They did a wonderful job. They came right away when I called. They were very personable and quick. He knew exactly what was wrong, and he fixed it right away. He seemed very professional. Everything went fine.

He arrived on schedule. This screen door is better than the door that was installed when I had my house built. Very high quality. I highly recommend Steve!

I called Patio Door Repair and it was very easy to setup an appointment within a couple days. They arrived early for the appointment (calling ahead to let me know they would arrive early). Once they arrived, they quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable cost estimate. They then did a great job. The sliding glass door is operating just like it was new. I am very happy with the service I received from Patio Door Repair.

My expectations were meet in all respects and exceeded in the results of his work. Responsive, answers phone right away, returns calls within hours. Don't be surprised if when you call, he is in the middle of a job abs asks to call you back. He is very busy, but makes a point of returning calls. Owner - operator, I would use him again.

From the time I first called Mr. Steve Leonard, he was very professional and personable. He gave me an estimate of charges I should expect. I made an appointment with him and he said he would arrive at 8:00am sharp on the day we agreed upon. He actually arrived at 7:55am. Steve did a fantastic job and completed the work in about four hours. His labor costs and materials were very reasonable for the work he performed. The cost was exactly as he had estimated. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone needing patio sliding door repairs/replacements. My wife and I are very pleased with his work, his professionalism and dependability.

Found patio door repair from a job we performed , we saw his angies list advertising on one of their work vans. Contacted the owner, he gave us a phone quote and then we scheduled a date for repairs to be made. The owner came out and made all the repairs to the doors and everything went as planned. We were extremely pleased with the work that he performed on our patio doors. The one door was almost impossible to open with two hands and now it glides open easily with one hand. The second door was not quite as bad, but after the new rollers were put on, it was just as easy to open. We don't know why we put up with the doors opening poorly all these years. We now have very smooth gliding patio doors and were truly impressed with how quick and inexpensive it was to have them fixed. I would highly recommend Steve Leonard to service your patio doors.

Steve arrived promptly, calling first. Got to work right away and accessed the problem. He had all the tools he needed to set up a little mini-shop on my lanai and set to work. It was a challenge for him, but he did an excellent job - even replacing a 'rigged' part that now replaced, makes the door much smoother to open and close. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend his services.

A person named Leonard came out. I wasn't there at the time the job was done, but we have used him before. His price was the best among all the others that we got back then. He did a good job back then as well as this time. We are pleased. The door rollers work really well. We will be calling him again.

I had a sliding patio door that took two hands and a lot of effort to open/close. I called Steve and scheduled an appointment for late in the week. He showed up EXACTLY on time and went right to work. He took time to explain what he was doing and I ask a lot of questions. He completed the repair quickly and cleaned up including vacumming the track out. The sliding door slides with one finger, NO JOKE, ONE FINGER! I wish I had called him years ago. Very efficient, professional and neat. Perfect!! I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. He also installed safety locks on my other two doors.

Gave estimate over phone based on age of house and trouble I was having. Arrived on time, called before arriving, went directly to work, and finished up in an hour. Price was what was quoted on phone and the door can now be opened with one finger.

When I first called, I thought Steve sounded a little gruff - but went ahead and scheduled the appointment. Not only did he show up on time,he called me to say he was running ahead of schedule, would it be OK to come earlier, then he called again to let me know he was on his way. He was in and out in half an hour and my door slides like new! With one finger! Steve was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend him!

The prices were a bit high but he did excellent work. I believe I got what I paid for. He was very prompt and came out very quick.

These two doors would hardly move. Now they slide with the nudge of a finger. We never thought it possible that these doors would move this easily after we have put up with them hardly moving for years. Should have done this a long time ago.

Steve showed up at 1:30 pm today and came in determined to get the job done right away!! He was AWESOME in showing us that was wrong and why (the frame was sagging and explained who we might need to fix it in the furture! Steve gave us our options on how to fix the track (we should have called him 2 years ago), he fixed the door and installed the handl I had bought at Home Depot but screws were too long - he went to his truck to find the right length screws and warmed me to be careful when opening the slider so we don't hurt our hands opening the door. Steve is AWESOME and so REASONABLE in his price!! I recommended him to two friends tonight alone!

He was able to replace the rollers without taking this heavy glass door off of the track. The door is 8ft high and 4 ft wide and is very heavy.

The sliding glass doors on our home were so difficult to open that we frequently gave up and simply did not attempt to use them for access to our patio. Frankly, we believed there was nothing we could do until a neighbor suggested we have Steve look at the doors. We did not know until he arrived that his work had already been given rave reviews by other Angie's List members. Steve arrived on time. His work was neatly and efficiently done in the span of four hours. We could not be more pleased with his work. Thanks to Steve, we now have easy access to our patio and - essentially - a new section of our home has been opened to us. No question, we would not only hire him again, but would recommend him to anyone who asks for a referral.

He was punctual and we really like him. He seems to be very knowledgeable so we?ve called him for advice on other things. He is no-nonsense; he comes in to do the job and doesn?t mess around.

He installed nylon rollers and now the doors work good as new!

Overall, a very good experience on all fronts

He's very polite, he shows up when he says that he will be there, he cleans up after himself, he explains what he is repairing, and he'll explain options or other routes that you can take. I live on the water so the salt water deteriorates my windows. He replaced the rollers on my doors several years ago and I can open my doors with my little finger they work so well.

Went well. Firm knew what he was doing. Repaired it quickly and properly.
