They were very punctual, friendly, and had the best price by far!

After hurricane Irma, which fortunatley caused no damage to my home, I decided I should see if the branches to my tree hanging over my house should be cut back. I had three different services come to my home and give me their advice. When Steve, the owner of Happy"s Tree Service, arrived his professionalism was noticeable. He didn't shy away from giving me bad news. One of my three large trees, and the one with the huge branches over the house, was actually a dead/dying tree. Not want a homeowner wants to here. Steve is a certified, licensed arborist. He took the time to go into detail as to why the tree was a gonner and how it was negatively affecting the other two trees. This week his crew came and took down the tree. We discovered that the tree actually had a huge split down the middle guaranteeing that the next big storm would have caused the tree to fall on my house. The sign that Steve and his crew are professionals was after they took the tree down. They grounded the stump and mulched the area. You could not tell that a tree was even there. The other services where slightly and not by much cheaper than Happy's. However, in the long run, I made out using them and protected the other two trees and my home. Thank you

I truly do not know where to begin! We had a huge dying Laurel Oak in our front yard that I was concerned about. We found Happy's Tree Service here with high marks...and we know why! I had a delightful chat with Wendy to schedule an estimate. Her hubby, Steve, came on Sunday, Sept. 3rd and immediately said it needed to come down and told us to get a permit. We received the permit on Thursday, September. 7th at 12:30. I left an urgent plea message with Wendy, she called back to tell me they were on their way. They had already done three jobs that morning!! It was 93 degrees! The tree came down, stump and tree roots ground, thorough clean up, all in 2 1/2 hours!! Left us mulch for sandbags! We had been told by others expect to pay between 2 and 3 thousand dollars...total $1,150! I believe with all of my heart they saved our home! Grateful to God and Steve! HIGHLY recommend!!

The owner and his crew showed up on time and took the tree down and cleaned everything up . They were pleasant to deal with and did everything they said they would. They also charged me the estimated price with no surprises. Would definitely hirer again and will recommend them to others.

Steve came out to do an estimate on a tree that I wanted to have trimmed. He was very honest with his opinion, that is the tree does not need any trimming, was in good shape, and didn't need any work for about another 2 year or so. Although no services were provided, I appreciate his time and honesty, and when the tree does need work I will definitely go to this company.

Extremely well. Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced for the job that needed to be done. The crew was fun to watch. they clearly have worked together for awhile - it was amazing to see how efficient they were at removing the two trees. Steve is a certified arborist, and he trimmed the live oak himself. we just bought the house last fall, and I don't think the previous owners had had it professionally trimmed for a long time, if ever. The transformation is amazing. There was quite a bit of dead wood on the tree. It not only looks better, it is far safer. speaking of safety, the crew all had the proper equipment as well - including helmets. when its time to do the live oak again, I will definitely be asking Happys to do it.

Steve and Wendy were very professional. They explained the process and service in detail from day one. They filled out all of the required permits for the tree removal, and basically took care of everything from beginning to end. The crew showed up on the day even early to get a jump start on the project. They also cleaned up my yard and my roof after the trees were removed. I will definitely hire them again.

We had 3 trees removed by Happy's. Happ took care of the permits and having 811 come out to mark lines. Very professional, came out when they said they would and did the work agreed upon. Very happy with the work upon completion, will definitely use them again in the future.

They did A LOT of work and you can't even tell any of it was ever there. Certainly would hire again. Steve really knows his stuff and made excellent recommendations about what was needed and ideas for what else could be done but was not pushy. Very professional and overall a great experience. We had never had that kind of work done before, always did it ourselves but it was too much to take on. When we were given the quote it seemed high but when you realize how much work goes into it, and how thorough they were it was worth every dollar.

I received 3 estimates for the job. Happy's was within $100 of all others, agreed to remove other yard debris and were the first available to get the job done. The three man crew arrived on time with three trucks, positioned the bucket truck in the front yard to access branches over the hours. All cut branches were lowered carefully on the roof. Branches over the backyard were cut using a climber, lowered in a way that did not damage yard plants, and worked safely as a team. Debris was blown off the roof and debris in the front/rear yard was collected in trash cans and disposed of ... leaving the property cleaner than when they arrived. Excellent result.

Steve was very thorough in the trim and removal of another tree . Steve was also very helpful and honest in his advice on replanting the tree as required by the county. Very Honest and I would definitely use Happy's Tree Service again.

Our new home has live oaks, palms, and other trees on the property. We needed a lot of work done so my wife & I had a few tree trimming companies come out to bid. Happ came out and he was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He gave us some really good tips and he quoted a fair price for all of the work considered. Happys Tree Service had to trim a ton of live oak branches that were hanging uncomfortably close to our roof, they had to remove a lot of deadwood, chopped down & removed miscellaneous trees and bushes, they pruned a few palm trees, Happ pointed out a dying tree that had to be cleaned up (including a huge branch arching over our driveway and street that was ready to fall at any moment), and at the end of the day, they made our property pop! Happ's crew was extremely efficient, friendly, and their clean up job was outstanding! No branch left behind! I highly recommend this company to everyone and if you're looking for a professional expert who will get the job done right, this is your man.

Being new to the area I rely heavily on reviews and write them so others can benefit from them as well. That being said my limited experience with Happy's Tree Service, LLC of Clearwater FL 33775 shows that they are unreliable and have a disregard for my time. I spoke with Wendy on 3 Nov regarding an estimate for tree pruning and possible tree removal and to get several stumps removed, per Wendy they would come by that evening 5-6pm. They were a no-show no call. I called again 4 Nov and was informed they had forgot about the time change and it was too dark to stop by Wendy said they called but my phone did not reflect that. So per Wendy they would stop by this evening (4 Nov) between 5-6pm again no-show no call.. I?m not sure how one can run a business with no respect for the customer, if you don?t want the business just say so that I can respect. I would not recommend this unprofessional business.

The Robi palm look great. Steve told me how to take care of it and when to get palm trimmed.

Everything went very well. They were prompt!!! There were many plants under the limbs and they were careful not to damage anything. Steve also took some over hanging branches from above the house. They did a great job!!!
