The two estimators came out and were polite and thorough. They went up into my attic and found a three nail cluster which is where the leak was. While up on the roof they determined that some shingle caps were cracked and the area next to my chimney had granules that were worn off. I had had my chimney recently resided and the workman who performed that work wore the granules off when working on the chimney. My roof is only 8 years old. The estimate came in at $575 which was to replace the 4 x 6 area where the granules were missing and replace the cracked shingle caps. I questioned if replacing the area where the granules were worn off was necessary and I was told it was cosmetic. I was not sure I wanted to spend $575 on a cosmetic repair . I spoke to Tom and requested an alternative quote on just replacing the cracked shingle caps and address the nail cluster leak. I could live with the worn granules . I received an alternative estimate for a less extensive repair but decided to go with the original repair estimate since that repair was warrantied. The guys showed up on time and they even accommodated me with working to come out on my day off that week which I really appreciated.

Excellent company. Their bid was in line with other roofers but they just excelled in service and attitude, plus the reviews on Angie's List led me to choose Albright Roofing. They came when scheduled and finished in a day. Also, covered my central air unit outside plus windows. Called them back for a few details that needed attention and they were prompt. The fee for Angie's List saved me in the wonderful experience I encountered with Albright Roofing. Would highly recommend them.

Crew showed up on time and worked hard to quickly to remove existing shingle roof. Wood was replaced where required and primed per contract. Vents, flashing and dry-in were completed the first day. Cleaned up at the end of the day. Second day all shingles and flat roof were completed. Cleaned up again after work was completed. The crew were obviously experienced and worked hard. They had to work around some brief showers which may have impacted schedule somewhat. No problems noted on inspections. Albright Roofing did a first class job from the estimate, to the use of quality materials and the roof replacement.

All-in-all, I have to imagine that Albright is a competitive company under most circumstances, but based upon what I saw, I can't imagine how they get so much business here just based on the raw numbers.

I am more than pleased with the work that this roofing company provided. Not only was it done very well but they take pride in doing it right and for a fair price. I would recommend to anyone without reservation.

Everything went well, and they did a great job. The company sent a large crew which was very professional, didn't leave behind a mess, and completed the work in a couple of days. This was impressive considering that they replaced the flat and angled parts of the roof all the way down to the wood.

Albright removed the old shingles, made necessary roof repairs, and put a new roof on in one day. They were very nice and did a great job at a competitive price.

They said that they would have someone contact me later that day (December 5th) about setting up a time. They finally called back this morning December 11th to tell me that they don't cover my area. However, their profile says that they do.

The estimator arrived at my home and stated they were not able to do a roof replacement on a roof with a high pitch. In addition to telling the receptionist the inforrmation in advance, the home is very similar to the home featured on their website. While I appreciate the honesty, my time was wasted. I can't attest to their quality but would recommend they do a more thorough screening prior to setting estimate appointments.

y 15-year-old roof started developing leaks during the constant, heavy rain this summer. Rather than chasing leaks around the house for the next few years before replacing it, I decided on a new one. I got the requisite three bids, and Albright Roofing was in the middle. However, Tom, the contractor, offered to repair the leaks for free during the rainy season if I signed a contract for the replacement. The other contractors did not. I did not want to replace the roof during period of heavy rain and the threat of tropical storms. The leaks were repaired during the summer and the repair work kept the house dry until the replacement work began. On Nov. 3, Luis and his large crew removed the old roof and replaced a lot of old wood that had deteriorated over the more than 30-year life of the house. The next day, Luis was back with his large crew and put on the new roof -- GAF shingles over the standard sized three-bedroom, two bath house and a rather large flat roof over a poolside patio (about 45 feet by 15 feet). I was particularly impressed with Luis' crew. There were so many members I thought they would get in one anothers way. They did not. Each seemed to know his job, and they worked as a well-oiled machine. One oops ( a small home was poked in the garage ceiling) was quickly fixed. During the course of the job, the crew used 14 sheets of plywood and about 40 feet of 2X6s and 2X4s, so the job was extensive. All in all, I would rate Albright's performance as topnotch. I would suggest that any homeowner thinking about replacing a roof or repairing an old one at the very least contact Albright for an estimate.

