+ -1 moreTHIS IS A VERY POOR WAY TO RUN A COMPANY. IT COST ME $1600 FOR A NEW HOT WATER HEATER SO I WAS NOT A NEW CUSTOMER. I THINK SOMEONE FROM ANGIES SHOULD CALL AND LET THEM KNOW IM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.
Description of Work: MONDAY, 8/23 AT 8AM I CALLED MIDWAY PLUMBING. THEY SAID A MAN WOULD BE OUT BEFORE 3PM. MIDWAY CALLED AT 3:30PM AND SAID THEY COULDNT MAKE IT AND WOULD BE OUT TUESDAY 8/24.

+ -1 moreI PURCHASED A 5 YEAR WARRANTY EXTENSION ON MY HEATER AND IT HAS REALLY COME IN HANDY. ALTHOUGH THE WARRANTY PRICE WAS $845, I HAVE HAD OVER $3000 DONE FOR MY HEATER/A/C AND SERVICE EXPERTS ALWAYS DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WILL USE THEM EVERY TIME I NEED ANYTHING DONE.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY OFFERS A TWICE YEARLY CHECK UP ON HEATING/A/C UNIT. THEY HAVE ALSO CLEANED AND REPAIRED THE DUCTS, INSTALLED A UV LAMP FOR MOLD ISSUES, AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT AND TRUTHFUL. THEY ALSO HONORED A QUOTE GIVEN 6 MONTHS PRIOR ON THE DUCT CLEANING/REPAIR.
