Description of Work: My master bedroom was the warmest room in my house. Heinz added a second air supply and a ducted return to the room and solved the problem completely for very little money. I will always use Heinz for any of my a/c needs.

Description of Work: Heinz installed a completely new HVAC system in my house. AC and duct work. They were extremely understanding of my unique desires and wants. They worked to accommodate them all and talked to me about where they couldn't. I was and am really happy with the results and would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Our A/C was not blowing cold. They came in and cleaned and serviced both units. They first showed us how to clean them ourselves in case we wanted to save some money, we decided to leave it to the experts. They did a great job and the price was actually lower than the estimate we received over the phone. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new air conditioner (they did the original installation) or just quality service at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Unbelievable promptness and service. | |Called them on Friday afternoon (around 3:30PM) when my A/C unit would not run at all. Thought for sure that I would have to pay extra for an after-hours service call from one of the few A/C service shops that provide that kind of coverage. | |They were able to get a repairman (Mike) to the house and have the problem fixed in less than one-hour from the time I had called Heinz A/C and Heating. How's that for "World-Class" service? | |Mike (the technician)was very professional and explained the problem ("blown" capacitor) that was creating my A/C problem.He had a replacement unit in the truck and was able to complete the repair action without having to leave to a parts shop.

Description of Work: Put in 2 separate Mister Slim Ductles outdoor units on the outside and 4 indoor units. One is 15000 BTU & 3 @ 9000 BTU. It was an awesome experience. The owner came with the set of guys that did the actual work to show them exactly what was to be done. It made me more comfortable as I had met Jim, the owner. It was all done in one day. We had checked before on Central Heat & Air but we have a smaller house & have no Space for them to run everything. Heard about ductless & had a couple other estimates but we really liked what Jim had to say. He seemed to care & and took his time in explaining everything, answered all our questions & We didn't feel rushed like he was in a hurry. Got the permits we needed & the guys we needed for the electrical & a guy we needed to fill the hole from the wall unit we had. The business is family run so that was another plus to us. The job was quick & the guys was very professional.
