I like them very much. I am a building contractor. They are a company that I have used on many jobs. They are an excellent service, they are reliable, and they are fairly priced.

They were on time, quick and courteous. Our local energy company recommended them and I got a rebate. Other people had also recommended them. I was totally satisfied and gave them a tip. We noticed our bill went down $100-150 so we could definitely tell a difference. The temperature stays more constant. It was worth all the money I spent and I will have a payback in less than a year.

I never got around to using them yet, I have to see if they can come out again. The estimate they gave me was $270. They came out in an adequate amount of time and introduced themselves at the door. They were professional. He was an estimator. He explained what he was doing and told about the options and so forth. It was quite satisfactory. They were responsive. They came fairly quickly. I would contact them in the future.

We were well informed about the process and the product, so everything went as expected, one day of prep, one day of spraying, and several days of letting the foam cure before we worked in the house again. County inspectors were well satisfied with the job and we passed inspection with flying colors.

Ryan came out and did an estimate. On time and professional. Jim came out to do the installation and did an inspection first. He determined that there was an area of my attic that was not accessible. He went over the options available and I ended up cutting a hole in my ceiling for his access. I believe they did very well with the limited access I had in my attic.

It went very well. The gentlemen also gave us some good advice about installing a solar roof exhaust fan to further reduce our utility bills. They were not trying to sell us any additional items, they were just giving us some more advice to make the house more efficient. They were very friendly and answered all questions with a very good attitude. I would recommend this company.

Great! They were able to pull our progress energy report from a database so they knew exactly what we needed. They were on time (not early rushing us or late making us wait). And they took our rebate which saved $100.

I rate them very highly. They found an ac pipe that was disconnected by Duct Buster and suggested we have it repaired before he finished the job. I had it repaired and they come back finished the job with no additional charges. They were very neat as well.

I don't remember the price, but it was reasonable. It was great and it saved on our bills. If they would have used their own materials to cover up the clothes in the closet instead of my sheets that would have been great.

They came out , measured, gave estimate, then when actual workmen came ,they noticed that I had some NON IC(insulation contact) recessed lights, at which point they stopped (fire hazard, advised me to get it fixed, gave me options, after I had the lights fixed they came back and completed the work. Very professional, informative and courteous. Would definitely get them again. As a comparison I called 3 other companies for estimates, one never showed up, and 2 gave estimates on phone without showing up.

great price, quick and efficient. Don't be shocked by the equipment or the truck because that is one of the reasons why he keeps his pricing low. Overall he knew what he was doing and was very friendly and professional.

Quality customer service! Mike started the job on July 1st but discovered a large hole in our a/c ductwork. Thankfully he stopped blowing insulation as soon as he spotted the hole and told me about it. I called our a/c contractor who fixed the problem on July 2nd and Mike was able to return on the 6th to finish the job. We are so grateful Mike found this problem for us & did not ignore it. He's obviously very experienced and conscientious. Both of his coworkers were very nice too. The insulation has made a significant difference in one bedroom which has always been warmer/colder than the rest of the house. We can set our thermostat a couple degrees higher now & the overall house temperature seems to stay more consistent.

Mr. Daniel responded to our request for an estimate quickly. We got an estimate for additional insulation to be blown in as well as the radiant barrier. We need to have the work done in two parts and called to schedule the radiant barrier first. We called to set up the service when we were out of town and within 24 hrs we had received 3 calls back to try and schedule the work. They were very responsive. We had the radiant barrier installed first. They arrived on time and completed the job without incident. I did not get additional estimates for the work so I don't know if I could have found someone to do it cheaper. It was a lot of money but will hopefully be worth it in terms of improved energy efficiency for our house. We were happy with Daniel Insulation and will call them to install the additional insulation soon.

We had Progress Energy do a energy check on our home and one of the recommendations was to increase our attic insulation. We were given a list contractors approved by Progress Energy that participated in their rebate program. We called Daniel Insulation to set up an appointment for an estimate and were told we could get the cost over the phone with the Progress Energy report. The cost was as the power company had estimated, and we set up an appointment during that call. They were prompt, courteous and efficient and tidy. The job was well done and we would certainly recommend Daniel Insulation.

I had to call them to find what time they were to arrive the day of installation. I thought they would have kept updated. After I called the installer gave me a time and was there.

They were here when they said they would be and they did the job. They did a good job. After this work is done, there is someone from Progress Energy that comes out to check and make sure the work was done correctly and they did verify that is was for me.
