Description of Work: Albright Roofing removed a 35 year old concrete roof, removing all debris and installed a GAF roofing system in a 2 day period on a 1800 sq ft home. Wooden roof boards were replaced as needed. Entire office staff and roofing crew were hard working and very organized in their work tasks with the outcome of a great looking roof. Thanks!

Description of Work: They replaced two pitched roofs and one flat roof which was replaced with a gradually declining roof so the water would run off better. They did as I requested and sent me photos of the parts of the roof that needed wood replaced which was very nice since I don't live where the house is. They also told me about a rebate program that helped save me $250.00. They were very nice and responded to my emails quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

Description of Work: I ask for an sales rep to stop by an provide new roof replacement. I got a call on Friday that they were too busy and they did an estimate based on google earth satellite image. Unbelievable. They said they sent me an estimate, but never received it. I talked to a few other roofers and they could not believe it either. Anyone that does not have time to meet with the customer face to face is not someone I want to business in the future. You lost me and I now tell other potential customers of how you do business.

Description of Work: I had a leak above my kitchen sink so I called Albright and set up an appointment for an estimate. I already had another provider come out and replace cracked tiles on my roof but just to repair 31 tiles and replace 9 it seemed pricey $900. So when I first noticed the leak I called the original provider back to give me an estimate which was $2500.00. Albright came in at almost half the cost and when they did the work they didn't have to do as much of the valley as they thought so it ended up being $1250.00. They were professional and reliable I would use them again.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced partial deteriorated section of the roof. Leaks appeared in next rain. Very hard to get them back to inspect and correct. Caulking did not solve the problem. They came back twice. Leaks continued. Consulted other roofer that said that the tie-in between the old roof and new section was not properly done. Eventually, replaced the whole roof.
