Tom Albright wanted to schedule our roof replacement for Nov 1-3rd, bumped up from the original November 24th . I had arranged to take the 3 days off from work since I am a work at home telephonic employee and would not be able hear on the phone during the noise.( I gave them my cell # as the main contact #). Then 2 weeks before the job was to start, Tom left a voice message on another phone number, "informing" me that he moved our install date earlier to Oct 30th. He knows my work situation, so I called and spoke with Tina. They knew I have a work at home telephonic job and can't work while roof is replaced. She said they had had a cancellation, moved my date up and already gave away my scheduled dates to someone else. Tom called me and insisted he spoke with me about it. He most certainly did not. (I had called asking a question about peel and stick earlier and he never mentioned a schedule change). He was rude and insistent that we spoke about changing the date. I told him I would now have to ask my employer if I could change my time off first, not sure if possible. Then he said he had " a bad vibe" and cancelled the contract! I suspect he wanted out because he had a price increase and was locked in to the original lower quote on the contract. I can't otherwise explain his inexplicable rude, outrageous behavior. It was like his needs were the only thing that mattered, not the customer's. Beware of this guy, he acted strangely.

From the time of first contact, Albright was responsive. They called back when they said they would; the estimator showed up for the appointment on time; all questions regarding the scope work were answered promptly; the work was started on the date they promised and was completed on time. Albright's work was complicated because the space around the cottage was extremely limited, as was access to the site. The workers were not deterred. They were professional, kept the site clean during the job, and did an exceptional job of cleaning up the site afterward. The finished product met/exceeded our expectations. As a testament to Albright's integrity, after their initial proposal and prior to our written acceptance, the Tampa Bay area was hit by Hurricane Irma. Albright honored the original proposal and estimate, both on price and time frame.

Excellent work. Was considering replacing old roof for some time, and finally decided immediately after minor shingle damage from Hurricane Irma. First checked Albright Roofing on Angie's List, then went by office to inquire about cost and scheduling. Quoted great price, $10,425 particularly given high demand after hurricane. Lewis and crew showed up as scheduled, patiently answered questions, and quickly started roof replacement, finished in a bit less than two days. A quality job, from an experienced and skilled work crew.

professional and thorough. had two different areas of leak. one was immediately fixed but one over the porch still leaked a little after the next rain. We called Albright and they were very responsive. They quickly sent someone to inspect and finish the repair. repair so good it made it through hurricane Irma without any more leaks. would use this company again for any future roofing needs.

Albright Roofing & Contracting Inc. re-roofed my home in Oldsmar. They did a beautiful job and the roof looks fantastic. After Hurricane Irma blew through town and my roof still looks brand new. The roof was installed in March and the true test was in September. Great staff, from the guy who picked up the loose nails to the owner.

Excellent service from the sales person, administrative office to the roofers. Very professional and quick service. Before the work started, the roofers insured we knew what was going on. Also, upon completion, they cleaned the area. Afterwards, tons of rain but no leaks. We now have peace of mind. Would definitely hire them again. Top notch.

This job went very smoothly from my office request with Mariah, to Matt who wrote my estimate, to the men that did the work. Not the biggest nor the most expensive job but from my side, very necessary. My thanks to Jason, Charlie and Dunkin worked together like a well oiled machine. They were in and out in a matter of a few hours and all work areas were left tidy. Very nice guys. I highly recommend Albright and would definitely hire them again.

Albright Roofing did an excellent job. They were professional and provided great communication throughout the project (both by phone and email). Once we received an email with the estimate, we called and spoke to Tina who thoroughly answered all our questions. We went to the office to look at sample shingles. They provided us with addresses to help us decide on the shingle color. In the interim, they sent a repair crew within a few days to do a temporary fix for some leaks. This was a relief as we were at the start of the rainy season. They kept to the estimated schedule. The crew who worked on our house were very organized and worked efficiently. The foreman was on site for the two-day job. They cleaned up after each day. Tina was wonderful - always replied promptly to our calls and emails. We would definitely recommend Albright Roofing.

