Stephen Graff is professional, extremely knowledgeable regarding his craft, organized and provided a thorough home inspection and a detailed home inspection report. Sherri Graff, the office manager was my first point of contact and she was welcoming, friendly, professional and also knowledgeable and organized. I highly recommend this home inspection company…the best!

Steve came to our project site promptly and as scheduled. His office was responsive during the entire process. Communication was crucial, since we were out of state. He kept us informed at each step. A couple of days after the inspection (which was thorough) Steve produced a summary inspection report as well as a fully detailed report with plenty of photos and code c,itations. He further guided us on next steps towards addressing any issues he found, and advised me on the remediation process which is now underway. I highly recommend Inspecto-Graff for a new home or construction inspection.

I have used Steve Graff as an inspector when purchasing homes in the past, and have found him to be the best of many inspectors I have used over the years. We are now having a new villa built and Steve did a pre-drywall inspection yesterday. He sent me a detailed and extremely professional report that I will use to make sure all deficiencies are corrected. Copies from the plans, and photos were included to make it very clear what was being referred to, and the standards that were allegedly not met. Steve and his company have also been easy to deal with on scheduling, and his fees are very reasonable for the thoroughness of his services.

Excellent! Inspect-O-Graff is beyond reproach. From day one, Inspect-O-Graff was keeping us informed and following a detailed inspection schedule so we could track the points of inspection and providing a detailed report of what was inspected. Inspect-O-Graff is so detailed, they discovered deficiencies the builder was not even aware of; deficiencies I feel would have been missed had it not been for Inspect-O-Graff's attention to detail and level of expertise. Money well spent for an investment you plan to enjoy for a long time.

Steve at Inspect-o-Graph is absolutely great! He takes his time and does a detailed inspection for home purchase or wind mitigation. Also, very fairly priced and often better than others. We are so pleased and confident with this company we have used them several times for inspections and have referred their services to many friends and co-workers!
