The Albright crew was prompt and courteous. The job was done to my complete satisfaction. I trust them to only replace decking boards when it is necessary, and to install the roofing materials properly. I have used Albright on numerous projects and rely on their professionalism and responsiveness.

This company is great. Very responsive and honest. The work was done quickly. The roof repair was about $850 and the flat roof replacement was about $2500

Initially they arranged for a tarp to cover my roof leaks, since they needed 6 weeks before they could schedule my roof. The crew was punctual, well organized, and very efficient and professional. One day to remove old roof and put down underlayment. Next day they were all done. Cleanup was thorough. The office was patient in letting us take samples of roofing material home and letting us see similar roofs they had done in the area. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Albright was the best, from beginning to end. I chose the Golden Pledge package because the warranties were the best. The down side of this package is that the shingle colors are more limited. Tina was very helpful and patient in the contracting and color selection process. They are fully insured and very professional. I wanted some additional work (removal of old chimney, roof vent, and gutters) which they estimated and wrote up on a separate work order. The extra cost for these services was very reasonable, and was done professionally. Communication from beginning to end was generally very good, although there was some difficulty understanding the job supervisor. Clean up was exceptional - we have dogs who chew on anything, so I really needed everything picked up, and it was. They did a great job for a very reasonable cost.

The crew was great. Arrived on time and got the job done in less than 2 days. The roof looks great and the clean up was amazing! Really, not a nail or scrap of roofing to be found anywhere! Theresa, from their office updated me regularly and even sent pictures when completed.

Project went extremely well from start to finish. Albright delivered as and when promised. Employees were respectful; workmanship was high-quality. When I noticed two areas that needed attention, Albright promptly returned and fixed them. The office communicated with me in a timely and professional manner and kept me informed of the process. Price, discount, and warranty were the best of three estimates I secured. Would refer and use Albright again.

We HIGHLY recommend Albright Roofing for any roofing needs you may have! They have replaced a number of roofs in our neighborhood and came highly recommended. We now know why. Not only do they perform quality work but the entire team of employees we worked with were great! From our initial contact to request a quote to the completion of work performed, the staff were highly professional in dealing with us. Max was the roof technician that came out to inspect and measure our roof area in order to prepare proposal for repairs. He was very courteous and took time to answer many questions we had regarding the condition of our roof and went over the replacement process with us. As for Tina, the Office Manager, we can't say enough as regards her professionalism and level of knowledge of the materials used and labor required in replacing a roof. In all of our dealings and communication with her throughout the process, she was so courteous and patient in answering all of our questions (and we had many!) and providing us with all information needed to make decisions going forward and having a clear understanding of work to be performed. Louis, the Crew Manager and his entire crew were very punctual each day and we could not be more pleased with the work performed, to include clean-up after the job was completed. Not only does our home look even more beautiful with the new roof, but we now have peace of mind that we can weather future storms without having to worry about our roof not holding up. This is the 2nd roofing job that Albright roofing has installed. They 1st installed a new roof on the flat roof at the rear of my house in Spring 2013. This replacement went excellent. I contacted Albright when I noticed a leak in ceiling. Albright patched the area on the roof until I was able to schedule the replacement of the primary roof. They patched this area free of charge. Hurricane Irma delayed the scheduling of this job, but Albright was able to assist me in getting this schedule and preformed a great job.

Everything looks good. The offer a 5% Angies discount. The price seemed about right, maybe a little high, but I am no expert in these matters. The communication and office skills, scheduling, professionalism, punctuality, and lack of overall frustration, as well as the courtesy of all the guys and gals made up for any small uptick in cost (in my opinion). I will revise this if we see any problems down the road.

Job completed satisfactorily, it took a little while to get it scheduled but it was probably because of recent hurricane and all of the emergency repairs. Mine was not an emergency as the leak was going on for over a year. This is not the first time I used Albright Roofing. Their crew was on time, professional and were able to answer all of my questions perfectly.

Albright offered a very competitive price, quality workmanship, and were very responsive to our requests....work done in a timely manner and very professionally done.

I first called another roofer that I had used before to troubleshoot and repair a difficult leak. His estimate was off the wall expensive and he wanted to replace a large section of roof that would have required far more tiles than I had in reserve. Therefor the "patch" would have not matched as my color was no longer available. All that didn't sound right to me since I only had 5 broken tiles and no actual roof damage. Luckily I called Albright off of Angie's list. They gave me a price that was about a quarter of the other estimate to just replace the missing tiles, using my spares. I told them no hurry as I understand that they were extremely busy with urgent repairs after the storm. Mine was not leaking. Albright eventually called me and scheduled to come out. They arrived on time and completed the repair in a very short time. That is all I needed. Their price was not cheap for the actual time it took, but I didn't want to work out on the edge of a roof that was almost 30 feet in the air. The people I dealt with, scheduler, estimator, and repair guys were all punctual and professional in every way. Oh yeah... and they billed me less than the original amount because of the Angie's List discount! All good!

It went very well. They arrived on time. After discussing options to remove the leaky skylight, we decided not to replace it. They reduced their price to reflect our choice to remove rather than replace the skylight. I would definitely use them again.

Refused to provide estimate due to roof being too steep. They could have asked about pitch before scheduling the appointment. Waist of time.

The company responded in timely manner especially in light of the hurricane

My experience with Albright Roofing was incredible and positive. I had 10 quotes and they were very competitive. Some of the roofers were rude and late. I researched the roofers to find many Dui's and felony arrests for things that were less than savory. Needless to say I didn't find any of this riff faff with Albright!!! I did my research. They are GAF certified as well. I got the GAF lifetime warranty. A large crew showed up around 9 am and finished my roof by 4:30 pm. They cleaned up all the nails around the property. There was no mess or problem after they left. The emails back and forth were so prompt and professional . We even got a tour of their office. I loved working with Tina. I loved the entire process. The guy who gave me the initial estimate ( I can't remember his name) . but he was so personable. I also was curious about a solar vent and decided against it. However I talked to the owner Tom about that option. He offered me a very good option for that. Overall they are very professional and amazing. I would recommend them!!! Definitely.
