The actual repair work is pending a break in weather. Too much rain at present time to do the repairs. The repairmen were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and took time to show/explain what/why would be required to make the repairs. I am favorably impressed with Albright Roofing.

Everything was on time. They left a better impression than the former roofer (whom Angie's List also highly recommends). After 10 years we might tell more. We really appreciated that they gave us a copy of their insurance policy and business license without asking for it.

My roof was approximately 17 years old, and was starting to show signs of wear and a couple of small leaks, so it was time for a replacement. I got four bids, all from Angie's list. Albright's was not the lowest, nor the highest, but there was not much of a swing to tell you the truth. Tom came out and gave me a very thorough quote, answered any questions that I had, and his office followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions. They put me on the schedule, called me for a reminder the week before, and showed up when they said they would. The workers were very friendly and hard working. Periodically they would have somebody walk around the house and pick up stray nails with a magnetic roller, and also any shingles. They also put tarps over the plantings in my yard and even moved a couple of flower pots that were in danger of stuff falling on them. At the end of day one, my old roof had been removed, any wood rot had been replaced, and the water barrier membrane had been put down (which was good because it rained a little that night). Before they left they cleaned up the yard again. The next morning, they showed up on time, and began to place the new shingles and ridge vents. Again, the workers were very friendly and they had this process down to a science. By about 1:00 in the afternoon, they were done and everything had been done to specification on my contract. I even added some extra flashing to my back porch flat roof based on their suggestion and it has been dry ever since. I would definitely recommend this company. Everybody from the owner to the office staff to the roofing workers were friendly and knowledgeable.

They were professional from the start. They returned our phone call promptly and sent out an estimator quickly. Their estimate was in line with the other two quotes we received, so when the final decision was made, it had more to do with the professionalism and how we felt about the company than the price. It took a few weeks for them to be able to do the work, but once the date was set, the crew arrived and had the roof and skylights replaced that day. Previously, when we had the roof replaced, we had little leaking issues here and there. Our previous roofer went out of business (go figure), but my point is that we've had several hard rains from various directions since the roof and skylights were replaced, and there have been no leaking issues. (Some parts of our roof leaked depending on the direction from which the storm came.) No hesitation in recommending them.

I had emailed Albright about the above project. A proposal was emailed back to me and I faxed the signed form back. Within a short period of time, the project was begun. All of the above were completed very quickly and professionally. The area was kept clean (except for odd nail or piece of old roofing). After the metal roofs were completed, I noticed the replaced wood under the dormers were not painted. I emailed them back thinking this was just an oversight, but was told they don't paint. (nor do they prime wood, I guess) It was suggested I call a handyman. It wouldn't have been a problem, but two pieces of unprimed wood were covered with gutters (Nailed down) . I did find a painter who happened to have a couple of hours to help me today with this small project before more rain arrives. Although it seems to have been assumed I would know they wouldn't paint any wood replaced, it would have been appreciated if a gentle reminder was provided so that I would secure a painter before the gutters were re-attached and covered this wood. All in all, the finished product (metal roofs) look beautiful and the workmanship was very professional. Tom & Stacey are efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend Albright for your roofing needs. (just know they don't paint)

It took them three days to call me back. They googled my house and said it would be too small a job for them. Taking three days to return a call is unacceptable and lazy. Maybe the just want the large jobs.

They were very professional and they started and finished the job on time and in 1 day. the quality of the work was good and they replaced some additional bad wood that was found at no extra charge. They also cleaned up afterward about as good as could be expected. the only problem I had was that they managed to get some nails in my salt water pool even thought they covered it. The nails caused some rust stains at the pool bottom, but they deducted $150 from the bill for an estimate I got to remove the stains.

I believe the work was completely satisfactory.

We called to get an estimate from Albright roofing on a Monday. They came out on Wednesday I think to give the estimate. They showed up on time and looking over everything very well. Two days later we got the estimate via email. The estimate was in the range we could afford, so we set up the repair. The following Monday again they were on time do the repairs. The work was finished in a reasonable time. There was one small issue, but they were right on top it to correct it quickly. Very good experience overall.

The service, including customer, I received from Albright was excellent from beginning to end. There were no delays or surprises. The price quoted was the final price.

