Description of Work: Excellent company, they went beyond their scope of work in estimate and did not charge a penny more. Pricing was in middle of three bids and after reading the scope of work each would do I was pleased. I had a repair of removing 3 huge old solar panels and my roof was covered in leaves. They were quick, clean, efficient and actually bagged the roof debris then blew off the roof after collecting all the leaf debris. I had some vent stacks that the squirrels had been gnawing on and they repaired them without adding to the price. You couldn't even tell they had been here except the roof did not leak and was clean. I have been through many, many roofers in my 30+ years of commercial and residential management and I have to admit I wish I had known about them long ago. I highly recommend them to anyone. Courtesy, professionalism, good pricing and a pleasure to deal with and no roofing nails on the ground or pieces of roof debris. Very happy!

Description of Work: I requested a roof replacement estimate and the owner was very punctual, professional, courteous and patient during his visit. His estimate seemed to be very reasonable especially when considering the amount of work it entailed. Stacey the office manager was also very courteous and helpful with a couple of follow up questions I had. This company replaced our neighbors roof not long ago and they were very satisfied with everything that took place; the work, clean up and price. I have decided to hold off on replacing my roof, but when the time comes, I will look no further than this company.

Description of Work: I had a tile roof installed on our home. Price for tile roofs for my house were all the same; $12,000. But the estimate by Tom Owen was very detailed and answered every question we had. He arrived on time and when I said we had a form from the insurance company for a discount if certain requirements to the roof were done, he complied. I had to call the office a few times and they were very helpful. The men who installed the roof were very professional and half the time I didn't even realize they were there. During and after installation the yard and surrounding area were kept clean, no debris left behind. The last day, they went around the house with a blower to make sure there was no dust, dirt or debris left behind. Also I received the $100 discount for the underneath wood that need to be replaced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Replace the roof; included tear off, repair of some roof boards, water protection barrier, GAF 30 year dimensional shingles. Tom Owens is the owner and is a straight shooter, no razzle dazzle. He does what he said he was going to do and his men work really hard and do a great job. Hector, the crew leader knows what he is doing and Stacey the office manager is prompt in getting back to you. I interviewed three roofing contractors. I went with Albright because the others offered far less for much more, go figure! They were done in a day and our roof looks fantastic..

Description of Work: Max & Jeff came out to check out my roof and tell me what condition it was in - I called this company because it was rated very high on Angies list, and I wasn't disappointed. After checking out my immediate concern, they temporarily plugged the hole in my roof (without charge !!) - at which time I asked for information on my impending new roof. Max left me literature, took measurements and told me that I would be getting a call and a price within a day or so. So far, I'm very happy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to a friend.

They left the property cleaner than the way they found it. They also sent the insurance mitagation form to me very quickly.

The team of workers completed our flat roof and pitched roof in four days. Their workers were dilligent, skilled, and considerate. The level of expertise and manual skill among the team workers proved high and sustained. Communication between us and the main office was excellent: replies were prompt. We are entirely satisfied and recommend the company highly.
