Steve was recommended to us by our realtor. As first-time homebuyers we weren't sure what to expect, but he was incredibly thorough, giving us plenty of detailed information to make an informed decision. There were some issues with the home, so he didn't charge us for the 4-point, and instead gave us a deficiency report that detailed all of his findings, including which ones were needed to pass the 4-point. He was pleasant, took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and since we were on a deadline, had the report ready for us the very next day. Highly recommend, and will use again in the future.

Stephen is amazingly knowledgeable about so many things and really helped us through the process of constructing our house and dealing with our builder. When building a new house something will always come up and Stephen was there to assist us. He visited the site many times, and didn't shy away from dealing with our grumpy builder. It has been over one year since our home was completed and Stephen's job was finished. However, he still answers my texts and even came back to my house a few months ago regarding an issue that arrived. He is very professional and I highly recommend hiring him!

Steve, performed our home inspection, and covered every square inch of the home. This is the second home I have used Steve for, and in this case, was an older home. He produced the inspection report quickly, and I was amazed at the details he covered. The report was pivotal to our negotiations with the seller.

We hired Steve to perform a home inspection on a house that we were in contract to purchase. In the first 30 seconds he was on the property he began noticing several issues that we were not aware of. His knowledge of the construction of the home was very impressive and helpful. Steve spent over 5 hours at the property and communicated with me the entire time. Any time he found something of concern he asked me to come look at it so he could explain the issue to me. His communication was straightforward and he made sure to only deliver the facts.