The estimator came gave me a quote to repair a leak in my roof overhang. He arrived on time, was very professional and easy to deal with. I was given an estimate i felt was fair for the work that would be done. The repair crew showed up and intermediately went to work. They were professional and even took extra steps to make sure there were no other areas around the leak that would need fixing. When done, they cleaned up the area like they never had been there. Will definitely be calling them again if any future repairs are needed.

I am not having the work done because the deal did not apply to the work I needed done, but they were polite and professional.

The roof needs more work then what I thought and the price was just too much right now.

The estimator, Max, was very nice and explained exactly what they would do. I obtained three bids and theirs was the lowest. They showed up on time, were very professional and completely cleaned up after them selves. I would highly recommend Albright Roofers.

They came in on time they found the source of the leak and they told us it was not that big of a work I had paid 200 before hand with the Angies list deal which gave us 100 worth of credit and they charged additional 300 to do all the work that would have been needed to be done to fix the leak and do other minor details on top of the roof the crew was very professional in answering our questions and they did the work and cleaned up after it was done, they did not try to rip us off but getting us to pay for work that was not necessary, however when my husband asked about pressure washing tiles, they told us that was also a job that they could do if requested. So overall very satisfied (of course we need to see what happens after another rain right?), plus if there were any issues with the work done they provided a year worth of warranty on it, I guess I could not be happier about it, best service you could get :).

Albright's Team was exceptional! We had nothing but good experiences with the team. They were responsive, professional and very friendly during the entire process. We were getting discouraged in our hunt for a roofing company to replace our existing commercial flat roof. We had companies that showed up for quotes late or did not show up at all. Some even came out but never provided a written estimate. Then we called Albright Roofing. That was the best decision we made! The quote was a pleasant experience. The gentleman showed up on time and was dressed appropriately. He reviewed the site with me and listened to my concerns. He followed up with a written quote via email as promised. They worked with the architect to get drawings and specs for A/C curb mounts. They pulled the proper permits on our behalf. Stacey worked with our clinic schedule to time the job with minimal impact to our customers. They coordinated with our A/C company to have units removed and reinstalled as part of the project. We had experienced some problems with the placement of the A/C Units and they were very quick to handle the issue with very little involvement from us. The crew cleaned up very nicely when they were done. Stacey supplied the completion documents in a timely fashion following our final payment and was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Albright Roofing and will use them again in the future.

The team gave us a fair quote and did a great job (in a tricky spot) fixing our leak. I would recommend using them. We have used them several times.

Albright Roofing was great. Called to set up appt. for someone to check out our roof. They returned my call right away and set up an appt. Tom was on time and explained exactly what we needed to do. Luckily, we didn't need a new roof yet, but will definitely use Albright when the time comes.

They were excellent. They did a good job on the repair. There were two people here doing the work and it took about an hour and half to complete. I was happy they were able to fix the leak and they did the analysis correctly.

Allbright was excellent to work with, very professional, on time and easy to work with. Ultimately I let the original roofer perform the work but would not hesitate to call Allbright again

Have used Albright Roofing twice before, always with good results. So called Albright again to fix leak in flat roof over back porch. Was scheduled for first thing Friday morning, but unfortunately job was misplaced and did not get entered into company work schedule. After several phone calls, Albright offered compelling apologies, along with an additional discount, and assurances that the the work would be done the next day, a Saturday, rather than waiting for the next work week. The repair was indeed accomplished that Saturday morning, The work was done over four hours by Simon, who did a particularly skilled job of weaving several rows of new shingles into the adjoining pitched roof, and cutting and sealing new material into the connected flat roof. Very nicely done. Have now experienced two heavy rains since the repair, and porch roof is again water tight. Fully expect to replace entire roof in another 4-5 years, and Albright Roofing will again be my first call.