Albright roofing was very professional indeed' Mr. Tom Owen, owner of Albright Roofing Company came out personally to our home and inspected our roof, he wrote up a quote and answered all our questions. (We had several estimates from different roofing companies and did a detailed comparison). we decided on: Albright Roofing' Albright Roofing did exactly what they had Stated. Punctuality was a major concern of ours as we are also business owners where time is most important. The roofers showed up exactly the time they said they would and completed the job on time as well, which made for a happy experience. The cleanup was remarkable to say the least, I called in a request for their roller magnet because we have two dogs and I didn't want to take a chance of any nail puncturing their paws, they sent two men out the next morning to make sure all the roof nails that had fallen around the perimeter of the house were totally picked up, I was amazed how thoroughly they went around the house making sure every single nail that might have slipped by the previous day would be gathered up. We have 24/7 surveillance system and when I came home from work I viewed to see if they had sent anyone out yet it was 3 PM. As I replayed the morning around 9:30 AM there they were two men rolling magnets around my home, they even picked up some of my potted plants, the hose and moved the trash cans to make sure they would not miss any nails, I had the biggest smile on my face as I couldn't believe the thoroughness that they did. I was so thrilled that I called up Albright roofing to let them know what remarkable employees they had. Needless to say we are very happy customers and would recommend this company to anyone out there considering replacing their roof, you can't go wrong with this company, we are very happy customers. Albright roofing ? Tom Owen (Owner) came to evaluate our request for a roof replacement on our 64 yr old house. We were pleasantly surprised when he came down from the roof with a drawing showing the different roof slopes and needs. He offered two premium products and gave us rational for his personal preference. We contracted with him to perform the work. He showed us his employee liability insurance policy, background checks on his employees, and explained that all of his crews are employed by him ? he uses no contractors. We scheduled the work to be performed within a couple of weeks. On the morning of the agreed date, 3 Albright industrial type trucks arrived at 0800. The trucks looked to be in good repair and clean. His crew chief came to the door to introduce himself. We asked if he needed anything and he said no. He returned to the crews and they went to work. It was fascinating to see the crew work. It appeared that there were 3 to 4 teams working various aspects of the job (12 employees in all). They began removing the old roof and hardware. When there was bare wood, the carpenter team went to work replacing damaged boards. The roofing supply truck arrived and began unloading the shingles and hardware via a conveyor apparatus that put the new materials in several locations on the roof. The crew to lay the new roof took a blower and cleaned off residual materials from the prior roof. The man with the blower worked in conjunction with the carpenter crew and the old roof removal crew to assure a clean surface for the new roofing materials. The roofing material uses an adhesive/bonding surface to attach to the roof in addition to the nailing as required by the Dade County/Miami building codes. As the roof became bare, the ?stripping? crew became support to the crew laying the new roof and worked the grounds around the house picking up debris, nails, and they raked the yard to remove the ?construction yard appearance?. The crews appeared to work very well together and seemed to be happy in their tasks. They finished the job at 4 p.m. This old house has a roof that covers 2500 SF. The finished product: it is a beautiful roof with 130 mph warranty. We know nothing about roofs so we rely on professionals in the trade. We had the roof evaluated by an independent housing inspector that we found through our insurance company. He saw the before and after. His comments were ?he has knowledge of only 3 to 4 contractors in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area that provide quality at the level of our roof. He went inside the attic and measured the nail patterns, he walked the roof and inspected the shingle patterns, he made note of the angle of the build-up on a flat-roof segment that had been a problem in the past, and he said the roof vent items were 1st class. He asked us for a business card for the company. The city inspector: This inspector went up on the roof and examined the materials and workmanship. It was explained that this type of roof continues to adhere as the sun heats the adhesive to make them stick. Final comments included ?this is a very good roof and the people who did it knew what they were doing and did a 1st class job?. We were advised to get a shingle bag and a few shingles for keeping in case we ever had to replace a shingle. We called Albright to request the items. Several days later we went by and received a ¾ bag of our shingles ? no additional charge. Note ? an additional service element: When Tom and I walked the perimeter of the house, I pointed out the gap under the eaves/roof facing and my concern about animals being able to enter the attic. He said that there are companies that specialize in that and we could find them under gutter repair and sales. When we were finishing up the paperwork, Tom said that he could have his crew close the gap between the two services without any additional charge. No other mention was made of this to the workmen on the day of service and the gaps were closed! We are very happy with the roof and recommend Albright Roofing.

