Our job was small, twenty feet. The quality of the workmanship and the materials is very good. The company is very busy and yes, there was a wait and sometimes a delayed response, but I am very pleased with the end result, and I would hire them again.

Never returned my call or responded to my email. I realize that they are busy - but a reply would have been nice.

awesome crew showed up in freezing rain as promised; courteous and clean; fence is perfect; completed in one day. installed very nice heavy 2-way latches and hinges. I upgraded from stockade to board on board; steel-reinforced gates; and added some footage.

As I recall (this was done 3 years ago - sorry for the delay in this review), they were punctual and professional. My problem with them is that the gate latches did not work correctly; they came out and adjusted them, but to this day I have problems with the latches. The posts began to split, also.

Ed was very busy, We got our estimate on August 23rd but he was unable to do the work until October 18th. However, this was explained to us in advance and the rainy season delayed him further. He completed the job in one day even after we made some last minute changes. Ed was punctual for both the estimate appointment and for the actual work. I would highly recommend Duracraft Fence Company.

We talked to Ed on the phone and he came out several days later to give us an estimate. He said the lag time would be about 4 weeks. On the day of the install, Ed's son and a second worker showed up at 8am and worked until the job was complete at 3pm. We are very happy with the service provided.

These guys did a GREAT JOB!! They completed the job in 2 days and I couldn't be more pleased. Their estimate was more reasonable than 2 others.

Austen from Duracraft Fence arrived promptly on time and assessed which posts needed to be replaced. Within 45 minutes he had dug in the new posts and attached them to the existing fence. Austen was extremely pleasant and polite. We were very pleased with the job he did and were glad to meet him.

Ed is somewhat hard to get a hold of sometimes. Or maybe I expect to much. When he did arrive to do the work it went very fast and flawless. He and his crew are very quick and good at putting up the fence. After a couple of months I really like the job and the fence itself.

I called Duracraft and arranged for an estimate. Before I got off the phone I said, "be sure too tell me if you can't make it." He said oh of course! Surprise, surprise the company never showed up and didn't bother to call.

We worked through the normal 3 bid process and while he wasn't the cheapest he was the most professional and timely of the people we spoke with. Provided the quote, agreed on price, work was performed. The old fence was down in minutes, was very respectful to my neighbors yard which we had to cross into to ensure we had fence secured. Holes were all filled with cement and the gates look awesome. I even asked for a last minute change they were able to make it. Overall we are very pleased with our new fence and their workmanship.

This was a terrific experience. Ed gave me the lowest quote AND he went out of his way to find the materials I requested -- a gothic-topped picket to match the existing fencing in my backyard. I was expecting the work to be scheduled 2-4 weeks out since most fencing companies this time of year are extremely busy, but Ed called me one week after I hired him and sent his installer to my house two days later. Even though it was a relatively small job, I was wowed by how quickly they responded and got it done. The installer was efficient and did excellent work. He was very responsive and made sure I was happy with everything. Payment was easy. Everything about this job was quick, easy, and very well done. Highly recommended!

Duracraft gave me the cheapest price around; they did the work quickly and they did the work to my specifications well. But what really impressed me was that when they had left and I ran my sprinklers, I discovered water gushing up from the ground. His workers hadn't broken the sprinkler heads. They'd checked those out ahead of time, marking them carefully. But evidently in just walking around carrying the heavy loads of fencing, they had broken the PVC pipe at a certain point. When I called them up, they agreed to fix it. I felt kind of bad about that. They had broken the pipe accidentally, just by walking above it in a normal kind of way. Nonetheless they came out and made repairs the next day, and I really appreciate it. They were real professionals. I almost wish I had another fence for them to repair.

I contacted Duracraft Fence in May to schedule an estimate. Ed showed up promptly on the estimate day and gave a very clear quote. When I asked him how far out they were scheduling work, he stated that it would be at least a month. Although that was longer than we wanted to wait, they had great reviews and a good price, so we decided to go with them. I did choose to follow-up with him throughout the month to check and see if out tentative time of installation was still on track, but I never felt out of the loop. Ed called about 1 1/2 weeks before to give us our tentative install date, assuming he wouldn't be put behind with weather. Today they installed the fence and I couldn't be happier. They very professionally removed all the old, sharp chain link, cleared away and trimmed interfering landscaping from my neighbors yards (with their permission, of course), and installed 125' wood stockade of fence, all in about 4 1/2 hours. Even for a 3 person team, I think that is great. Thank you for a job well done!

Called this fence company because of Angie's list rating. I set an appointment with Edward to come to our house to give us an estimate for installing a gate into an existing wooden fence for 5/26/15 approx 5 - 530 pm. After receiving no phone call and no one showing up for the appointment, I called the company and left a message. The following morning Edward called to apologize. We tentively set a second appointment for 5/28/15, with Edward to call in the early afternoon with a definite time for that afternoon. I never received a call from Edward. Not cool.

Ed and his crew of two removed an old wooden fence and gate. They installed an 84-foot tan vinyl fence along one side of my property and a 44" gate within an 8-foot side. They were 6-foot sections with posts set in concrete. A tan vinyl fence has a slightly higher price than a white one, but the difference for this job was only $170, which was not worth worrying about. The overall price was competitive with another fence company I interviewed. I choose Duracraft because of good comments on Angie's List and they could do the job when I needed. I had called two other fence companies and they told me up front that they were too busy and couldn't install within my timeframe, which was within about 3 to 4 weeks, so I didn't bother to waste their time to come out for an estimate. They arrived on the scheduled day and time. Unfortunately, they got rained out after only 2 hours and were able to return the next day to complete the job. Ed did a great job and made sure the fence visually looked smooth and level, even though it was much higher on one end than the other. Ed aligned the sections and posts to my liking. They had some huge roots to work around on one end and they cut what they could to get the fence posts installed. The new gate was superb and anchored securely. The gate latch and drop rod was what I requested. My only non-positive comment was that the young men who helped Ed were not as mature or experienced and he had to supervise their actions closely. They also didn't clean up afterwards and left some old post holes unfilled. But the fence looks great and they installed where, when, and how I wanted it.

My husband left a message on their voice mail and had a response within two days. Set a time for them to come out and give an estimate. He took off work to meet them and received a call just prior to the time he was supposed to be there that they were finishing a job and could not make it. No big deal, made another appointment. My husband made arrangements for time out of work again. This time no show/no call. I was very hopeful for a good experience due to all the good ratings. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

New fence looks amazing! Company removed around 120' of broken down wooden fence and installed brand new board on board fence with a very good metal enforced 5' gate. Even dug brand new post holes instead of using existing ones that were originally installed a few inches too far apart by previous owner. (Which made that fence not very sturdy at all.) New fence is very sturdy and strong. And top line is even, with a few inches off the ground to prevent wood rot. Installed exactly what I asked for and like I said looks amazing. No gaps anywhere for someone to look through as they walk down the sidewalk. All done within 4-5 hours, which amazed me. Very professional, punctual, and friendly. Already gave information to my parents, who also need some fence work. Highly recommend this company for any fence work you need.

They did exactly what they promised. The fince looks good. Ed was very personable. He used good wood. The neighbor liked him so well, that he did their fence also.

Did a very good job and was there when he said he would be. My neighbor will probably use him next and he will be doing some additional work for me in the near future. Very pleased with everything he did.
