Larry was great. As a new pool owner, I needed lots of help and education. Larry explained my filtration system to me and my pool finish. Our home was a foreclosure so there was lots of work to be done. Larry was very knowledgable and helpful when we had our pump and filter replaced by our home warranty. I ended up not continuing with Dog Days but will be switching back after seeing receiving pool service from another provider. I was so impressed with Larry's knowledge and responsiveness that I've recommended him to my realtor for future clients.

The was the best service we could have imagined! He was extremely professional and fast service. He did an outstanding job and we highly recommend him!

Once a week cleaning did not work in hot month, I had to go and brush the green algae off the walls one week in the middle of his weekly visits. Otherwise he did a great job of balancing my water, as I had too much free chlorine in it.

It went well. He and his assistant were very competent and helpful.

I had a clogged skimmer line.I called Dog Days to see if they could help.The same day he came out and tried to flush the line out but couldn't.I was not charged ANYTHING and was given some pointers on my pool.If your looking for Fair,Friendly and honest pool service Dog Days is it!

The provider does not service my area otherwise I would have used them ! I received a full refund for purchasing the deal.

The owner Larry was extremely professional and knowledgeable and provided very good advice for how to take care of and maintain my pool. I thought the work that they did was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to do anything to their swimming pool.

Larry is helping me get my pool looking it's best! He gives me great advice on how to maintain my pool.

They did a great job. The also fixed a leak in the pool which was outside of the scope of the deal and didn't charge me extra. I would highly recommend and was very satisfied.

I've been using them for a bit over a month and it's been working out very well for me. The gentleman he works with comes and goes, I can tell that he came but he never leaves a mess, is no bother and is very friendly. I continued service with him after the month.

The cost would have been more except that my system actually works really well and the pool cleaned up a lot quicker. He said that he would just reduce the price since he didn’t have to make return trips and stuff. He seemed pretty nice and fairly knowledgeable. He was very attentive to detail, and he pointed out a couple of things that I never noticed before. He told me that since I decided I wanted to continue to take care of the pool myself, if I ever had any questions or any problems, I should just give him a call back and he would help me. That was pretty nice of him. Usually companies don’t want to talk to me if they find out that they are not going to get future service out of me. I haven’t really had any other experience with pool companies before but he came out and did the job and was timely, so I can't complain about that. I got a discount from the original estimated price. He was very punctual. He actually called me that morning and gave me a good idea as to when he was going to be in the neighborhood. He did tell me that it was possible that he might be running late just because some work got that way. He estimated like 2 o’ clock in the afternoon and he called me again at 1.30 and said that he was going to be in my neighborhood, and he was pretty close to the time he gave me.

Delays in scheduling. Put off to start on following month. Finally scheduled and had arranged the day to have someone home. He called and said he was on his way and never showed. Received email stating he could not provide service. Good point for Dog Days - he did email telling me to call Angie's List for refund. I am appreciative for that.

He was very nice and he actually came to my house but told me that my location was just too far away. He did give me the information for another pool company that he recommended that does service my area.

I was really impressed with Larry! He is very friendly and explained everything he was doing. He checked everything and fixed the problem without trying to sell me on things I didn't need. Initially we called Dog Days Pool Service to clean our pool, which had not been used for 6 months. I purchased the $40 special on Angie's List. Larry, the owner of Dog Days Pool contacted us within a couple of days - he confirmed the appointment and provided a courtesy call again before his arrival. He thoroughly inspected the pool and equipment, and provided us with a very fair estimate to replace the broken pool pump and a few miscellaneous parts. Larry was able to accommodate our very busy schedule and provided the pool cleaning and pump repair on Saturday, which is outside his normal working day and hours. The pool looked amazing after the cleaning and on top of that, he was able to install a higher quality pump than the one he had originally quoted on us! I would definitely recommend Dog Days Pool Service, and we look forward to utilizing their maintenance services in the near future. Thank you for a job well done! We are happy customers.

We purchased a HUD home and to say the pool was a neglected swamp is a vast understatement. The owner met with my husband and worked right through the weekend to get our pool clean and the lessen the damage already done. The cost was steep, but a pool is a luxury and a money pit. We are extremely pleased to have found this company.

I had mantained a pool previously but it had a screen and no robot cleaner so I struggled trying to keep it clean. I called one day and owner came within two hours, cleaned filter and gave me detailed instructions on how everything works, best $75 I ever spent.

Dog Days Pools has been my pool company for a bit over a year now, and I'm quite pleased with them. Pleased enough to write a review. My pool is kept up nicely and that's important to me. My wife is disabled and the pool is her primary mode of exercise. It can't be unavailable or unusable, and I couldn't keep up with it myself. So I called a few companies to put in bids for this work and I was getting frustrated with my results. Some companies only service certain kinds of pools (not the kind I had as I bet you can tell), yadda, yadda. Dog Days said "We'll handle it." and they have. I have one less thing to worry about, and it was a big worry. Poof. Gone. That's nice. Thanks Dog Days.

He came in, and the pool was horrendous. He redid the entire pump system and is now maintaining the pool for us. He is wonderful and charged us a lot less that he should have. He was also able to repair some leaks at no additional cost.

Larry is very professional, personable and easy to reach. He was able to handle special requests and needs for my pool. He supplies pool equipment and parts. And is also available for emergency service.
