We had a miscommunication on date the repair would be completed but the company got someone out to get it done. The roofers who made the repairs were great with the job they performed, cleaned up when finished and were finished timely.

Talking to roofers was quite an ordeal.... I talked to 6 companies. Albright was the first to respond to my request for some roof repairs and the estimate turned out to be very reasonable. As I got more estimates and an understanding of the hidden issues that may arise, the fee I was quoted contained many variables and the repair of my 18 year old roof began to approach perhaps 20% of the price of a new roof. I chose to replace the roof. Recommendations: Become familiar with the new requirements for re-roofing or consider a home inspector to guide you and represent your interests in the replacement. I interviewed one inspector that would have given the roofer a materials list and desirable method to install the roof and monitor its progress. His help with pricing and inspecting the re-roofing progress came with a fee approaching 10% of the price of the roof. I did my homework and Tom , Albright's owner, explained the process fully. I chose to monitor the re-roof myself. Issues that occurred: slight damage to plastic cover on an AC unit, removal of some hurricane hardware that required reconfiguration, damage to mailbox with one of trucks, and some tire depressions in yard with one of trucks(the crew mitigated as best as they could with plywood laid on the grass....it was a large house and it made their job easier.) All issues were rectified to my satisfaction. Although Tom has his trusted staff oversee my re-roof, I told him I would have preferred his review of the dry-in prior to installing the concrete tile....There were some nail heads that were not covered with the tar/pitch and it was taken care of by the supervisor. Before you sign a contract call the local municipality for any recent complaints. Also check with the roofer's suppliers for payment history. Both reviews of Albright were good. I would certainly recommend Albright and if you can't follow the progress invest in an inspector.

Overall, we are pleased with our roof. We have have not had to call about any leaks and ,as far as we can tell, they did quality work. However, there were a few issues: - Cracked the plaster ceiling in the master bedroom when installing the flat roof. When brought to their attention, it was fixed quickly and at no charge. - Nailed into an AC line in the attic resulting in multiple visits from AC companies. To repair the damage to the line caused by the nail, we would have paid about $2,000 so we decided to replace our entire system instead. It is outlined in the contract that they are not responsible for their crew nailing into AC lines during installation. Take this seriously and move your lines if possible. They will not try to avoid hitting the lines. - We are also still finding roofing nails in our yard, about 5 months later. - They attempted to use plywood to protect the lawn but it did not work.

They did a new shingle roof us, and everything turned out great.

When my 23-year-old roof began leaking on New Year's Day, I was filled with dread at the thought of dealing with a parade of roofing contractors. Albright made the choice easy- their price was competitive, and their personnel are professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly, from owner and office staff, to job foreman and laborers. They kept every promise they made, the work was performed rapidly and on-time, and the results look great. When I initially called about an estimate, I had several buckets in the attic to catch the leaks. The estimators came four days later, answered nearly all my questions, and even applied some patch to the leaky area, which slowed the dripping to nearly nothing. I received an estimate promptly by email, and followed up with several conversations with Stacey, their office manager. She was VERY helpful, and promised to try and fit our job in as early as possible, due to the potential leakage. In fact, they were able to schedule our job only four weeks later, which worked out perfectly. Their estimate was toward the high end of the range, but Albright's policies, attitude, professionalism, and workmanship won them this contract. Albright's crew came at 7:45am, worked hard and fast, and had 95% of the job done by 4:30pm. The following morning, the foreman, Luis, returned alone and attached the remaining shingles in about 45 minutes, and made sure the yard was completely clear of debris. This company says they do not use sub-contract labor, all their workers are actual company employees, which gives Albright greater employee quality control. They had about a dozen workers, and I thought they were all efficient and professional. The job came in about $200 over-estimate, due to additional plywood replacement needed. Albright was flexible about payment options, and I was able to use two forms of payment, which was helpful. Their workmanship is warrantied for 10 years, and the new roof looks absolutely fantastic! In addition, an insurance re-inspection led to a nearly $850/year savings on my hurricane policy, so this job pays for itself in 11 years. I recommend Albright Roofing without hesitation. The quality and professionalism of their work is outstanding, you absolutely get your money's worth, and their friendly and helpful attitudes make an expensive repair that much more bearable.

I contacted Albright Roofing regarding replacing my cracked skylight on the second story of my home. They responded to my call within 24 hours. Everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous and polite. The skylight was measured and installed within 48 hours of signing the contract. The price was reasonable and work was well done. I would definitely recommend Albright to anyone with any kind of roofing needs.

Crew arrived in the morning and had to halt work in the late afternoon due to a heavy rain front that came through. They completed all work that was required to make the roof waterproof before leaving. They returned the following day and completed the remaining part of the project.. Cleanup was done on the first day before they left. They were very professional and answered any question I had about the job.

Rapid response to initial call, sent team for estimate next day (another company on Angies List said it would take them more than an week to send someone out) Price was very competitive compared to 3 other companies we consulted. The whole process was smooth with them showing up on time and finishing by the next day. The cleanup was very good. Our neighbors kept complementing about how fast they worked and the look of the new roof.

The Albright Roofers came promptly at the time they indicated. Repaired our roof in an efficient and professional manner. They left no mess and were polite in every way. The job took about 2 to 2.5 hours.

At first I was not happy with the repair in the front of the house....when I called and talked to them, they sent out a person to see what my complaint was. When I then talked to the owner a couple days later they scheduled a team that came out and fixed the repair job. I was extremely happy with their repair resolution process.....a rarity nowadays! GREAT COMPANY!

