After Hur. Irma I was having a hard time finding someone(licensed) to repair my water heater area that was wet. Jim responded to my request and I had an appt the next day. I approved his quote and he came the next day and did the removal and replaced new drywall. He kept me informed of my options and did exactly what I wanted. Very reasonably priced. I will be contacting him soon with a list of things to do :-)

Jim repaired a light switch, patched a wall, and installed some baseboard. All three were completed in quick order and well done.

Jim has good knowledge of most areas of construction. He did tile work, painting, installing blinds, came up with good ideas to solve problems in my home. 2 week + job done professionally and in a timely manner. Would use Jim again and recommend to friends.

He arrived on time, did an excellent job of cutting cabinet 6" in order to correctly reinstall a over the range microwave that was previously incorrectly installed. He had to cut existing overhead cabinet doors which he did with perfection. I high recommend his quality of craftsmanship.

Jim did a great job with putting a light fixture on a already existing ceiling fan that wasn't wired for light. It took longer than expected but was worth it!!
