Brandon was excellent. He gave me an honest quote that no other plumber would, worked quickly, and made sure to help keep my home and yard clean. Will definitely hire him again if I need a plumber.

I reserve the F grade for the category of 'professionals' who I have strong reason to believe, are fake, with fake credentials, fake profiles, fake websites and are here on Angie's list for some mysterious purpose other than finding work. Coming to dependable plumber, in short - ANYTHING BUT DEPENDABLE!!! Here's the sequence of drama that went on: We fix an appointment time with him, me and my wife take time off work to accommodate the 2 hour appointment window plus couple of hours needed for the job. The guy calls saying he is on his way and will reach our place in 30 minutes. And then he disappears. Hours pass by before we realize that it was a NO SHOW. No phone calls and messages returned. A totally mysteriously unprofessional behavior, complete disregard of other people's time. Called him again at week's end to put my perplexed brain to rest and he said he doesn't remember what happened!!! and has no clue why he did the disappearing act !!! and tried to feign ignorance. This business looks like a scam and would be best to avoid. I seriously doubt the authenticity of this business and all the A grades that are showing up here.

This was a good experience. The provider called me the Monday after I purchased the deal and made an appointment for the following Wednesday Morning. He showed up on time, installed the garbage disposal and everything was complete within an hour.

The representative "Allen" was scheduled to arrive between 12:00 pm- 3:00 pm but due to a cancellation called to ask he can come early. Allen arrived and went straight to work. He was very professional and shared his knowledge with me as he was doing the work. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and now the drain works perfectly. Great job, great guy!

Called Dependable Plumbing and he was here in less than an hour. The water heater was installed with a better unit that had brass fittings instead of plastic and had more insulation to conserve electricity. He did a great job and was very professional. He even put a protector pipe over the main water house feed to protect it from the weed eater.

Brandon called early before the job was to be done and verified we were still a go. He was able to start earlier than scheduled which was great. Very professional and very knowledgable. He is a good size guy (much bigger than myself) but I think he must be part contortionist. The job would have taken me 2 days with a lot of pain and blood not to mention 10 trips to the store and having to drop the disposal for me to fit under the sink. Brandon did none of those things. Under 1.5 hours he was done! No cursing (even whistlers a bit while he worked. Awesome is not enough to describe how great it went!

Brandon was very professional and called me back on a Saturday evening. Then, he was willing to perform the work the next day on a Sunday afternoon while my family and I were at the Jags game. When we came home the work was complete (Even though the Jags lost to Carolina!) Brandon's assistant Kameron told me privately he was a really good boss and Kameron enjoyed working with him. I also got a $25 discount for using Angie's List. I am keeping his contact future referrals.

Made appointment very quickly after purchasing deal on Angies List. Showed up promptly at appointment time. Resolved drain problem in short order and checked adjacent plumbing fixtures. Cleaned up area and was very professional. Very skilled plumber, excellent results, have used them in the past with equivalent results. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Informed by local water utility on a Tue afternoon that their records indicated my potable water usage had increased 200% in the past 7 days. Check of water meter with no water usage inside home indicated water was still running through the meter. Spent rest of the day and the next morning trying to self-diagnose the problem. Checked all toilets with dye - no leaks; no standing water or signs of a leak anywhere inside home; checked water heater and found no issues; and no wet or muddy spots in yard. Shutoff water to house at owner's valve and meter stopped running, so I feared the worse - a leak somewhere in the slab. Contacted Brandon at Dependable Plumbing and scheduled a service call for the next day (Thur). Brandon showed up during the one hour time frame as scheduled and we discussed the issue and all my actions up to that point. When I told Brandon that about a week ago I had tested the T&P valve on the water heater to ensure it was working, he went directly to the water heater and checked the valve again, as well as the valve drain line (outside). There was the leak! Apparently, due to the age of the water heater and the most likely fact that the T&P valve had not been tested in quite some time (if ever), the valve was stuck open and did not reseal completely after I had tested it. Brandon shutoff water to the water heater and then replaced the valve. He turned the water back on to the water heater and then checked the meter to ensure it was not running - it was not. Problem solved. This entire job was done in about 45 minutes (even though Brandon had to make a trip to the local Home Depot for a new T&P valve). Definitely pleased with the quality of service received and relieved that there was not a leak in the slab. Brandon also provided two other written estimates for routine plumbing work that I want done in the future. I would utilize this company again.

Eric was very polite and explained exactly what he was going to do. He replaced the part in less than the allotted time and was very neat.
