Mark E. Kirby, owner and President, has been in the ceramic tile and marble industry since 1974. Starting as a helper, then becoming an installer for more than ten years, learning all aspects of the trade. Countryside Tile & Marble opened its doors in October 1983. Soon after, we acquired a talented team of professionals that have helped build an exceptional reputation in the Tampa Bay area. We are proud to have virtually no turnover within our staff. All are experienced and knowledgeable in areas of the tile, marble, vinyl, wood and carpet industry. Together we continue to grow and strive to maintain excellence while keeping up with the latest in product and design. We stand behind our work 100% and offer quality products and workmanship at competitive prices. Description of Work: Installed white washed wood-look ceramic tile. They have performed work previously, and did an excellent job. They are not the best price, but the quality of materials, installation (ask for Gordon), and customer service more than makes up for slightly higher price.

Description of Work: Mark came out to give me an estimate on repairing grout in my shower and some caulking as well in the area. He also gave me an estimate in regards if I decided to re-do my 1st floor flooring. He was prompt, courteous, respectful (I had a smaller job, not a larger one for this time around) and very professional. A few days later, he had one of his employees, Arek, come out to repair my shower grout. He did an excellent job and even patched up a mark I had on my ceiling which he didn't have to do. The communication from start to finish was A+ and I could not have been more happy with this experience. I highly recommend them.

Very clean and professional job.
Description of Work: Had shower pan leak, which turned out to be a bigger job than just the floor, as the wall itself had been wicking water and had loosened the wall tile also. This company repaired the shower.

Description of Work: THE REPRESENTATIVE OVER MEASURED THE SQUARE FOOTAGE. I THINK IT WAS JUST TO CHARGE MORE LABOR. I ALREADY HAD THE TILE. I SUPPOSE HE THOUGHT I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE SQUARE FOOTAGE!
