The 2 technicians showed up exactly on time, protected the carpet, blew the insulation into the ceiling, and were done within 1/2 an hour. They even added a sheet of insulation into an area that couldn't be reached with the blower. For $150, it seemed like an excellent bargain to me because it would have been a hot, miserable, weekend project for my husband.

They did a great job. This was one thing that we had done that also made a huge difference in keeping the house cool/hot.

I gave them all the information they needed over the phone. They gave me a quote instantly. They came to my house on schedule. Installed the new insulation and in the course fixed some mistakes that the builder had left. The installer was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Explained the whole process from the beginning and when he was done explained in details all that he did.

The company gave a confirmation call the day before. Called before arriving. The crew were very courteous and professional. I was very impressed with their overall service. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

I had a very positive experience with this company! They are very professional and the person who actually came out, Jim, was excellent. He listened to concerns of mine patiently regarding a certain duct/vent (long story!), checked everything out and made me feel really comfortable with everything he did. My home is wonderfully insulated and I would highly recommend Daniel Insulation.

We were very pleased with their work. Company confirmed appointment the day before and the workers were on time. They worked quickly and efficiently, even given the excessive heat of our attic. Amount charged was exactly what had been estimated. Workers cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to deal with.

What a pleasure! They called at 8:30 and arrived at 9 AM, as scheduled. Most pleasant and professional. They completed work in less than an hour, providing us with more insulation depth than I had ordered at no extra charge. I highly recommend them.

I spoke to Rachel on the phone about having someone to come out and give us an estimate for insulation. I was surprised that they would give estimates out over the phone, especially when I didn't know the exact sq footage that needed to be completed. We went through several scenarios w/prices for each & then she just gave me the charges per sq ft. for each ''R'' rating, as well as the inches that each rating would be. They do have a $150 min. charge if they do the work, so you need to have at least 341 sq ft of the R30 to be installed for it to be worth it. Overall, they were very helpful & upfront in explaining the charge per sq ft & that the charge included everything, such as labor & materials. The only reason that we didn't go w/them was because the company who did our remodel had suggested the company that they normally use so that's who we used. I was just getting estimates & checking prices.

THEY WERE VERY FAIR AND DID A GOOD JOB.

CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE VERY BUSY ALMOST A 3 WK WAIT. HOWEVER, THEY PUT US ON THE LIST FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. TO OUR SURPRISE THEY CALLED ABOUT A WEEK LATER AND SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT ON THURS AM BETWEEN 9-12 NOON. THEY CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE TO CONFIRM AND ALSO CALLED THAT MORNING WHEN THEY WERE 15 MINS AWAY. SHOWED UP RIGHT AFTER THEY CALLED, AND ALL 3 GUYS IMMEDIATELY CAME IN AND INTRODUCED THEMSELVES. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. TOOK A LOOK AT THE JOB AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. STARTED WORK RIGHT AWAY, AND ENTIRE JOB DONE WITHIN 30 MINS. CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB. EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB!

DEALING WITH DANIEL INSULATION WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE THAT STARTED WITH THE RECEPTIONIST. SHE WAS NOT ONLY NICE (WHICH YOU'D EXPECT) BUT ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE CREW CALLED WITHIN THE TIME WINDOW OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WERE FRIENDLY. THE JOB WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY AND CORRECTLY. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF I EVER NEED INSULATION. MY RATING OF ''C'' FOR PRICE JUST MEANS THEY WERE AVERAGE AND DOESN'T IMPLY ANYTHING NEGATIVE. THEY WEREN'T THE CHEAPEST QUOTE I HAD, OR THE MOST EXPENSIVE. IT WAS FAIR.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE WORK WAS VERY SATISFACTORY AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

BY THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE LIST I CHOSE THIS COMPANY. THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. RECOMMENDED!!!

THEIR COMMUNICATION WAS BEST. FIBERGLASS DOESN'T HOLD DAMPNESS LIKE THE RECYCLED PAPER DOES. THE GUYS FOUND OPEN DUCTWORK IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND WERE NICE ENOUGH TO TELL ME AND CORRECT IT. 6/1/04 - UNFORTUNATELY I RECIEVED A CALL A FEW DAYS LATER LETTING ME KNOW THAT THEY HAD LOST MY CHECK (IT FLEW OUTSIDE ON 49TH ST. IN ST PETE) IT COST ME $25 TO STOP PAYMENT
