very difficult to come up with at that time.

The service was awesome. They came out the day after I called them. It only took them about an hour to do everything. I haven't had any problems since.

Chris was very professional, he explained everything he was doing and was very neat and tidy when working. I would definitely not hesitate to call him again if i'm in need.

We agreed on price date and time to do the job. No one showed up. Next time the guy came 2 hours late only to tell me I wasn't given all info about the unit and that I am not going to be happy with the system.... What kind of a company is that? who will do business with a company like that?

It went well. They didn't try to sell something I didn't need. They lubed everything, they adjusted the up/down operation of the door, and checked the safety sensor's function. I am calling them out again this year for a checkup/tune-up; I should have done this last year as well.. If you purchased your door from them, there is never a service charge for a trouble call, which is a nice perk.

It went very well. They were very responsive, he came out quickly and he got the job done very fast.

Christian W. was out technician and was wonderful. He was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and even showed us how to work the garage if electricity went out. We did have other parts replaced as the underlying reason for the cables fraying. The ball bearing, rollers, and spring. He also lubricated everything. Our garage system is only 3 yrs old, so it was surprising it already was breaking and the cost to repair. However, you get what you pay for. We now have a 5 yr warranty and great customer service. When we called Precision Saturday night we got a live person and Christian was on his way by 0800 Sunday. He called before arrival which was appreciated. Also we did initially call the company who installed our garage system but never got a call back. This is the first time we used Precision and would use again.

I had a great experience . Ed the technician showed up on time with a smile and great personalty. I explained what I wanted and wanted a worse case scenario on the doors. The price was not where I wanted to be at so we prioritized the work - most important to not as important. With 3 doors you have that luxury. I had all the work completed that i wanted and everything is working great. I would definitely use them again, and of course would request Ed as my Technician. I would have never know about them unless I used Angie's List.

HORRIBLE from the beginning. First I set the appointment between 6pm and 10pm when I would be home from working all day and they called at 10:20 am asking if they could come by then because they happened to be in the neighborhood. I told them no come after 6pm! So come to find out there van happened to have been in my yard when they were calling to see if they could come in. Second, around 5pm they said they were 10 minutes away. Again I reminded them that I set the appointment for 6pm and the guy (joe) appeared to be offended by the customer (me) telling him I was not going to be there. So I get home and he him and his associates that he called little Joe was with him and the do the inspection and give me an estimate for the work. The go on about how other stuff was broken and that that it would need to be replaced and come back with a bill of over $600 to fix it. I tell them NO and to vacate my property and that I did not want an estimate sent to me. So a few hours later I check my email and guess what I got? Yep an email with an estimate from them. So I read it and the the line that got to me was "PROBABLYLACK OF RESEARCH ON REPAIR". Um excuse me? First off you do not write that on an estimate you are sending a customer! Second, I did my research and the cost of replacing the spring was only around $150. Third, I had asked them not to send me anything and yet they still did, so I called another person, they came out fixed my door in under 30 minutes and charged me the $150 and told me I had the best door in the neighborhood. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM!

Initial installation went a bit awry. Had to call back and company returned to redo. The new weather seal was then swapped out for an upgraded stripping at no additional charge and correctly installed. Works very good now
