They were here when they said they would be and they did the job. They did a good job. After this work is done, there is someone from Progress Energy that comes out to check and make sure the work was done correctly and they did verify that is was for me.

They came out when they said they would and they did the job quickly. There were in and out in no time.

I had used them before for a rental property, so I used them again. They had competitive pricing.

Excellent. The price was great. They were so quick and clean I barely knew they were there. The temperature in my upstairs level is much better now.

I needed additional insulation after I had an energy company come and do a walk through. They blew it in and it took about 45 minutes. The experience was very good. When I called them the lady that I spoke to was very helpful and she didn't pressure me into using them. I actually had to call back a couple of times because I had a couple of questions for them and they were very polite. When the two guys came out to do the insulation, they were also very polite. They did it very quickly. They got it taken care of to my satisfaction.

Never heard back from this company!

The installers arrived on time and completed the job in about 1/2 hour. As the installers were packing up, I asked if the area over the closed in balcony received the insulation. Apparently it didn't because before I knew it the installer instructed his assistant to bring back the equipment. In another 10 minutes or less the job was completed. The installer also pointed out that some of the ceiling registers were loose and to instruct the company who did the duct replacement to take care of it.

The office help was nice and they technicians were very good to work with. They were on time(though they forgot to call an hour ahead). They checked the location of any recessed lighting before entering the attic and noted that one of my kitchen lights was already pushed out of the ceiling a bit. They were done in no time and left no mess. They also fixed a piece of the existing insulation that had come off the wall and brought their ladder in to fix my kitchen light without being asked and at no charge. I'm unsure how much this has helped our cooling costs since we also started running our pool pump 4hrs less per day but overall we have reduced use by 150-300 kWh/mth and I think the pump is saving about 150.

Very well - arrived on time & did work very efficiently. I noticed a difference in how often my air conditioner went on right away. They deducted the Progress Energy rebate from the bill total and submitted the form for me.

Daniel Insulation did a very good job. It took them one day to do. After the initial evaluation, it took them about a week to get everything together. They were very accomodating with what they had to do, considering it was a small job and they had large equipment. They managed to get the job done right.

I called Daniel insulation to get a quote. The knowledgable lady I spoke with asked how many square feet I needed insulated. I gave her a very rough estimate of 880 square feet, judging by the percent of the impacted area and that some areas had some insulation in place already. From my rough estimate she gave me a quote which ended up being exactly what I paid. The installers arrived on time, set up and had the job done in about an hour. Everything was cleaned up and it appears I now have R-30 throughout the attic. They used 16 bags of fiberglass insulation.

It was fine and they did a good job. We were quite happy with the work they did. They were tidy.

Rather than just come out and do a quick job blowing the insulation, he took some extra time and pointed out a few potential problems before blowing the insulation. I was very impressed with that he pointed them out, even though it prevented him from doing his job because it would've caused a problem to do it.

It was incredible that they got the amount of insulation in that they did because I have a very low sloping roof. I got a rebate from the power company for putting the insulation in.

I called Daniel Insulation, had an associate to pick up phone in person (no computer voice , answering machine etc !), she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Got an appointment really quickly, the technicians who came in time as agreed were courteous, very efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Very positive experience indeed.

These three guys did a great job. My house is on a concrete slab, so my plumbing got re-routed into the attic. I had to have it done, because the ceiling got so warm from the hot water. It's only been a week, and I haven't had a chance to notice a difference. Maybe when I get my electric bill.

This took them about an hour and a half. They were on time, in fact they were running a little ahead of schedule that day. They were courteous and professional. They didn't leave any mess behind, they cleaned up. We can see a definite difference in our energy bill, so what they did is working! I also inspected it and it looks like they did what they said they would do! I did check prices and they are competitively priced.

I called and was greeted by someone who was knowledgeable and courteous. I made an appointment for the next day which surprised me. The gentlemen who did the work were prompt and professional. They were in and out in about 40 minutes. My overall rating for this company is very high.

Everything went well. Everyone is Polite and knowledgeable, all the way through..From the phone staff to the technicians. Job was done on time, and on budget. When we had a small problem with one of our can lights in our kitchen overheating and going out, we knew it was because of some insulation that had been trapped around the light. They came out immediately and got back up in the attic, found where the insulation had covered one of the small cans and cleared it right off. They were very friendly and very efficient all the way through. Would highly recommend them!! Their prices are very reasonable as well.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional. They were on time. They gave me a quote over the phone, which was nice. They did a good job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Actually, a home inspector told me the insulation job was really good because they insulated above the drop down door to the crawl space and most companies don't do that. I would recommend them. Originally had R-11 and they added R-19 to bring it up to R-30. Cost is before a $100 discount for progress energy which is part of the states power company.

Henry arrived to give an estimate since the job was a bit unusual. He called when he discovered he would not be on time, "Thank you". We agreed on a different time and he arrived as expected. He was very professional and I thought the price was fair for the job. The workers called before arrival, completed the job as expected and cleaned up fairly well. Overall, I was happy and we are already noticing a difference in the temperature of those rooms.

The entire experience was smooth. The men worked hard, were careful not to soil my carpets by wiping their feet prior to entering. All in all, I would use this company again if needed.

As promised they called and said they were 15 minutes away. Two men arrived, and they were clean cut in appearance, very polite and professional. The tech said I had to keep all my vents on in the kitchen and if I had any in the bathrooms. (Which I did). It took around 1 1/2 to 2 hours to blow the insulation into our roof. So far so good. I just put the air conditioner on this week so I will hopefully see the savings in the coming months.
