Very prof courteous on time thorough and no problem

Called and get quote within a week. Max, the inspector was professional, he did answer all my questions and also modified the work plan to our request. We were told upfront that it'll be at least 4 wk waiting time. Our leak was at the back patio, not inside the house so we okay with it. It's been raining almost everyday so they were way behind. It took 6 wks to begin the job. Judd was great, came with his assistant - work daily ( as long as weather allows), finished it in 3 days. His work is neat. Next day, the cleaning team came and tidy up all the debris. We had 4-5 couple big rains, it been dry like a sand. Worth the wait, will do it again.

Shortly after the old roofing material was removed down to the wood deck it started to rain. The work crew's attempt to tarp the exposed roof was not sufficient which lead to large water stains on the inside ceiling. The crew resumed work after the 30 minute rain storm passed and the new roof was installed by 9:30 pm. The next morning I inspected the new tapered roof system and discovered the newly installed drip edge was too short, and the rotted facia and soffit had not been repaired. I immediately called and explained my concerns to sales Mgr Scott. He and estimator Max promptly met with me later that afternoon to inspect the work performed. Scott said they would make sure I was completely satisfied with the job and address everything that needed to be done (including painting the water-stained interior ceiling). Although it took an additional 13 days before everything was resolved, I'm satisfied with the outcome and work performed. I appreciated how responsive the company was to my calls and questions.

Max was able to quickly fix the tiles and did not charge for the visit. Originally called for an inspection due to a recent storm. Max found 4 broken tiles and was able to fix.

Albright Roofing was exceptional! They were prompt in resoonding to initial phone call and came out immediately foe estimate. They had the best of 3 estimates by 1k. They scheduled as soon as we accepted offer within a week and completed within one day. Clean, efficient, courteous, perfect! So glad we found them.

I had dealt with Albright Roofing a couple of times previously when they had come out to fix some leaks caused by another roofing company that had done a miserable job on replacing the roof. Tom Albright, the owner had originally met me to diagnose the problems a few years ago and his crew, led by Max, had done a great job of fixing those leaks. However, more leaks popped up in a different spot last month, and even though St. Petersburg has been inundated by rain this summer, Albright worked us onto their busy schedule and Max went out to diagnose and repair the new leaks. ()I am so glad that both Tom and Max are still active in the business.) It is very reassuring to know that you are dealing with knowledgeable, capable and honest people - a rarity these days, it seems. I would recommend Albright Roofing and Contracting to anyone who wants reliable service and fair prices.

Like most people, you either look online for endorsements or for personal recommendations then do comparison shopping, have 3–4 companies give an estimate. From Scott Balou, VP Sales/OPS, Max Jones, Field Mgr, Shannon Howell, Office Mgr/Customer Svc to Louis Martinez, SUP/Foreman & their Crew, we had a fantastic experience! Scott & Max were accommodating, forthright, knowledgeable, helpful & honest. One company recommended add’l work that was not needed. When we got close to making a decision, we had Scott come out 1 more time to see if anything was missed. Scott could’ve charged for add’l work instead he chose to be honest. That was a defining factor, honesty/integrity. Max is super: courteous, punctual, an expert & perfectionist. Shannon is exceptional, customer friendly, making herself available. Plus the staff has a positive attitude, very thorough, prompt, attentive & place the customer 1st! The crew was punctual, polite & clean. They went to great lengths to clean up. The roof looks great! Albright is the best company around town!

We selected Albright Roofing & Contracting due to their help in extending the life of my prior roof. The Albright office and crew were friendly and professional from the start with a detailed visit to determine our needs and a followup discussion to finalize details on the right material selection and scope. They were also willing to work around our vacation schedule during a very busy time. The on-site crew was always hard at work and communicated their progress, even involving me in a decision when they came across an issue with my roof. The end result was a great looking roof and skylights with no more leaks!

I've had them do work for me on previous occasions and have done a great job, however recently I requested a quote to replace a shingle roof and after numerous tries to get an estimate, I finally was able to set an appointment. They never showed for the appointment and I never received any follow-up call. Very disappointing.

I can’t rate their work as I couldn’t even get someone to call me back to set a appointment to get a quote. They must be too busy to value my time as much as theirs. Surprising considering their high ratings. I called and was told someone would get with me that day. Nothing. I called the next morning and was told they’d get back to me within the hour. After over two I called back and just told them to forget it. I and everyone has enough stress in life without a company that can’t do what they say they will. This doesn’t give me a lot of confidence that anything will be done on schedule or that any issue I might have will be properly addressed. When everyone’s online, what separates you is service. This one was not good out of the gate.

everything was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price, workers were polite and left the property in the same condition as they started. was really pleased. would recommend
