Albright had done some repairs on our roof and we knew them to be a quality company. From beginning to end, working with Stacey, Tom and crew chief Hector reinforced their positive reputation. Tom gave us an estimate, provided samples of upgraded dimensional shingles and guided us on the selection of color and quality. We opted for shingles rated to withstand 130-mph winds and last 50 years, in part so that it would diminish our insurance costs. We were having some insulation work done inside the house at the same time and Stacey coordinated with the other company. Hector managed the job with courtesy, efficiency and an impressive speed. The whole process took less than three days and the roof is not merely sound but beautiful. They extended the Angie's List discount to us despite our having neglected to seek the discount until we already had been billed. Even the city inspector remarked that Albright was a company with an excellent reputation.

For the most part, the work was fine. A couple of incidents, i.e. cleanup could have been a bit better, but all in all we were satisfied.

Requested quote for new roof. Very prompt in coming to home and did a thorough review of roof. Very helpful in answering all questions. Gave references freely. Was very good about giving a good timeline and keeping us infomed. Did the work just as scheduled. Very professional staff. Kept workarea neat. Always on time. And most importantly the roof looks great. Really updates the home. Definately recommend Albright Roofing.

I had known for some time that I needed a new roof, and with a new leak at my skylight, I decided this was the time to do it. I found Albright on Angies List and called for an estimate. I had 3 estimates, and eliminated one of them right away. It was between Albright and one other company. I chose Albright because they would replace the skylight as they laid the new roof. The other company said they would complete the roof, and then come back in 2 weeks to install the new skylight. I didn't like the idea of basically have a roof "repair" on a brand new roof. The work crew was very good. Mine was a 2 day job, and they cleaned up at the end of the first day, as well as when the job was completed, including my pool. Not a scrap of material (nor any nail in my pool). Additionally, Albright sent someone to fix my skylight leak, at no charge to hold me over until they could schedule my job, which was 2 1/2 weeks out. My job required some wood replacement, which I understood from Tom Owens who presented the estimate, would be over and above the estimate.

kept appointments on time. complete full job & clean up in one day. have had no problems during rainy season. Price was over $3000 less than Home Depot.

Outstanding company in terms of on site work and supervision. Kudos not only to your organization but especially to your team of twelve workers who stripped the roof in summer heat, installed the new roof, and cleaned up the debris. We were most impressed by their diligence, courtesy and good humor. It was reassuring to trust our house repair to their talent and expertise. Everyone that we dealt with during the renovation proved knowledgeable, courteous, and practical. We would recommend Albright Roofing to any homeowner -- without hesitation.

Albright was a great company to work with. I liked the fact that they had high ratings on Angie's List, plus a discount coupon for Angie's List members. They did arrive a couple hours late, and we had to call to see if they were indeed coming (they had called with a reminder that the day before, that the work was scheduled), but once the roofer was here, he did a good job repairing our roof leak. He had to get up high on our multi-leveled, HIGH townhouse roof, so we were relieved to have our roof sealed up tight again for future heavy storms. The work is holding up well, so far, after some recent heavy rains in September.

They followed up and everything. So far, they have been really good. I'm pretty sure we're going to go with them. We just haven't done it yet.

I found this particular roofer right here on Angies List. I sent them an email requesting to be contacted for an estimate to install new metal roofs on two 1500 Sq ft buildings. 3 days later, they called my phone and said the estimator for metal roofing was not available and would call in a couple days. The estimator did call in a couple of days and we made an appointment for 2 days after that. Well, the early afternoon appointment came and went with no one showing up, and no one had the courtesy to call to let me know that no one was going to show up. At about 6:30 that evening, the estimator called to say that "we got rained out" and we would have to reschedule. Well, it may have been raining in Tampa or in St Pete, but it was not raining at my house in Largo. I had 2 other roofing companies show up for estimates, no problem.

Our experience with them was pretty good. They matched up with the same kind of shingles that we had on the roof before. The roof doesn't look like it was patched in. There were some areas in the overhang that were questionable and should have been covered by them five years before, but they said it wasn't and they didn't fix that.

The owner was very responsive and suggested not to replace the roof and it can be repaired. They were professional and punctual. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

They came out with a crew of twelve and were able to finish the job in 2 days. The crew chief, Hector, did a great job. The owner came out the day it started then afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. The staff we dealt with were all very professional.

My husband chose them because he liked their professionalism. He also heard from other people that they did an excellent job, which is why we chose them over others. When they did come, they were very courteous. They did not make a mess of our yard or ruin our vegetation. They had a very large crew and worked fast and finished in two days.

They worked straight thru from the scheduled date to finish = put in very long hot days of work. They were very professional, polite and cleaned up each day. They were careful not to destroy any of our landscaping and that of our neighbors while working. Our home is 2 story and I was impressed on how they were looking out for safety and neatness while working. Our neighbor came over today and also complimented on their work.

Their representative was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He told us the problem we were experiencing wasn't a leak in the roof. I appreciated how he told me like it was. They didn't even charge us. Currently, they are trying to find us someone who can help with our problem.

Hooray! A live person answers the phone every time. Received a callback within one day as promised to schedule appointment. They sent someone the same day who arrived on time. He quickly found the leak and told me the price to repair. It was $1000 less than another company's estimate. Albright's roofer then proceeded to immediately complete the repair within an hour. He also measured for a future roof replacement. Follow up has been outstanding - they cared enough to make sure the repair was satisfactory, provided a detailed estimate for replacement, and provided a delayed payment plan. Estimate is fair and I will have them do the work in the future. For prompt, efficient, courteous service and excellent work you can't go wrong.

They were fine, but their estimate was several hundred dollars higher, so I went with another company. He had a printed out sheet and checked off things. I felt more comfortable with the company I chose, because they hand wrote everything out, so I knew exactly what they was doing.

Kudos to them. Their service, their price and their professionalism were great and I would highly recommend him.

They were excellent and their prices were competitive. They were wonderful to work with. We also installed new gutters, with a different company. We had some problems with the gutters and Albright was willing to come out and work with the gutter company even though it was not their responsibility.

They came when they said the would and did the repair. It was so quick! They found the leak right away and fixed it. Everything was fine. I would definitely use them again!

We found the company on Angie's List and was recommended (mentioned) by a friend as an established and reliable company. We chose them after soliciting 6 or 7 bids. Price was not the cheapest and not the most expensive and was online with the other bidders. We selected them based on their rating on Angie's List and a good experience with owner Tom when he gave us the estimate. Communication with Tom and Stacey were excellent throughout the project. We had a crew of 5-6 guys to do the roof replacement and it was done in one day. We've decided to have insulation blown in at the same time as the roof replacement was going on. Both Albright and Time Insulation were excellent to deal with and coordinated their work so this could be accomplished. The roofing crew removed several panels to provide access to the insulation people. This work was done efficiently and neither crew had to be held up from their own work. The crew who installed the fascia, soffit and gutter were just as excellent. This part took several days, because Rodney the soffit guy worked alone. But, it was worth it. Our house appearance improved greatly, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks, Albright. and many thanks to Stacey.
