I called the company and made an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate to put a new fence in. The appointment was made eight days in advance of July 1st appointment day. I waited for two hours for someone to show up to no avail. There were no phone calls to re-schedule or cancel. I called and left a voicemail to let them know I was waiting but I got no call back. Needless to say, I won't be contacting them again. Disappointing.

I spent about $3900 on that service. That service was wonderful in every regard. I needed a custom 14 foot gate and they put together which worked very well. They put the fence up very quickly unlike a company my neighbor used that took very long. The fence was straight and sturdy. They were done in less than three days and their bid was within $100 of the other bid or $100 more. They get an A across the board in every regard and I am glad to use them again and recommend them to my friends.

We were very happy with the service. He did everything he said he would and the price was very good. He did a great job and it looks wonderful.

Ed was very prompt and professional. The work was top notch. The fence is extremely well constructed, best I've seen. Ed gave me a courtesy call when he was going to be delayed which was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.Overall, the work was quick and well done.

Ed did a great job! This is the third fence since we've lived in this home and by far this is the best installation ever. Other fence companies were never able to get the fence right at a lower drain easement that runs through our back yard, but Ed did a perfect job and it looks great. Ed from the first call was very prompt to return calls and a professional, on time for estimate and work. The yard was clean when they left, you couldn't tell there was ever another fence there. I am very happy with my experience with Duracraft and will be calling him back to do the other side of the yard in the future.

Ed and his team were great. They performed the work on time and finished on time. The fence he sells seems to be of very high quality with high quality gates. I went with a white PVC fence and it looks great. I would use Ed again in the future.

Ed was great - he arranged to meet me at 5:30 p.m. so I would not have take much time off from work. He measured the area, and withing about 10 min. I had the estimate of the what it would cost. We talked about a couple of options - and a week or so he called and said the materials were in. So we scheduled it for the end of that week. Within six hours the old ugly fense was gone and my new white vinyl fense was in place. He even worked around a sewer cover which is partly on my property. Now when the sewer guys come out, they no longer have to take part of my fense down!

Ed, the owner, was referred to me by a friend who uses his fencing. His company makes their own wood fences, so they are much higher quality than the ones you can buy at Home Depot or Lowe's--and they are around the same price, or less. He gave me the lowest estimate of the several companies I contacted, one of which was twice as high. He gave me two estimates (at different times) and gave me various options--different grades of wood and new/used posts. He was always punctual and returned my calls quickly. You can buy fencing from this company, even if they don't install the fence. Also I got a 5 year warranty on my fence, which was the longest warranty of anyone else I had contacted (which was one year). Again, I highly recommend Duracraft for anyone looking to buy fencing and/or get it installed.

Their estimate was slightly lower than the other company I looked into. The owner, Ed, came out for the estimate. He really impressed both my wife and I with his professionalism and knowledge. They completed the job exactly on schedule. Ed was on site for the entire installation. The work was done with the highest quality. They worked quietly and carefully, we have a lot of plants along the perimeter of the old fence and they carefully worked around them and did no damage to anything. The fence was individually crafted to fit the area doing 1 panel at a time and making adjustments due to differences in the ground. They had to go around several big trees that were pushing into our yard from neighboring yards, as well as uneven ground in areas. They managed to adjust the height of the fence so that it was one continuous height despite the differences in the land, it was a beautiful job. When they removed the old fence, they did so quickly and neatly. They didn't leave any debris behind. We have a beautiful new fence. We will recommend this company to anyone.

They were at my house less than five minutes, didn't explain their product or give any details about the job and said he would email the estimate to me. I have not heard back from them. It's been a week since they were at my house for the estimate. Thank goodness I have had several other companies call me back and provide their estimates in a timely manner.

Ed was great. He and one guys tore down the old fence and installed the new fence with all the posts concreted into place to avoid sagging. They were on-time and worked tirelessly to complete the job including removing all the old material. They even poured concrete around a post to an adjoining homeowner's associate fence because it was sagging in and had the potential to lay into mine and result in problems opening and closing my gate. I definately recommend Duracraft fencing.

Ed was really professional. He inspected out old fence which was very ragged and wobbly. The week prior one of the sides had detached during a thunderstorm and we were considered about hurricane season. Ed pointed out the deficiencies in the old work and explained how his method would insure they didn't happen. he used extremely sturdy posts and dug them in very deep. He cemented the gate posts in and reinforced it significantly. The fence looks great and they did all the work in 1/2 a day. They delivered everything the previous fence company had promised but didn't deliver. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to install or replace a privacy fence.

Earler (7/23/09) Duracraft replaced approximately 80 ft. of fence with new fence and one gate for $1199. This was an emergency replacement of a storm-felled portion of our backyard fencing. Ed was very accommodating, and willing to give the customer what we wanted (another A-listed company was somewhat pushy and unwilling to provide what we asked for). When time came to replace the rest of the yard we again hired Duracraft. As usual he was very professional and did excellent work. He provided special anchoring of the gate hinge-posts so that the gates will never sag (a problem I had with the old gates). Neighbors have commented on the quality of our new fence, and we are happy to recommend Duracraft.

He came out when he said he would. He couldn't work for about six weeks but he told us that upfront so he was very open about it. His price was fantastic compare to any body else. He did all the work himself. Every thing was very professional and very neat. I had a great experience with him and I recommended him to my neighbor.

Free estimate was on time. I had to call back to schedule, but it was during holidays so not that big a deal. Ed worked with me to arrange the schedule so I could do my own tear out.

They did a good job on our neighbor?s fence, and that?s why we have decided to go with them.

Everything went smoothly from the initial phone call, through presentation of an estimate and final installation. They also obtained the permit. The entire process took less than three weeks. The work was done quickly and efficiently with pine treated wood.

We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and the condition the property was left in when the job was completed.

We had agreed to a fence installation and the work was started when we changed our minds and wanted the fence installed further away from the house. Ed listened to our concerns and changed the fence to meet our needs.

They were great. I needed a specific type of fence and they were able to give me what I needed. My neighbor used them too and thought that they were excellent.

Job estimate was for two days. Company arrived on time and completed the job on time. Worked from 9 AM to 3 PM on day one, and 9 AM to 2 PM on day two. Old fence removed from the site as promised, and workmen did a proper clean up after the job.

Duracraft Fence Co., came out, adjusted the gate latch, and never charged me for the call. The gate works great, so it went fantastically overall! Duracraft has been to my property previously and serviced my fences and gates. But, I made the service call to Duracraft, and I was prepared to pay for the service. Duracraft could have charged me for the service call but didn't, even though it may have been a minor adjustment. The adjustment wasn't minor to me because I could not open my gate, so I needed to have it repaired.

Excellent service, professional, prompt, saved me money, so far everything is repaired and working.

Perfect, could not have asked for a better experience.

The owner came to our home within a day, or two, and provided a written estimate the same day. Duracraft had a cancellation and was able to install the fencing in a little over a week. The fencing and the work performed was just what we had hoped for.
