Repaired a 2 year old (hurricane Jeanne) flat roof in a spot that had been 'repaired' by other roofers with limited success. Roof leaked again in a different spot a few months later. Drew of Albright and a roofing consultant independently determined that the roof had been installed improperly by the previous roofer. Albright installed a new roof, this time adding slope to it. Job was timely (with adjustments for the period of heavy rains were having at the time). My only complaint was that the crew did not glue down the surrounding tiles from the tile roof and an edge of the tiles needed to be re-cemented down. Drew quickly came out himself and finished that work in an excellent manner. It rained 2 times very hard right after the roof was installed and it did not leak. Now in the dry season so it will be a while before I have a long term test. Price: N/A since I did not get multiple quotes. I wish I could give an A- but will go with an A since Drew made things right.

Poor follow up on behalf of the company. I have not received a call back to date, after two calls inquiring about metal roof repair.

I WAS OVERALL HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS COMPLETED ON MY ROOF. ONE SPOT STILL LEAKED AFTER THE TARP WAS PUT ON, BUT I RECEIVED A QUICK RESPONSE FROM JUSTIN AND THE SUPERVISOR DREW. JUSTIN CAME OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM, AND I RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL FROM JUSTIN TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS FINE. GREAT JOB GUYS.

Had pleasant experience dealing with Stacey at Albright Roofing, however technician that came out to talk to us was not good for reputation of company. Roofing Bid was the least complete of 3 other bids that we received. And also 5,000 cheaper.(?) No details given as to what type of roofing materials would be used for Flat Roof, which is also part of our total Re-roofing plans. Another technician came out to show us samples, (very nice), however they didn't have one of the samples we asked for. Contacted Stacey, and was promised revisit in 2 days. She ended up sick that day. Original technician called us, and when asked questions about the details of the flat roof, (which were not part of the written estimate). He got defensive. He answered some questions, but I felt the attitude was very off and defensive. Will be calling Stacey to discuss issue of this particular Technician, but as of now, I cannot recommend them.

Albright prices were competive with other roofing estimates. They removed our tile roof without leaving a mess and installed the new roofs all in 2 days. Drew was very professional and explained exactly what they would be doing.

They were prompt, did a great job, and charged me the original price we had agreed on. They did a great job.

Another company had come out to give an estimate and had fixed the repair prior to Drew arriving. He went on the roof and double checked and said that everything looked good and that I did not need to have the roof replaced for at least 2 years. He recommended having it done when it was not the rainy season and answered my other questions thoroughly. He commented that he looks at each job as if it were his own roof.

BESIDES ALBRIGHT, YOU RECOMMENDED STAY DRY ROOFING & GOLD SHIELD CONSTRUCTION. IT TOOK A WEEK FOR STAY DRY ROOFING TO CALL & GOLD SHIELD NEVER CALLED. ALBRIGHT CALLED BACK AND HAD A WORKER OUT THE NEXT DAY FOR AN ESTIMATE.

The guy who came out, Kenny, was wonderful. After I walked through his tar outside, I walked back inside my house, and he cleaned the carpets for me. The response time was also immediate.

They do not work on the type of roof that I have, but they were very nice.

The water is getting in, and I've tried to reach them for 1 year. I didn't pester them. I would call or write like once every several months. No one wants to come around when there's a problem. When I called about my leak a year ago, they told me I didn't need to worry about it. They said their work was guaranteed for five years. The job they did didn't provide enough weep holes and should have provided more.

These guys were great. Were true to estimate. Were scheduled to do work two weeks later, but had a cancellation and were able to do it sooner. Replaced roof 1 1/2 days. No rain yet, but looks great and appears to be good work.

I sent an e-mail to Albright Roofing on May 19th, asking for an estimate to replace our roof. A few hours later, a woman called me to let me know that she received my e-mail and that the boss would call me to set up an appointment. The morning of the 20th, a man called and we decided on Tuesday, the 23rd. Kenny arrived at the time we were given and he spent a lot of time explaining the type of roof they would recommend. He measured the roof and said we would get a call. The boss called that afternoon and it was arranged that I would go to their office to sign the contract the next morning and they would get the permit that day. The next day, they were here doing the job. They went out of their way to set this job up quickly as we had discovered a bad leak in the old roof and the Hurricane Season was fast approaching. On June 1st, we had a terrible rain and we were very well protected from leaks with our brand new roof by Albright! I thank them from the bottom of my heart. They are grea

The team that handled our roof was extremely talented, hard working, & professional. They did an excellent job with my roof & were thorough in their cleanup afterwards. During the job there were a few minor casualties (a torn screen, a broken swimming pool PVC pipe), but each time the incident was reported to me by the crew chief with a sincere apology before I was even aware of it & all items were repaired professionally at the roofing company's expense. These things happen, but I was impressed by their honesty & trustworthiness.

I was very pleased with their work. I liked Dew Gribnety, he made a good presentation, helped me choose the roofing material. He responded quickly when ever I called.

Drew came out to give us an estimate to replace our roof. He was very pleasant and professional. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The price was reasonable compared to the other estimates I received. The only reason I didn't hire them was because another company with a comparable estimate was able to do the job sooner.

Very polite and cleaned up afterwards. When I had a question on the sealing, Drew came out to personally inspect job and sealed an area workmen had forgotten to do.

He was a very nice gentlemen, gave a good estimate and was very responsive. I only choose another company because he came out to do the job first.

They removed all the debris. It was as easy as it could be. He was prompt and courteous.

They told me they do not cover Hillsboro County. They did refer to me another company and called back to make sure I did find someone.

Albright was one of three contractors that I selected from Angies's List. All three were 'Angie's List Best Award' winners. Albright was scheduled for a date and time. They did not call the day prior to the appt. I called them the day of the appointment and was not on their list. They said they would work me in and call back. I had to call back a few hours later. They wanted to reschedule for another day. I had taken the day off to meet all three contractors and declined their offer. Maybe it was bad luck, but I was not impressed their responsiveness. I won't call them in the future!

We had a leak, they came back and made a repair. They still have to repair our ceilings. They were responsive.

If you have tile floors, and if you have anything that could fall and crack the tile or break the object, move the object so it won't break the object or tile. I would highly recommend them. I want to update my previous report. Drew & Stacy were very patient with me about getting the building inspector out to do the final inspection. We were on the phone with each other numerous times and not one time did either of them get impatient or cross with me. I really appreciated that.

When he came down, we asked him for the bill, and he said he hadn't done much and would not charge us. He was a very nice man with high integrity. I would highly recommend him.

Wonderful people from the phone to the completed work. And believe me I asked everything in the book and they answered me fully, not in a hurry or an attitude because I could not understand, they took the time I need to understand.
