There is a 15% discount with no cap stated in their profile on the Angie's List website. They are aware of that because the president was present when I spoke with my insurance company and had to disclose my date of birth. When he sent the invoice he never mentioned the discount. I want the 15% discount of the $3338 before I move forward with the reconstruction.

Our plumber called them and they came right away. They informed me there was no mold.

vvI called Master Restoration because of their positive reviews on Angie's list. I was out with my family in Colorado, so one of my employees met them and gave them a key to our store. They took care of everything! They came in and took out the parts of the ceiling that had fallen down, they extracted all of the water right away and even put our equipment up on blocks to let the air pass through it. They set up drying machines throughout the business and and set up an online log, so I could check anytime to see according to their technicians the progress. Additionally, they would call me regularly to give me updates on the progress of the drying process. Later that week when I returned, they took me through the project and used special meters to identify areas that were still not dry, they then removed the baseboard of those areas to finish the job and make sure nothing would mold once they were done. After another day of drying, they put everything back together, fixed the holes in the ceiling, matched the paint (they even touched up some other nicks that were not part of their job and cleaned the carpet. When they were done my business looked & smelled better than before the disaster. Master Restoration didn’t do the work but that is the good part of the story. They came out here and do an estimate and instead of just taking the work and charging us a whole bunch of money they told us that we would save money by doing work ourselves and they showed us how to do the work ourselves and it was actually really, really simple and save us a whole bunch so they didn't do the work but they definitely help us solve the problem. There was water damage on the interior of the walls. There have been a leak from the outside allowing drain to pass to the interior of the walls and so the sheetrock on the inside of the house became discolored and it was thought to be a water damage and so I had called them to come out and actually cut out and replaced the sheetrock and aerate out any excess water left inside and like I said instead of doing the work they just showed me how to drill a couple holes and do it myself and it was cost me maybe 20 box. I would absolutely give them an “A” purely because like I said they helped me solve it on my own instead of just taking the money and doing it themselves.

Initially it went well. They responded quickly and made a detail estimate of the damage and handled the emergency services well. My biggest issue was with their communication and scheduling of the reconstruction. I had to request their estimate multiple times. First they sent me something that was unreadable. They did ok responding to my questions. I had them in a detail email but I had to force the guy to walk through the line items with me. But then it took multiple requests to get an updated estimate. Once they started the work they were never clear on the schedule. I never knew when I could expect people at the house. They often said that someone would call to confirm the work for the next day and this never happened. I always had to call them and then often I would not get a call back until much later the next day if at all. I complained more than once. They would apologize and then the next day it would happen again. I basically had to throw a fit to get attention and get the work done. (this occured more than once!) Then sometimes only one person would show up when it was a two person job (furniture needed to be moved) so then they couldn't finish the job that day and this would postpone other work that was required. The drywall taping that they did on the ceiling had to be redone by the sub-contractor who did the ceiling work. The people who would come out to do the work didn't always know what needed to be done. For example the baseboard needed to be painted and they didn't know that. They only painted the walls. Then they said the carpet could be installed anyway and they would paint after! No way! Basically I did not feel like they were very good at scheduling or communicating the schedule for the job. Because of their poor management I had to cancel a business trip at the last minute. What I was told was a 4-day job (that I cancelled my initial business trip for to arrange to be home for 7 full days) Took more than twice as long and not due to the work but due to their poor scheduling, communication and management. The only good thing I can say is that they did offer to clean and deodorize my carpets in the areas they worked free of charge after I complained. I would not use them again for the reconstruciton. Emergency services were fine.

Went well. There were some issues on getting the drywall to match up with what was already hung. Ultimately, the owner called me after inspecting the work himself and informed me that he would be outsourcing the drywall to another company as he was not satisfied with the final appearance - at no additional cost to me. I GREATLY appreciate his honesty, candor, and commitment to a job-well-done as well as the customer satisfaction. The office was always very responsive in returning calls and keeping me informed of the next step and entire process. I am pleased with the result.

I have used the services of Master Restoration a couple of times for my renters. They had trouble with the renters and I was not sure who was at fault, but I think it might have been the renter. I actually own some property and I have them come fix things out. I last used their services in June. The second I hired them, I think they were a little apprehensive of working with me and I understand my renter is a difficult guy, so I think the second time did not go real well. I had a water leak and they came in and fixed that, and redid the walls. There was some mold that got in the walls and stuff like that. So they did quite a comprehensive work. Then three months later I think the other guy had a water leak, but his was a different kind of leak and that is the one where I think they were not very anxious to come out for. I think they are fine people, I think it was the renter. Their quality was fine. Their office staff was fine. I flew down there, I am in California I flew to Florida, I bought them some flowers and said that I am so sorry he was rude.

They were really nice. They explained everything. Jared came out and was very professional and all of them were very friendly. It was painless and they were very clean. Jared made me relaxed when I was stressed out. They also worked with my insurance company which I didn't think they would be able to do. They saved me a lot of hassle.

Fantastic!! Every time I called they showed up promptly even on evenings and weekends. And without Master Restoration my insurance company would have found a way not to pay thought it was a legitimate claim. Master Restoration spent the time to have an appointment with my insurance adjuster and discussed the loss with expertise. As a result my insurance company agreed to cover the costs and I was able to have my house fixed properly. They always answer their phones no matter the time and took the time to explain the process to someone who never have to face floods and/or insurance company claims. As far as I'm concerned this is the only company to be hired for restoration in Tampa. Thank you again!

i was going to see a house to buy and it was bank owned and had mold on the walls, i did not know much about this and he also knew where the water damage had come from, so he is diagnosing the sitiuation as well. he would be the guy to use for inspections, diagnosis, and remedial

They were the reason the floors in my condo were saved! The owner, Jarrett Dixon, was so nice to me. He sat down with me and took time to write down the order of sequence of painters, etc. I needed to call for the remainder of the work that needed to be done. He was very calm and very kind. He also had a helper that was very polite.
