Excellent! They were very responsive and were able to replace both garage door openers. The tech worked **** ** this all-day job, and by the time he finished we had two brand new and quiet garage door openers.

It was okay. They were fairly expensive. I wasn't really excited about the service. I don't think I would use them again. It just seemed like it was too expensive for fixing the garage door. He caught me at a vulnerable time. I had just gotten out of the hospital and I just wanted it fixed.

All work was done in a professional and courteous manner.

Bob did a fantastic job. He gave me options, explained everything in detail without rushing. He made sure I understood everything he was doing, and he completed the job with high professionalism and he was also very pleasant. Highly recommended!

Went well but technician indicated the gentleman who made the quote made some errors, which he corrected.

Chris, the technician, arrived on time & was very nice & professional. I shared with him that I thought I had done something to one of the sensors during my rush to store items in my garage in preparation for Hurricane Irma. He quickly noticed that I had twisted the sensor so that is was pointing down instead of across to the sensor on the other side. That took about 3 minutes & then he explained that it was going to cost me $150.00 even though it was a very simple and quick fix (guess this is their service charge) and asked if I wanted to clean and oil the garage door since this way he could give me a little more for my money. He went ahead & did that & was kind to give me an honest update on the state of my garage door & motor. I really appreciated Chris & the quick service, but was disappointed that it cost me so much money. I did not ask, but I wish they could have given me a discounted price since it was right after the hurricane & it was a less than 5 minute fix. A rep from Precision Overhead Garage Door called me regarding my review on Angies List & after talking for a few minutes she said that they would reimburse me the service fee since no one had told me about it when I had called for service on 9/13. I thought this was wonderful of them & I really appreciated this. I would definitely recommend them. Just received the check today. They keep their word & this is something I look for in a company.

Might technician John Tsangarinos, was professional, intelligent, courteous, and very experienced. He advised me that he could do the regular maintenance but there was no guarantee that the spring wood hold and not loosened up in the near future, or break while trying to tighten the spring. He also advised me that my garage door was in good shape and really didn't need new rollers and was in good shape. He said that I could use the money I paid for the tuneup towards fixing the spring instead of paying for both, which would've been a waste of money. I obviously took his advice and replace the spring.

Showed up on schedule and completed with in 45 minutes. Great job, very nice and helpful with my questions.

Brittany at the office was very helpful and Jordan (who did the work) was very knowledgeable, hard working, fast and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need.

They were very responsive - came out quickly & remedied the problem. They also explained a few maintenance tricks sovthat o could prevent future emergencies.

Springs/track could not be repaired. Too much rust. The entire track and springs need to be replaced. I did not have the funds to replace at the time. Will call to replace soon. I appreciated the service call was free.

They scheduled repair quickly arrived as promised and completed repair within 2 hours. They explained the scope of work and quoted prices on the spot.

They were good. I loved them. They were the best, so friendly and worked really good. I report to all my family, my brother my sister, they do all for them. The price was really good. I will use them again in the future. They will service my garage for now on.

Started with a request to replace a broken cable. My wife was home and was first told both cables had to be replaced and if the springs were older than 3 years, they had to be replaced or the work couldn't be done. Then informed ‘drums’ were bad and had to be replaced. Then told the belt on the garage door opener was damaged and offered to replace it for $250 (the best available brand new opener would cost that much). Then informed the rollers needed to be replaced. At this point, I had had enough and, knowing I was stuck between a rock and hard place to get the repair done, told him to just complete the work needed to get the garage door to operate. Cost: 2 springs @$180 each, 2 drums @ $75.00 each, 1 cable set @ $110, fuel surcharge @ $20 and ‘shop supplies’ @ $44. With $50 ‘discount coupon’, total bill $634. I should have been told all the work that needed to be done and the total cost BEFORE the work was started.

GET SECOND OPINION! After replacing logic board the garage door worked. However, the serviceman proceeded to use SCARE tactics that my child or someone could get hit by the door if I didn't replace springs immediately for $900+. Felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman when he called his boss and came back with $700+ offer at 6pm only if I purchased right then. Got 2nd opinion and was told springs are older but DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED AT THIS TIME and safety features were in place.

Couldn't come out until next dsy but they were on time and price fair. Service was great and we even reset my garage key pad. Second time I've used them.

The service professional arrived on time and did an excellent job of installing the new garage door opener and spring. He explained my options and told me approximately how long the job would take. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work although the price was higher than I anticipated.

It was late in the afternoon when this happened and we called Precision. We didn't think they would be able to come out the same day. Much to our surprise and relief they said a technician (David) was out on a job and would be able to come in an hour or so. He first said he thought he could fix it by replacing a component, but then discovered he didn't have one for our unit and would have to replace the whole unit. We agreed to that and he spent the evening removing the old unit and putting in a new one as well as programming the new opener in our car. In addition he had to deal with some very nosy and intrusive neighbors who interfered with the work process. We were pleased that we were able to get the replacement done so quickly and were impressed with David, the technician. We suspect that we paid a premium rate for the service, but since it was done so quickly, we feel it was worth it. Would we recommend them? You bet. We'd ask for David again.

They showed up on time and after watching the garage door go up and down twice told me I needed a brand new garage door motor and track because mine was too old and they don't make parts to fix mine. The kid wrote some stuff down on a plain sheet of paper, $560 for the base model motor and up to $660 for the best belt driven motor. I said thanks, but no thanks and he said that he had to charge me $50 for a service call since I didn't "buy anything". The next garage door company that came out fixed my garage door with a $30 part. Don't waste your time with Precision
