Called a couple of times and someone finally returned the call. Scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and give us an estimate. Day of scheduled appointment wife took off from work to go home. When she arrived home, was told by son he had come and gone before time of appointment. Left an estimate with son. Problem is wife had questions to ask. Wife called the company when finding this out, explained situation. End of story.

They came when they said they would and were experienced. They knew what the problem was and knew how to fix it. There were no extra charges, just the service call fee.

They were prompt, and they explained everything to me. I was really pleased with them on all levels.

THE REPAIRMAN FOR OUR AREA IS TOM. HE WAS FRIENDLY ENOUGH BUT I WISH HE'D FOUND THE PROBLEM ON HIS FIRST VISIT. I HAD REFERRED HIM FOR A MAJOR PURCHASE SO I HOPED THEY WOULD RESPOND TO MY CALL MORE PROMPTLY. I PURCHASED A REMOTE WHICH IS INCLUDED IN THE AMOUNT PAID FOR WORK.

THIS COMPANY RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY AND WAS ABLE TO GIVE SERVICE THE NEXT DAY. I WAS GIVEN A WINDOW OF TIME AND THEN THE REPAIR MAN CALLED AS HE GOT CLOSER TO MY ALLOTTED TIME. THE REPAIR MAN WAS SOMEWHAT GRUFF AND RUDE THAT I HAD NOT EXPLAINED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS A BROKEN SPRING, AND THAT HIS DAY WOULD HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED DIFFERENTLY HAD HE KNOWN THAT. IT WAS NECESSARY FOR HIM TO CONSTRUCT THE SIZE SPRING NEEDED. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO MY SATISFACTION.

GREAT! I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO SEVERAL FRIENDS.

THE OTHER TWO ESTIMATES THAT WE GOT WERE FOR $750 AND THE OTHER WAS OVER $1200 (HE SAID THAT WE NEEDED A NEW GARAGE DOOR BECAUSE IT DID NOT MEET HURRICANE STANDARD). I CALLED HIM AND HE KNEW THAT WE HAD AN OVERHEAD DOOR, EVEN THOUGH THE DOOR WAS PURCHASED BY THEY PREVIOUS OWNER SO HE WAS ABLE TO LOOK IT UP ON THE COMPUTER AND TELL US THAT THE DOOR WAS SIX YEARS OLD AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE WITHOUT COMING OUT. NOW OUR GARAGE IS RATED FOR 150 MPH WINDS.

THE COMPANY REP CALLED TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT (SATURDAY MORNING), SAID THE SERVICE MAN WAS ON THE WAY; SERVICE MAN ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME STATED. WAS COURTEOUS, WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND QUICKLY, AND TOOK NO MORE THAN A HALF HOUR. I APPRECIATED THE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT SERVICE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAD TO DRIVE UP FROM ST. PETE, TO THE HOLIDAY AREA, TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF FOR AN ELDERLY RELATIVE. THIS COMPANY WAS A+.

APPOINTMENTS WERE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTIFYING US. NEVER NOTIFIED US WHEN THEY WERE COMING;THE JOB TOOK 3 MONTHS!

REPLACED TWO SPRINGS AND A PART FOR THE OPENING. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

FINISHED WORK IS EXCELLENT, HOWEVER, THEY COULD HAVE DONE A MUCH BETTER JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS (HOMEOWNER HAD TO SWEEP UP THE GARAGE AND PICK UP ABOUT A DOZEN SCREWS AND ASSORTED DEBRIS).

Great "at home" service. Better prices than Home Depot and Lowes. Use own installers not contracted out. I highly recommend this company.

My garage door was stuck and I needed to get my car out. I had called Overhead to come out and fix the problem. They came out and opened my door for me, so that I could get my car out. I knew I needed new springs for my garage door, so I asked if they had any for my particular door. The technician said that those springs were out dated and that they do not make those any more. He proceeded to ask me about getting an entire new door. I told him that I wanted to try a few other places first.

EXACTLY ON TIME, CALLED BEFORE THEY ARRIVED, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
