A bit messy, and the clean-up was less than I would have liked, but the construction was sound and Jim is quite the adherant to code. Needed to take detailed notes as to what work was agreed on and on who buys what as the job progressed. These became important details. Don't forget the final inspection.

Jim was very pleasant to deal with. He kept good lines of communication open till he got on site. Work was performed at high quality level, and he cleaned up the job site after he was done. Cost was fair.

Jim and Dale did an excellent job on finishing our basement and completed the project a week earlier than we expected. They kept us involved in every detail of the project to be sure we were happy every step of the way. We received a dozen proposals, but PJ&J had one of the best values and assured us each of our requests would be made possible.
