Steve showed up on time and went right to work. True to his word, he came in got the job done right and left. I am very happy that contractors like Steve still exist. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I highly recommend.

It went very well. He was here on time and got straight to work. Explained what he was doing as he did it. After he left, a few days later the door began to slide slightly open again. I gave him a call and he was back within a few days to fix it for no extra cost. Would recommend.

Steve was punctual and efficient. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing. I had a few questions a week or so after he left and he kindly took the time to help me. The doors are all working perfectly now. I would DEFINITELY recommend him.

I'd recommend Patio Door Repair over others. My door track had a big dip in it that was constantly making the large door jump off the track. I called several different places on Angies List (I always use Angies now) about fixing my door. They were all what I would have considered expensive for the work, but Patio Door Repair took the time to explain the different options for new tracks and rollers, and offered me the choice of different tracks. No one else did. He offered me a higher quality track that the others did not, and when he came out he was professional, and got it done quickly with no wasted time. Door is smooth as silk :)

Arrived as scheduled. Inquired what the problem was. demonstrated to him the problem. had the necessary parts on his truck to accomplish the repairs. Was very knowledgeable , friendly and explained in detail what the repair encompassed. I would recommend Steve Leonard to do repairs on patio doors without reservation.

They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and charged what they said they would. Outstanding service! Owner operated and he takes pride in his work!

He charged me a trip charge of $90, $50 for the handles, and $100 an hour for labor. He took the doors off of the rollers and claimed that I asked for the rollers to be fixed. He moved furniture around unnecessarily. He deducted $50 from the original estimate. The door handle is still loose.

Our sliding glass door had been squeaky and very hard to slide for a long time. We weren't sure if it could even be fixed, but decided to call Patio Door Repair to make a service appointment. Steve, the owner, came out right on time on the day of the appointment and got to work. In a very short time he had it sliding like new, maybe even better than new! Steve was very professional and did a excellent job. The doors never work so good. We are very please with the work he did. We would definitely refer Patio Door Repair to our friends.

Steve contacted us in a very timely manner. He listened to me explain our problem with our patio doors and assured me that a quick fix of our screen at the local hardware store would no doubt take care of our troubles. AMAZING! Steve is 100% professional and knows his stuff! I was given estimates from $1,000 up to $2,500 for repair or replacement. Thank goodness I called Steve! For $160 he took my door from barely moving or locking to a one finger (pinky finger) operation. Brand new door and fully operational and done in 45 mins! He estimated 2-2.5 hours since he hadn't seen the door, which I was fully expecting knowing it's age and horrible operation at the time. I am so happy with this service and HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent! I was afraid I would need new doors, but he took off the panels and replaced the roller on one, cleaned the tracks, and even fixed the locking latch and fixed the rubber holding the glass in. Now the doors slide like they never have before, and I saved a lot of money. I would recommend this company to everyone. I emailed them on the weekend, they contacted me first thing Monday and set up appointment for Wednesday when I would be available. Very fast response.

I give him an a+ for sure. Some of the doors he could not work on as there is a settling problem. But he be back once we get the foundation problem fixed. He was timely, professional, fast, way under budget, and I never imagined the doors could be restored so beautifully!

Great. Initially sent pictures and description of door so parts could be ordered. Work was scheduled 2 weeks out to get the parts from special order. Showed up on time and on schedule. Very efficient and did a great job with something that was not "cookie cutter" so some extra effort was required.

I have read many reviews praising Patio Door Repair for the quality service they provided. But, I thought my case had different considerations. I had two wide doors with dual pane glass making them awkward and extra heavy to move. The original factory installer said they'd be almost impossible for him to get them to slide easily......and he didn't. So for 15 years my wife and I have developed muscles struggling to open or close the doors. When the doors almost completely locked up I called Steve who is PDR. He came a little early on the appointed day only after calling to see if that would be convenient for us..He listened unfazed to my recitation of how log I had the problem.. Because of the door weight and clearance issues Steve found he could not replave the rollers in the usual way by removing the doors from the frame. Instead, he partially disassembled the doors while in-place to gain access, then replaced the existing rollers with better quality parts. Upon completion, the doors slid with a gentle touch of one finger. Steve knows what he has to do and does it well and quickly. My wife and I are very pleased with PDR and highly recommend them.

Steve was FANTASTIC! He was on time (actually, a tad early) which worked out perfectly for me. He was thorough, clean, quick, and very informative. He took my 3-panel sliding glass doors from "unmoveable" to being able to be opened with a single finger. I couldn't be happier with Steve. As a matter of fact, I already had one of my co-workers use him yesterday, and she just came to my office and told me how ecstatic she is with the work he did. The work was performed by Steve Leonard, the owner. He removed the large sliding doors and replaced the rollers, adjusted the door frames and tracks, and repaired latches and locks where needed. The doors had been very difficult to open and close. When Steve was done, the doors could be operated with one finger.

My 8'x4' patio door was very hard to open/close -- I was getting an upper body workout just trying to open the door! Steve's reviews were very good, so I called him and we set up an appointment. He was very prompt (even called me because he was a bit early to ask if it was OK). He diagnosed the problem immediately, removed the door, and had it fixed within 1/2 hour. Whatever he installed on that door was magic....it now operates literally with fingertip control! Steve is extremely professional, and treated me and my home with respect. I will definitely call him if I need further service. And,now I need to find another way to get my upper body workout.....
