Fine. Never received receipt.

My thermostat began giving a critical malfunction error. I called Jim and his team to come out, take a look at the air conditioning unit and give me a quote for the repair work. Jim and a second technician arrived on time and diagnosed my issue within 40-45 minutes. The blower motor on my Trane unit needed to be replaced - each time it stopped, a critical malfunction was reported on my system. Jim gave me a very fair quote and worked with me to arrange a timeslot that would be best given my busy work schedule. On the date of the work, the 2 technicians arrived on time. They were extremely courteous and completed the blower motor install plus an air filter replacement within an hour's time. They made sure I understood all work completed and advised me of an approximate month that I should call them to come back and service the unit for the summer season. I'll definitely continue to work with Jim and his team.

The service was fine. The owner did the estimate himself, and we worked together on the agreement. They got the job done in one day, and everything was good. They are one of the better companies I have worked with.

They were fast and did a good job installing it. I had them come back and they did a checkup on the unit and I felt they charged too much for the checkup. I don’t think they fully explained the follow up service you might have to have on the unit after it’s installed. I have since found another company and will not use Heinz again. They did a good job, but I think they should be clearer on follow up that may be needed.

They were really easy to work with and they understood what I needed. They listened to me to hear what I needed and worked with me to reach that. They got the job done in the time frame that suited my needs. They are great and I would use them again. Their price was in-line with other quotes I got.

Heinz AC have installed units in my personal residence as well as the property that I manage. The most recent work was to replace the UV filters on the 4 units at the large residence that I look after. They are always prompt and do quality work. They are the only company I use.

Jim Heinz gave us a very accurate estimate and explained everything to us ahead of time. The installation was performed as described - there was only 1 glitz which they provided a discount for, since they weren't able to add one of the two extra returns due to a structural issue in the attic that they couldn't overcome. All said, the AC works great & their office manager, Susanne, did a great job in communicating the details of the appointments and in following up with Duke Energy to get the promised energy credit offered. Could not ask for more. Jim and his crew installed a central air conditioning unit and for upstairs. Jim's staff and crew responded promptly with a clear cost estimate and completed work on the unit within 2 days. Jim advised us of all of our options for the installation and the difficulties involved as our home is a previous foreclosure. Work completed was of high quality and the resulting cooling from the system was excellent! Price and professionalism were excellent! Follow service was included. I would certainty use them again for all of my HVAC needs. I would give them my highest rating!

Called several businesses to come out on a Saturday, were very polite and responsive, told me to shut off the breakers to avoid damaging other items, something others had not told me. Cleaned the leaves out of the bottom of the compressor unit, moved the connections, which had been outside, exposed to the elements between the exterior garage wall and the compressor, and not strapped or taped to inside the compressor and inside my house and securely wrapped the control wires to the compressor line, on the back side so that they are protected from future weed whacking. incidents. Over all very impressed with the service. I will very definitely will call Heinz the next time I need help with my air conditioning system! Thank you!!

Response time excellent and service personnel very professional and knowledge

When my A/C system was blown up by a power surge Jim at Heinz A/C gave me plenty of great options to repair or replace my system. I opted to replace the system because Jim explained to me the electrical savings over a one year period would pay for the new system. He was right. My new electric bill is almost $90 less a month vs. the same month the previous year. The installers were clean and courteous and willing to answer all my questions. They had to fit a new air handler into a very small closet and built a new stand without complaint. They also ran new piping to the exterior of the house to prevent clogs in the system down the road. I also had surge suppression added so I won?t have to worry about the new system fried. This was a great experience and I would recommend Heinz A/C to everyone I know without question. I also had a new thermostat installed with a touch screen programmable display. It is amazing how easy to use. I love the fact that I can set three different temperatures for each day of the week.

Jim Heinz was prompt on the sales call and provided a clear quote. The installation crew showed up promptly on the installation date, completed the installation in less than a day, and cleaned up the site.

He was on time, very thorough, and always clean up after themselves. They do everything that should be done, and they're very pleasant.

Excellent service, friendly helpful with owner Jim Heing came out 1 week later due to problem with pipes & A/C drainage pipes clogged due to age of conditioners fixed my problem with a smile.

Whenever i have a problem i can't handle I always ask my father (a 35 year local law ennforcment officer) who to use. He told me to call Jim as he is a retiered police officer and I could trust him. My wife called me in a panic, the ac had stopped working and as all of us florida residents know, it gets very hot here. I have a 5 month old son at home so it is imperative to keep him comfertable. I called jim explained to him the situation. He came after he finished the job he was working on and had my ac up and running within and hour of arriving at my house. apparently lightning hit my house during a storm and burnt out a few parts. He was fast and very fair with his pricing. I will have to buy my dad a beer for recomending jim. Thank you jim for being honest and dependable.

They dianosed problem handled warrenty service, and replace bad coil in unit.

Everything went smoothly and as anticipated. Jim drove to Tampa to pick up the equipment himself, so that I could have the system installed sooner. Everyone involved was punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier. It's a pleasure to work with providers who are guided by values of pride in their work and honesty. I'd recommend Jim Heinz to anyone. In fact, I already have... I recommended them to friends who had been told that they needed a whole new AC system at a huge cost. After sweating it out for the weekend, they had Heinz AC come out on Monday, Their system was up and running for only a $70 fix. That's my kind of company!

Excellent pricing beat two other estimates by almost 2K with better quality unit and most efficient. Listened to previous concerns and found the issues with builder installed duck work within the first 15 minutes of initial estimate. Prompt scheduling of installation of new unit. Employees were all very professional. My husband and I would highly recommend Heinz Air conditioning and heating and definitely use them for future needs.

Heinz was recommended to me as being very professional and reasonable pricing. I visited their office to see and feel system in person. Owner Jim Heinz came to my home, considered my needs and did not try to over-sell. He was complete arranging for the electric install and making certain. I had all the proper permits, a great experience and great staff. Very clean.

Jim was a true professional. We had family in town and in true form and fashion the AC went down towards the evening when usually no one is available. We called Jims company and with in one hour we had Jim here and quickly fixing the AC. Two hours later from the time we called Jim; my family was enjoying the AC and every one was happy. Jim was an extremely kwowelagable man and he identified the problem with in minutes. We will certainly requests his services in the future.

Jim had to order a new A/C unit and air handler from his distributor. Jim personally went out to Tampa the next morning and picked up the unit and then came to my home and had removed the old fried unit and replaced it with the new wiring and hooked it up.

I got estimates from three people,and they went from $2900.00 to $5000.00 to replace the same make and model that had seen better days. Jim was recommended by a friend and he estimated the same unit for $2900.00. He recommended a model that was much more efficient for $2400.00, so I went with his recommendation. I am quite glad that I did. He is easy to talk to and will answer any questions you have.

Lee was very professional and knowledgable. He answered all our questions, and gave tips on how to save energy. He did not try to sell or replace anything. He told us everything was in working order, after doing a full service check. What a great company! Old fashion customer service.
