We called this company for a repair to our toilet leaking problem. When I called company, they were very friendly and gave us the appointment time/date we needed. They showed up on time and spent time looking at our plumbing and even looked under our house to make sure the leak was not running underneath. To find out we did not have a leak. He repaired our faucet with low pressure and stated a quote for a minor repair needed on our toilet, which was not crucial. They do charge a $29.95 assessing fee (and refunded into cost of repairs made), which is understandable and that is the only fee he charged us in addition to using our Angie's List coupon. It is nice to find honest companies. I have since given there phone number to all my family/friends/neighbors when needing a reliable plumber.

My service hours were from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., and at 12:00 p.m. I called United to ask where the technician was because I hadn't received a call yet. I spoke with Lisa and she said she didn't know where the tech was. I asked if she could find out because I need to know what time I should plan on leaving work. She found out that he was on Clearwater Beach and leaving shortly. I said by the time he leaves and gets to my house, I'm looking at another 35 minutes or so, and that I wasn't happy because I had already wasted the morning waiting. Lisa apologized and said the tech would call when he's on his way. About 12:48 a man called me and said the tech is on his way. I asked the whereabouts of the tech so I wouldn't be sitting home waiting for any more time than necessary. The man repeated "I told you he's on his way" and then we hung up. I got to my house at 1:00 p.m. and waited 50 minutes and the tech never called or showed up. I called Lisa and told her to cancel.

They arrived promptly. Work was done in timely fashion. Cleaned up well. Checked a few days after completion that all was well.

They wanted to look at it first as an estimate but their price was the same or better than the plumber the counter outfit recommended, so we went with United. We've used United in the past and were always impressed with their promptness, attention to detail, and they stand behind their work better than anyone we've ever used. They scheduled the same guy, Dave, for the estimate and for the work and he was very friendly, expert, and efficient. He completely checked everything to make sure there were no leaks anywhere and that all worked exactly as desired. He mentioned that they are now part of Midway Services but in the same family.

Work was performed very professionally. They also had excellent communication of appointment scheduling and call before arriving to let us know they were on their way. The only negative for their listing on Angie's List. It states they do Free Estimates. The estimate is free ONLY if you then have the work performed. Otherwise it's $30 for the estimate.

United Plumbing's representative was on time, completed the work, and cleaned up after himself. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He located the leak fairly quickly and knew what to do to fix it. I have waited 4 weeks to report on the work performed to make sure the leak was actually fixed, and I'm happy to report that I have not experienced any more problems!

Dave was very professional and curteous. The company bumped me up the list based on the severity of the problem. This meant that I had a much shorter wait. He quickly assessed the problem and took care of it. He made sure that I understood and agreed to the costs to fix them. He also gave me a quick lesson on where my master water shut off is located and a few other suggestions of what I might want to look into with an HVAC company. The office called me the next day to check on the work. I informed them that I had neglected to tell Dave that I had a $15 Angie's List coupon. They agreed to cut me a check and send it to me. Overall, a very positive experience that will ensure that I will use them in the future.

The plumber was on time and polite and explained everything thoroughly, never abrupt or vague. The first estimate fell within my budget. A second estimate, because of all the problems was more than I had plan to pay. I do not know if the plumbing work was reasonably price.

The workman was rude and had a very arrogant attitude. It took him at least four times the expected amount of time with no unusual occurrences. He spent a lot of his time on a cell phone. The neighbors (all of them) water was shut off without any notification, and the workman was very rude when they questioned him about when it would be turned back on.

From the first call to them through the completion of the repair, service couldn't have been better. I was pleasantly surprised by the rapid response to my call. They came within 3 hours, and it wasn't even an emergency. Dave was very nice, very professional, and explained things well. It is obvious that this company tries to please their customers, something rare these days. I will definitely call them again if needed. They know how to run a business.

My tenant was just moving in and found out immediately that the toilet was leaking in several places. Within two minutes of when I called the company they had already contacted my tenant and set an appointment. They showed up on time, called me to explain the problem and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Then they mailed me the receipt. I'm especially impressed with the promptness. Will definitely use them again.

Awesome! Returned my calls. Came out on a Sunday. Friendly, knowledgeable, stayed until the job was complete. Didn't try to rip me off. I am incredibly happy with Service Experts and will call them for all my A/C needs.

Installers forgot to install digital thermometer. They left messes all over house and left the door unlocked. They were prompt. It's just the installation people that were not so good.

I would have them again. They are very professional. They left everything clean. The owner called to make sure everything was okay. The prices were good, and they were prompt.

The service repairman came out on a Sunday to try to service our old unit. They came within an hour of us calling and were cheaper than the company that had come out on a Friday. The repairman was professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. The sales office worked with us to design the best A/C and heating package possible to fit our needs. The installation crew was prompt and professional. They cleaned everything up before they left.

It was wonderful. They contacted me within the allotted time, and the technician was very courteous and thorough in his explanation of the problem and procedures to fix problem.

Jorge 'our' service technician knows us, our equipment(we have two systems), and is always looking out for our interests. He has educated me on how I can prolong the useful service life of the equipment and cut energy usage.

These were small jobs but I pleased with the service.

A+ they responded to a holiday call very quickly, when others would not until after a long weekend.

CALLED IN THE EVENING TO ANSWERING SERVICE AFTER DISCOVERY OF BROKEN PIPE IN THE LATE AFTERNOON. RECEIVED A CALL BACK WITHIN THE HOUR TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT MORNING. SERVICEMAN FRANK WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE ALSO REPLACED AN OUTDOOR FAUCET ON REQUEST FOR A MODEST EXTRA CHARGE.

THIS COMPANY WAS FANTASTIC. I CONTACTED THEM AFTER FINDING THEM ON ANGIE'S LIST AND AFTER ANOTHER COMPANY BASICALLY DROPPED THE BALL. THE FIRST COMPANY HAD QUOTED ME $300 FOR THE WORK THAT TURNED OUT TO BE WRONG. THE FIRST COMPANY TOLD ME THAT A VALVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED REQUIRING DRYWALL TO BE CUT. THE TECHNICIAN CORRECTLY DETECTED THE PROBLEM, A BAD FAUCET CARTRIDGE. THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY EVEN THOUGH I CALLED THEM EARLIER THE SAME DAY THE WORK WAS DONE. I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING WORK NEEDED IN THE FUTURE.

THEY WERE HERE WITHIN 1/2 HR OF THE CALL ON A SATURDAY AND ARRANGED TO HAVE THE RUG REPAIRED. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY AND HE CAME WITHIN THE HOUR. THE TECHNICIAN IS FRANK AND DID A GOOD JOB.

THIS COMPANY WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. FROM THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT TO THE GUY THAT DID THE WORK. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND PROMPT. THEY CHARGE BY THE JOB AND QUOTE YOU UP FRONT. THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND THE WORK WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS AND HAVE USED THEM FOR OTHER JOBS SINCE WITH THE SAME HIGH STANDARD OF SERVICE.
