He came out and re-rafted it the correct way, made a couple of fine adjustments and lubricated the rail, and it is as good as new. I used them five years ago to have the same work done with garage door. He also reprogrammed my car, so it would open the garage door and they are good people. They were professional, responsive and punctual.

Overhead Door of Clearwater is a good company and they did a great job. They were able to come out very quickly and they had very reasonable prices. They were very prompt and very curtious. They also seemed to know what they were doing.

They were very thorough and wanted to make sure the job was done right, without question.

They came out on time and fixed the spring that had broken. I was not surprised by the price, it seems to be average. I also liked that I got a discount for being an Angie's List member.

They were very good. They were very polite and directed to try and make the right decisions. They were very straight forward and honest with us. The price that was quoted was reasonable.

They arrived on time and fixed the garage door. Because this was a repair to a previous repair they only charged for service call and parts.

The installers arrived at 1 pm when I was told that they would be there at 8 am, which was a pain because I had arranged my schedule to accommodate the original time. They were neat and efficient, cleaned up everything and the door works great. The only problem is they installed the wrong door. I paid for a door with windows and this one doesn't have windows.

OH Door came out and gave us an estimate. I was very happy with Dennis and his knowledge of the different products and didn't feel that he was trying to sell us something that we didn't need. After finding out about the My Safe Florida Home program, we had a wind inspection, & it was determined that we did need to have our garage door replaced, along with our garage door opener. I was happy to learn that OH Door was one of the approved contractors for the program to have the door replaced. I called Dennis & he gave me an updated price because that program required an impact-rated door. We decided to go with them. It took a couple of wks for the door to come in & we set a date to have it installed. The guys came & luckily before they took our door down (in the rain), they noticed a problem with the new door, so they called Dennis to tell him & while I was standing there, Dennis called me to say that they would have to order another door, another 2 wks. Once it came in, they were out to install & it took about 3 hrs. One thing that I DIDN"T LIKE, was that they had some issues with it fitting because the cabinets that were on one side of the garage protruded a little & because of the reinforcements, it would have hit the cabinets. They took it upon themselves (I was at home), to cut the corner off of the cabinets to make it fit. We didn't have a choice, but a knock on the door to ask &/or tell me of the issue would have been nice. When the final inspection was done, they determined that it needed some extra brackets so OH Door came back out to fix within 2 days. The guy that came out did say that it wasn't that they forgot the brackets, but that the size of our door didn't need them & the inspector didn't look at the size requirements for the extra brackets. We did the inspection again & everything was fine. Because we went through the My Safe Florida Home program, they filled out all the necessary paperwork, including a copy for us & just told us to mail it off, so we did.

Excellent work and was completed in a few hours. They installed new electronic safety sensors that detect if someone is blocking the door while it is closing. They also installed code-required metal hurricane braces for the door that prevent the door from opening under hurricane force winds. They removed and hauled away the old garage door. We were very happy with their work.

It was fine. They installed the door and they did clean, good work.

My old garage door opener quit. I called them out, the guy that came couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable in his field. I wanted the best garage door opener available for a double car garage door. He suggested the newest lift master belt drive opener. They installed a keypad outside within that price. The man suggested a battery backup system. So in the event of a power failure, I will still be able to get in and out of my garage without lifting my door. He installed immediately, took model numbers off of my old opener and called in to see if he could have the old one covered under a warranty. Although it was clear that it was long out of warranty. It seems a circuit board with a cost of 175 dollars for repair but I went new. He was very helpful not wanting me to spend more than necessary but giving me what I wanted. It was a great job. The light automatically comes on when you just walk in not when the garage doors just open.

They are a class outfit. They were timely and cleaned up well.

They where very friendly when they where there working for me. They where very professional about the job. They had showed up on time to do the job for me.

After a terrific experience with one of this companies' service techs, an appointment was made for one of their sales people to come out a provide me an estimate on replacing my garage door. It was scheduled for noon on a Thursday. That morning, my son was very sick and the first available appt. at the Doctor was at 11:30. I didn't even think twice and with my son being sick and that being the first priority, the sales person for the garage door completely slipped my mind. At noon the service man called my cell and I explained how sorry I was and that I had completely forgotten and was at the doctor with my son. The sales man seemed upset, but what could I do? We agreed to meet later that afternoon between 3 & 4 of the next day between 3 & 4. He said he would call. That was two weeks ago and I have not heard from him since. I also stayed home those two afternoons seeing if perhaps he would show up. He did not.

Prompt no problems or issues. They were very polite.

The service man came out, opened it, fixed the issue and I had a remote that didn't work, he found out what the problem was and replaced the control with a new one. They provided excellent service. He really knew what he was doing, and he came out on the same day.

My old garage door was wooden and came off rails and cable. I knew it needed to be replaced, but it broke at a bad time. Of 3 companies I contacted this was the only one that could replace the door the way I wanted. Using a Thermacore garage door, cedar laminate was attached to it and even matched the pattern on the old door. They delivered the individual panels so that I could stain and seal them before installing. Then came back 4 days later to install the door. The panels matched up perfectly! I was very happy that I was able to keep the integrity of the house.

Not well. On first visit, he made some adjustments and said he would call next day on whether parts were in stock or needed to be ordered. He refused to give Angie's List member discount, saying he would give it on the return visit. He never called. After several days, I called the office and they were not aware any parts were needed, but said they would check with the worker and call back the next day. They never called. A few days later, I called again and the woman in the office immediately transferred me to a manager who was aware of my problem but still did not know what parts were needed. He said he would call back the next day, and guess what? He didn't call. A week later he called my home number, not the work number I had given, and left a message that I needed a new track (which had never been mentioned previously) and that I could buy it myself for less than he could and I should call him when I had it. He did not give any info on just what/how much I should buy. I didn't.

Tony was at our home right on schedule. He replaced the spring and checked the gear and adjusted the chain. He was quick and thorough in his work.

They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. The garage door works very quietly now.

I called the company as soon as they opened on a Monday morning. They told me a technician would be at our home between noon and 5:00 p.m. that day. The technician called at 3:00 p.m. to say he was on his way. He arrived shortly after, diagnosed the problem, and had the replacement parts in his van. The work was completed and the area was left clean. Very prompt, professional service.

This is the second time I have used this company once for repair and once to replace two door openers on both occasions the work has been performed on time, at the estimated price and with the minimal amount of disruption. On both occasions the work was performed by Mark. Highly recommended.

Price good. Work shoddy - door is crooked. Workers were rude and late.

They were quick and cheapest on the estimate and were able to schedule it out. When the installer came he did a great job and made sure everything was perfect before he left. The weather stripping was crumpled, and he said to let them know if it didn't get straightened out after a week. After a week it hadn't and they came back out right away and replaced it. Fantastic service!

Installer showed up on time and finished in 3 1/2 hours. Did a beautiful job with the tear out and install of the new door. I am very pleased with the look of the door and the whole experience with this company. The sales and office staff were extremely pleasant to deal with and they had the best price by far in town. Thank you for the wonderful job on our new garage door. It totally updates the look of our house.
