Koller Cleaning did a fantastic job. They miraculously scrubbed away all the hard water buildup from our shower. I never knew my bathroom could gleam so brightly! When they left our baseboards and cabinet doors were clean and there wasn't a spec of dust anywhere. They worked quickly and efficiently, did everything they promised, and stayed within the quoted hours and price. Highly recommend!!!

Things went well and they did a very through job. Sent two (2) ladies complete with their own vacuum and supplies. They spent their time cleaning all surfaces and didn't miss any areas.

Hire these people. They are the definition of professional. There are professionals in all fields of work and you can tell the minute when quality professionals enter a room, we all have seen it and its hard to explain but you know it when you see it. These people are the real deal. They were happy, prepared, enthusiastic, and fully stocked to do a deep clean of my home. After 3 hours you could even feel that the atmosphere of the house become different... for the better. My home was as clean as a 5 star hotel in Paris. They even made my bed and son's bed. I will bring them back no question. I have used many different cleaning services once and moved on, I am real picky. These folks I am keeping. I was really impressed as they cleaned and straightened up better than anyone else I have ever hired for my home in 30 years at this house. The price was reasonable for the quality and I had no qualms paying what was asked.

Excellent!!! They even were able to fit me into their schedule a day early. I can't say good enough things about Vivian. She is the hardest worker and it shows in her work. There were two young ladies but I only got to know the Lead who was Vivian but both were excellent workers and perfectionists They both take pride in their work and it shows. I would never use anyone else for my cleaning needs. .

Koller does a great job. They are thorough, efficient, conscientious, reliable, and very nice people, too. House always looks great after they come.

I am thrilled with the service provided by Christina and Lupe. I was at work while they were here and I came home to a sparkling house! My stove hasn't looked this good since the day we bought it. We don't often hire someone to clean, but when we do, I always go around the house afterwards and find areas I need to touch up. I have been through the whole house and have found that everything has been cleaned just the way I like it! We are very satisfied customers.

All the drywall dust is gone, workers' hand prints off surfaces, everything is vacuumed, etc. These women worked their butts off for six hours straight without a break.

If a move-in or deep clean is really what you're after, DO NOT HIRE KOLLER. They were able to squeeze me in around New Years, for which I was very grateful, but the "deep cleaning +" I signed up for did not happen, and it really threw off our move-in schedule. I explained during my initial phonecall with Vivi that the floor tiles, from the 1970s, really needed a deep clean. She insisted that a vacuum and mop (2xs) was probably the most effective way to clean them, but that the cleaners would have a steam cleaner in their van if they or I thought that was the best route. She said I could work it out with them when I went over my cleaning priorities with them. The cleaning crew arrived, and I asked about the steam cleaner, which they said they didn't have. They were pleasant and worked hard, but a language barrier meant that my list of cleaning priorities was completely misunderstood. I explained that the top priorities were the floors, the bathrooms, and the window sills. The floors got a superficial cleaning (which I could have done myself in a couple of hours), the windows were satisfactorily cleaned, and they "didn't have time" to do the bathrooms. When I explained that the bathrooms had been a top priority, they did a very cursory cleaning. The whole job was cursory- not in any way a "deep clean" to prepare for a move-in. While the crew who came to my house worked hard, I did not receive anything close to the services listed above. There were dirty water beads all over the baseboards, none of the fingerprints on the walls, doors, or around newly-installed A/C vents were cleaned. Not to mention, we had deep cleaned the kitchen ourselves beforehand, so despite this huge area having already been taken care of, they still didn't have time for the bathrooms or any of the detail cleaning. What a mess! On top of it all, one of the cleaners broke a brand-new chandelier. (this was an honest mistake, and honestly the least frustrating and inconvenient part of everything). After negotiating with Vivi on the phone, I agreed to pay the full cleaning charge less the cost of the chandelier and install fee. I explained how unhappy she was that what I received was not even close to a deep clean, and several times she said "We are not a professional cleaning service. We are not going to be the ones to scrub your grout and use professional-grade tools." If I had known that up front, I never would have hired Koller. I'm upset with myself for not having insisted I pay less, as the whole thing a HUGE inconvenience (financially and time-wise). We did not move our rugs or beds into the house, as we now need to hire someone to do the deep cleaning that Koller failed to provide. I absolutely did not receive the services Koller guarantees. If all you're after is a superficial clean, I'm sure they would be fine, but buyer beware, if you're looking for a deep clean, Koller is not your company.

Great! Anna is one of the hardest working individuals I've know. She has provided house cleaning services to my neighbor for years. I've watched her come and go for years while no one was home, so obviously trustworthy. My neighbor highly recommended her. I gave it a go since routine cleaning has increased in difficulty for my wife and myself. I am so glad we did. She is willing to do the hard work. Anna never slows down. We now use her services on a regular basis. She even suggested she would need a less frequent schedule than what I had requested and agreed to pay for. Very pleased.

Work was performed well and very timely. Staff were professional and attentive to my cleaning priorities.

Called this place twice and left messages. Two different days that I placed these calls. Nobody ever called back. Guess they aren't looking for business.

The ladies came in and I walked them through the house -- explained my priorities and they immediately began working - I was in and out of the house and they never stopped -- :-) Also, having used other cleaning services before, I was very surprised at the level of detail and the things they tackled that other services did not - Would hire again - They were professional and courteous!

Maria and Christina were wonderful. They arrived a few minutes early, introduced themselves and presented appropriate paperwork, then asked us about our priorities. We had listed ad printed them and they seemed to appreciate that. They worked (really worked) for 2 1/2 hours and the house was immaculate when they were finished. We are older and one of us is experiencing problems with an inflammatory arthritis...trustworthy and efficient help with maintaining a clean living environment is very important to us. Koller Cleaning Services appear to be the answer for us (our experience is 1x o date).
