Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal on 2-25-15 and was called the next morning. Max came out in the early afternoon and was punctual and very polite. He measured and brought the information back to the office and I was again contacted shortly after. My home didn't fall in the range of the deal. So everthing thus far had been very efficient and professional but it wasn't eligible for the deal.

Description of Work: Roofers patched an 11 x 9 foot area that previous pressure washers had loosened shingles and caused to leak. The estimator arrived on time, was polite and accurate. It took 2 weeks to be scheduled, but roofers arrived on time, were also very polite and clean. Job was completed to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: They replaced the roof. There was a "hidden" charge - so read the smallest print on every page... There is a charge for every extra piece of 10' ply used, and that added up to several hundred, a little less than a thousand dollars.

Thank you for your reply. All wood replacement charges are stated on line #2 of our contract. We do include the first $100 of wood replacement.Unfortunately until a roof is removed there is no way of fully knowing how much wood is going to be needed. This mostly depends on how many leaks you have had and for how long. I'm sorry if that was not clearly explained /understood. We do always try to work with our customers if wood replacement becomes extensive.

Description of Work: I called 2 separate times to try to get an estimate for a leak. I got the run around about how they don't do multi unit, they don't work on metal roofs, etc. They said they would look more into it and get back to me and never did.

We apologizes for any confusion, this homeowner called with questions on a roof leak she has. She was not sure if she was responsible for the roof or if the condo association was responsible. She called and checked with her association and the told her she was responsible, After taking further information from this homeowner we found that she has a Metal shingle roof. Unfortunately we do not do roof repairs on Metal shingles. We apologizes that we could not help with her roofing needs.

Description of Work: Albright installed a new flat taper roof system over my pool/patio. This required removing solar panels and the old roof, disconnecting super gutters, replacing bad wood and reconnecting the super gutters. They repaired a leak in one of the gutter connections which appeared during the next rain. Albright was the only company I located that would install a new roof and disconnect and reeconnect the gutters for a reasonable price.

Description of Work: New roof (split level) and flat roof over porch. Work was excellent and done in a timely fashion. Two workers got in an altercation on the roof that went on a bit too long. Both were promptly removed. Other than that, the crew worked hard and long and did a good job.

Description of Work: Removed old shingles, re-nailed the roof deck to comply with code, laid new asphalt shingles. They performed the work about a week later than estimated. |The work was finished in one day. The insurance inspector commented that they |did a good job. The final bill with $1500 over the original quote for the wood they needed to replace, which I was not able to corroborate.

Description of Work: Called to have someone come for an estimate,they made at appt for 930-1030am. They never showed up. I called at 1045 to find out what was going on and sandy tried to make excuses when I said I found that rude to not even get a phone call to let me know. I work notes and stayed up just for this to happen. I find it very unprofessional.

We value all of our customers and their time. We have apologized that our estimator was running a few minuets late . Unfortunately this was due to an injury the Estimator incurred on his way to the Estimate. Once we got a hold of the homeowner to let them know what happened and that the estimator was now on his way, The homeowner canceled the estimate and did not want to reschedule. Unfortunately accidents happen. We where late and apologize for that, as that is not common practice for our company.
