They were really good. My garbage disposal was stuck and he charged me $79. He came out on a Sunday. They were very nice, they came out the Sunday night, the guy only charged me the amount for the service call because he didn't need to go out to his truck so it's not going to be any major money. Since then the disposal is perfect.

His prices are reasonable. He came right away and did a really nice job. He is very courteous and arrives when he says he is going to.

They were very reasonable. They came out immediately, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. They were very courteous. They covered all the furniture and drapes when they opened up the floor, and cleaned up after themselves. They even gave me some good advice for the future.

When I contacted the company and explained what I needed they gave me an appointment for the very next morning with no problem. Brandon arrived on time, first thing in the morning. He completed both jobs to my great satisfaction. His demeanor is professional yet easy-going so I was very comfortable having him in my home to perform this work. My daughter commented on how nice it was that he even cleaned her bathtub after unclogging the drain. I would definitely recommend this company!

He tried to do a basic unclog and it was determined that a more extensive service was required. Since I don't own the condo, I was unable to authorize the work. He refunded my $39 because he couldn't complete the job. He was very professional and knowledgable. I would recommend him.

We were getting ready to go out of the country in three hours when we noticed a puddle of water in a back bedroom. After calling several people, we got a hold of Brandon. He said that he was sorry but unable to come out until the next day. We explained the problem and advised him that we would be gone but our daughter would be home. He called back in less than 30 minutes and said he was on his way. He did a very complete job and was very friendly and courteous. They arrived exactly on time and had to use several methods to clear the stubborn drain in the bathroom sink. They spent much more time than I would have expected and did not give up until they cleared the problem. I am grateful for their efforts and will happily recommend them to anyone. Had called another plumber in my area and he said that he wouldn't be able to come out until the following week but he told me about Dependable Plumbing. I called him on Sunday and he came out the next day - he was courteous and explained what he would be doing and went straight to work and had the faucet and garbage disposal installed in no time - We had been struggling with replacing the faucet ourselves the week before and, even though the manufacturer said that it was easy to replace, we found out that it wasn't as easy as they had said, however, Brandon had the faucet out and replaced with no trouble at all - I was very impressed with Brandon and when I had a problem with a rental property a couple of weeks later, I didn't hesitate to call him. I called him on Sunday again and he was at the rental property early Monday morning - he determined what the problem was and took care of it and let us know that we needed to have the septic tank pumped also to make sure that everything would be clear and after I asked him, he recommended a company to help us with that. I was very pleased with the service I received and how quickly he was able to come out - I have waited in the past a week or longer for a plumber to come out to do a job like replacing a faucet, etc.(unless it was an emergency) but Brandon came out both times the very next day. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends for their plumbing needs. His prices seem to be right and sometimes less than the other plumbers I have used. You can't go wrong by calling Brandon at Dependable Plumbing - that is just the right name for this plumbing company.

I only wish there was a rating higher than "A"... Completely wonderful service from the time I first left a message on a Friday afternoon..Brandon Pleky returned my call within a few minutes and made an appointment for the very next day. I had explained that we had a slab leak. Another plumbing company could not pinpoint the exact location and was recommending that we repipe the entire house. I explained to Brandon that we very much did not want to due that. He stated that he would locate the leak and go through the slab to repair it...and quoted a very reasonable price over the phone. This job was complicated by the fact that the leak was under the support system for a 225 gallon aquarium...accessible but tricky. Brandon showed up early!! for the appointment and was so accommodating in understanding our concerns about excess vibrations potentially damaging the aquarium if he were to use a jack hammer, and quickly developed another strategy. As things progressed and of course became more complicated, he continued to persevere and successfully completed the job. It took 6 hours due to the complexity of the repair, so we could not believe it when he presented the bill for the original quote he had made before he even knew how difficult the job was. We are beyond pleased and feel we received truely remarkable service.

Note: We decided not to go with the plumber our remodeler uses as he had "commitment" issues and I will just leave it at that. We actually got Brandon because another company we had contacted (who had done previous repairs for us) had an emergency call and could not come at the time we needed them to work with our remodeling contractor. Fortunately, this other company called Brandon and asked him to do the job since he could be here when we needed. He showed up at the time he promised (and let me tell you, after this remodel, that was no small feat) and I let him know what we needed to have done. I didn't even bother to ask about pricing as the walls were out in our old shower and we needed the work done ASAP so the remodeler could keep moving forward. It was definitely a coordinated effort, the tile guy and Brandon working around each other, but neither complained. I had a new rough valve for both the tub and the shower. I told him what we were trying to accomplish without adding too much to the cost. Brandon first pulled out the old valve in the shower wall and replaced it. Once he got done with the shower, he took the old shower valve and tried to remove the cartridge. No matter how hard he tugged, that thing was stuck and wasn't coming out. He only did this because the tub installation was similar and he was trying to save me money (and tearing out the wall) by attempting to just replace the cartridge and not the entire valve. Since the cartridge was clearly not coming out of the valve, he ended up using the original set up we already had in the tub area and just replaced the trim kit. I was okay with this as it was a little used tub so I wasn't too terribly worried about corrosion or hard water damage. It all worked and he saved me a lot of time and money by doing it that way. He got everything set up for me to install the shower trim kit when the tile guy was done, as I had requested--I didn't know when exactly what day that would be and didn't want to have to call him back out for another service call. He explained to me everything I would need to do to install the trim kit and which parts needed the Teflon tape. I'm handy enough to get this accomplished. I paid him for two hours of work and he honored a coupon I had from Angie's List for the original contractor. Now, here's the thing that really set Brandon apart from everyone else. While I was looking over the installation instructions (approximately a week later), it appeared to me that the shower cartridge was installed backwards, so hot was on the right instead of the left. I called Brandon and he asked me if he could come back that afternoon to check it, as he thought it only installed one way but he would be happy to come by and verify. Again, he showed up ON TIME. He first asked if I was ready for the trim kit to be installed and I said yes, we were good to go if he could just figure out if the cartridge was correct. He looked the installation over and determined that it was installed incorrectly and that he just needed to flip it. He apologized for the error. Not only did he do that but he also installed the trim kit for me!! (I was not feeling too good and I wasn't prepared to deal with it.) Then he left....no charge. In all fairness, I didn't ask him to come back and install the trim kit because I assumed I would have to pay for another service hour. I never discussed this with him so I don't know if that was part of the original job I paid for or not. I was in a desperate situation and frankly, when he showed the first time, he may as well have been wearing a halo. I didn't ask a lot of questions. I will add that should I need any future work done in my house, i.e. the kitchen remodel, I will be calling Brandon FIRST because we have not had a lot of luck with contractors making good on their promises and/or estimates up to that point and he did...plus went beyond my expectations with the subsequent visit.
