Description of Work: The company replaced 2 sections of fencing across the front of my property. The owner's son did the work and was extremely professional. The replacement was done during last year's 21 days of continuous rainfall. With the extreme weather, the young man took exceptional care installing the fencing a gate. I would highly recommend the company.

Description of Work: I had gotten an estimate for vinyl fencing from them but when I asked for a certain type of fencing he declined to re-estimate it. Maybe it wasn't worth the effort but it lost him a fat payday because I would have gone with the vinyl fencing if the cost was $500-700 more than the original estimate maybe even $1000 more.

Description of Work: Had Duracraft fence installed about 4 years ago. Quote and invoice clearly stated a 5 year warranty on work. Tried several times to contact the company via phone, email and numerous voice mail messages to get repairs done with no response.

Description of Work: Called Edward Tuxhorn with duracraft fence and was told that they were on a job and would call back to schedule an estimate. I was "butt dialed" three times and could hear them discussing the current job and disagreeing about whether an extra step to ensure quality fence placement/positioning was needed. |No one called me back.

Description of Work: Removed a section of old fence, installed new fence to expand usable back yard. Ed was punctual from start to finish. Did everything he said he would in a professional manner. It was a small job, but Ed treated it as though it were a major contract. I'm very pleased and the fence looks great.

Description of Work: Tore down and removed old fence, installed just under 200 feet of fance and gates. I got several estimates and after reading reviews here went with Duracraft. They were fantastic. People who visit my home, including other contractors comment on the fence and how good it looks. I was offered two prices, one with upgraded size lumber at a very modest price difference. I chose the upgraded materials. It's a board on board fence with 1 x 6 slats and 2 x 4's for the stringers. He also used 6 x 6's at gate locations instead of just 4 x 4's. Just awesome work and materials. I'm even having them come back to alter a set of fence gates on the common fence with my neighbor as his their work is far superior.

Description of Work: When I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, I spoke with Ed. Someone was scheduled to come today (10/19) between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. No one came and no one called. I will not call them again, as I refuse to do business with any company who does this. If it's that difficult to get an estimate, I shudder to think how difficult it would be to get a response to a problem.