I've seen this company in the area and was excited to contact them after seeing the great reviews. Unfortunately Sandy seemed determined not to provide service. She began the conversation by telling me how far out they were for new service and avoided making an appointment by stating she didn't know when they were available in my area. Very disappointing. She is the first point of contact and a turn off.

Out of town working haven't been home to see.

His crew came In June and did my (non-attached) garage in one day. They came the next two and a half days and did the house. There were about a dozen workers. The crew supervisor introduced himself, explained what they would be doing, and answered my questions throughout the time they were there. He always was friendly and responsive to my concerns. These men worked hard - very hard, all day, in the Florida heat. The demonstrated great competence. If you know flat roofs, you are aware they can be challenging, but all issues were addressed with quality and skill. When they left at the end of each day, and at the end of the job, my property was completely clean. Roofing is messy but there was no evidence they had been there. When they were through, I looked at the roof and was very pleased. Even better, I have had no leaks since. Please consider this company if you have any roofing needs.

The job was done very quickly. If the roof vent shingles had been ordered the right color, I believe the crew would have finished in one day. The correct color shingles were delivered the next day and the job was completed. I had a couple of concerns and made it clear that I would like to talk to the owner. He did call on the phone, but I had hoped he would come to the house so I could show him the area I was concerned about. He sent a couple of guys out and they explained everything to my satisfaction. Sadly the next day the fan over the stove, that vents through the roof, wouldn't work. I had several other projects going so it took me a week or so before I could check out the fan. When I took down the screen there were a couple small pieces of the old tar paper, and a roofing nail laying on the screen. There was also a piece of shingle (I didn't measure, but maybe four inches long by two and a half inches wide) more small pieces of tar paper, and another roofing nail on top of the fan. I had to completely remove the fan so that I could clean out the debris. I have pictures of all of this, but do not know how to post them. If I figure it out, I will post the pictures later.

I obtained three bids, with Albright Roofing being slightly higher in dollar amount. However, upon close inspection of the bids, Albright was the ONLY one that provided the details in the quote that make a difference as to what one actually receives. Details clearly spelling out as to materials being utilized, such as roofing industry approved materials (ASTM UL underlayment, etc) made me choose this company over others that were A rated and one was C rated. Further discussion after the bid relative to the merits of adding additional features were clear, concise and very informative and right in line with all the previous research I'd done. The job was started on time, finished on time and the workmen put in a full Saturday and part of a Sunday - above and beyond in my book. This team also came back and did some additional work not spelled out in the contract (painted some vents, etc). I recommend them highly. We are very pleased. Their warranty on their workmanship is also 10 years, longer than some of the bids I received. That speaks to quality in my book.

My only complaint is they could have done a better job of cleaning up. I found shingles in shrubbery, and roofing nails in the driveway and patio.

ALBRIGHT ROOFING is the only way to go. They do what they say they will, when they say they will. They keep you advised of exactly which date they will arrive, what time they will arrive, and how long the process will take. They cleaned up the property before they left, and the job was done in an excellent fashion. Couldn't be more pleased with their service, attention to detail, customer service and polite & courteous handling of my roofing problem.

They did everything they said they would do.

I decided to get the roof repaired after receiving days of constant rain and noticing the patio ceiling was very wet (dripping water). I called on July 3 knowing the company would be likely closed for the 4th and 5th. I rec'd a quote the following Monday July 8th. Since I've had another company repair this area before I was happy to see what they proposed seemed like a sure fix. Don't get me wrong, it was more expensive than I was expecting but they replaced the entire 36 feet of valley (3 feet on each side) plus another 200 sqft in another spot near the valley. The work was completed within a few days of giving Albright the go ahead and all the work was done within a day. With the exception of a little dirt near the pool where the valley ends, I could not tell the tiles have been removed and reinstalled. They warrantied the repairs for a year which gave me the piece of mind that Albright stands behind their work. So far the repairs appear to have worked...although I'm still waiting for several days of rain to really test the repairs.

We've used them before and love them! We had water coming in through the floor and initially thought it was coming from the wall. They came out and identified the leak in roof right away. They are also not hesitant to do repairs (some contractors want to replace entire roof). They only fix what's broken.

Max did the measuring for the estimate to be calculated. He answered all questions and was very professional. Sandy in the office was very helpful as well when we spoke on the phone.

We're very pleased with Albright Roofing's job (although small) that they completed on our roof. We had two leaks in the house and one on the front porch. Max came out and looked at the roof, determined where he thought the leaks were coming from and submitted a proposal via email. He was very professional and, based on two recent heavy rains, appears to have fixed the offending areas. As we all are pretty aware, leaks have a pervasive way of intruding on one's peace of mind, so we truly appreciate the expertise in fixing these at an affordable cost. As a frequent flyer with the Angie's list contractors, I feel confident in recommending Albright Roofing. They did what they said, showed up when they told us and charged per the quote. They were professional, courteous and most importantly, nice people. We will definitely use them in the future.

They are top notch and professional all the way. They did everything they said they were going to do, right on time. I could not be happier with them. I would recommend them to all of my neighbors. My neighbors had a roofing nightmare with a different company and we were expecting the worst. We were pleasantly surprised.

The roof that they replaced was fantastic. Their price is reasonable. One of the things that happen when you have a leaky roof is that you are uncertain about leaks and things like that. We have only had one problem when we had wind blowing up in it, and their service they came right out, they found the issue, the fixed it, and that was the only problem we had. When they fixed that, we have not had a problem at all since then. The other things that amazed me is they took old tile roof on put a new roof on in three days. I couldn't believe they did that. They did a good job and it was clean. They were out and they are done.