Great, they were very professional from the first meeting until the completed job. The roof went up in 2 days and looks beautiful. They accomplished every thing that we agreed upon and the clean up was spotless. Great job Albright! I have recommended them to everyone!

Albright roofing did a super job, from estimate to finish. They arrived promptly, finished in two days, a 3600 st flat roof. Answered questions I had and addressed a minor issue very professionally. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Angies list.

Second time using Albright, both for relatively small jobs. Nice guys. Needed fascia replaced prior to getting new gutters (by another provider). Wanted to get it all done prior to the rainy season. They fit us in last minute when an opening became available.

The two repairmen arrived as scheduled and worked continuously for 2-3 hours. They were very courteous and patient with answering my questions. I felt assured they were doing a good job. Albright's 1 year warranty on the leak area also gives me great peace of mind going into our rainy season.

Communication from the contracting office at Albright Roofing was excellent. I work long hours and I mostly communicated via email, which was easier for me. The work was communicated very specifically. Albright kept in contact with everything that was being done through out the entire process, from permitting through the final inspection. No worries for me! The work that was completed was excellent. I had five roofing companies that came out give us estimates. I would definitely hire them again.

Very well. Team arrived timely, completed the work in a professional manner, cleaned up so there was no evidence of a roof repair, and provided us good recommendations to reduce our insurance premiums

Everything went great! Everyone that we were in contact with from estimate to scheduling to the actual men doing the job were all fantastic and very informative. Everyone was always willing to answer any questions and to explain the process of the ridge vent installation.

The crew showed up on time and they were very efficient. The office staff was wonderful and helped provide us with samples as were really unsure of what color we wanted. This is the second time that we have used this company for two of our properties.

They had the best price and were prompt in arriving at the job. They finished the roof the same day.

The knew it was paid for and they didn't follow through on any level they promised. I talked to like four different people there, I talked to the order taker if you will, who totally dropped the ball. I called again to follow up and talked to another order taker who dropped the ball, I then talked to the supervisor of the order takers who was most professional and wanted to smooth things over but didn't have a exact answer for me. I then talked to Tom who was apologetic and asked what can we do for you. In the real world I shouldn't have had to talk to some many players. The original order taker should have just followed up and done the right thing, I shouldn't have had to follow up. The front office doesn't know what they are doing but the management and the owner of the company are certainly responsive.

Completed in 2 days. Crew of 8 were hard-working, punctual, and did a great job of cleaning up.

When we were getting bids for our walk-in master closet, our designer noticed a water leak. We called 3 roofing companies. Two responded and one did not. We chose Albright as both responding companies were close in cost but Albright's Tina was very up beat, friendly and followed-up with my request in a non-pushy way. In the process of contracting, we had to put them on hold many times as we needed major tree trimming services conducted first. That took forever as our property included a protected tree. During this time, Tina kept in contact and we kept addressing tentative dates. After a few months, I was able to solidify the date. I was told that Ernesto would head up the project and that Tom was the head guy who would stop by during the project. The crew arrived 10 minutes early, 7:50am, and worked solid until about 5:30-6pm. They returned the next day, on time, for about a half-day in order to complete the roofing. I was present per their request except for about a 30-45 minute absence on the first day.. Ernesto asked me several times if I had any questions and asked how the project was looking to me. He asked me to visit the roof top in order that he could document why I needed wood replacement! I let him know that I trusted him, that he was the expert. All work was completed each day in a busy, organized, non-messy, quiet manner. with no drink cans, no cigarette butts, and no music blurring during work time. On the final day, I was asked to walk with them to see if I had any questions and to view the clean work environment. To this day, I have not found any nails or sharp objects from the roofing area. Through out the work days, before and after, Tina was in constant contact with me via email, asking me questions, giving me updates. After the roofing and inspection, I had Albright return to complete phase two, the replacement of some wood areas. Again, these two workers were prompt, finishing the job in 3 hours. I was walked around the house to ascertain any questions that I might have. Detail was given in both phases. Thank you, Tina and gang!!