Tom Owen, the owner, arrived punctually as was arranged. He surveyed the job that was requested to be done which was a complete reroof and measured the job. His suggestions were followed which answered all questions concerning wind mitigation and the quality of the products he proposed to use. The price, which was accepted immediately, totally fell within the owners expected expenditure for the project. All communications were courteous and the job completed two weeks ahead of schedule when an opening in the company schedule permitted an earlier start date. His men arrived at the appointed time and were completely professional through out the day. All phases went with out a hitch and the entire, beautiful job was completed the same day.

tThey showed up on time & proceeded to remove old roof. They were friendly & professional. New roof was on by early afternoon. Rotten wood was replaced & new roof cap installed. They completely cleaned up afterwards & attempted to remove all nails. I found a lot of nails in yard & driveway after they left. They came back the next day & attempted to remove the ones they did not get on day of installation. 98% successful, but we found some left-overs the hard way. Everything was great, but a new way of nail removal is needed. My roof looks great!

I called Albright roofing for an estimate to replace the roof on my 1948 bungalow in Dunedin, FL. The lady I spoke to (Stacey?) was very pleasant and advised me that as rain was forecast for the following day that it would probably be two days before they could get someone out for an estimate. The following day she called me and asked if the estimator (Tom) could come the next morning. The following morning Tom called me and asked if he could come over for the estimate and arrived in the time window that I had arranged with Stacey. Tom (Tom Owen the owner of the company) quickly measured the roof and gave me an estimate that I considered to be very competitive. He took the time to explain what the estimate covered and gave us a package that included: information on the shingles he recommended, a copy of his contractors licence, certificate of insurance, and workers comp. insurance. I was extremely comfortable with Tom and with the research that I had done on the company on Angie's List. But decided that we wanted a metal roof and went with another contractor. Based on this experience, if I need a shingle roof, the first and possibly only call I make will be to Albright Roofing.

I emailed them through Angies List last night, and they promptly returned my call first thing in the morning. I emailed 3 other roofers, and this company was the first one to return my inquiry. The lady who called me was very pleasant and professional. In the end, my house was not in there service area, but I was pleased with the experience I did have with them. I was very impressed they returned my call so quickly.

Our neighbor has a similar home with the same roofing material (flat concrete tiles) that needed to be removed and replaced with shingles just like ours. They started their roof about 2 days before we did, and it took two days longer than ours. Albright brings out the army to do their work. It looks good, we've had no trouble in 6 months, they were polite, and the price was great for our huge roof. Other estimates were about $5,000 more. We had some communication difficulties after they finished, getting the inspection completed took weeks. That was a little frustrating at the time, but 6 months later it doesn't seem like a big deal any more. The roof is what matters.

The Albright estimator arrived when scheduled and gave a a competitive estimate. The work was scheduled shortly thereafter. The workers were very professional and completed the job in one day. The quality of the work is fantastic. We haven't had any problems at all. An employee of Albright even came to my office to pick up the payment and sign the final affidavit- just to make it more convenient for me. Very impressed with Albright.

Impressed with the professionalism from estimate to completion of job. Estimator even came down from roof and said a whole new roof wasn't necessary at this time. But I chose to replace it anyways. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean professional crew, there was even a worker whose job it was to go around the property during the entire installation and pick up any debris during the process! Crew leader was on hand throughout the job and came to the door with any questions or information needed to complete the customized job. I was amazed at the end of the day that the job had been completed in one day, I fully expected that amount of work to be continued into the next day. After they left, I walked around the property in case there were any nails or debris to pick up. Surprise! There was NONE to be found! Amazing neat and careful job, the edges of the roof looked neat and professional. Price was very good, I really expected to pay alot more for a complete replacement. We have had a few episodes of heavy rain since then (even though it's wintertime) and not a leak to be found! I feel very lucky to have chosen Albright Roofing. I would recommend them to friends and would definitely call them again if needed.

Stacy was a sweetheart & right on the ball. I requested their services on 10/16.2012. My roof was inspected 2 days later with reparis made on the 19th. There were broken tiles & other repairs overlooked by another contractor 5 months ago. Albright's fee was below what I expected too. In the future, it is Albright who I will call for my roofing.

Two man repair crew arrived, with one searching through the attic and inspecting underside of roof ,and second on roof inspecting shingles and roof vent. Found water stains of nail leak on underside of roof, directly above air duct. But continued search through the attic and found a previously unknown nail leak some ten or 12 feet away.. Crew patched and repaired both leaks, and cemented any number of loose shingles . Although the contract called for work in a specified area of the roof, the repair crew made the extra effort to inspect the entire roof, found and fixed several potential problems with popped nails and loose shingles. These guys are good. Of course, the next rain will be the ultimate test, but have every confidence that small leak was located and repaired. And certainly appreciate the extra effort to find and prevent potential problems at other sites about the roof. Albright Roofing will be my first call for any roofing repairs and replacement in the future
