The leak was in the midst of all the heavy rains the end of July. We had water coming through a recessed lighting fixture which quickly prompted me to look on Angie's list for a Roofer. We had just seen Albright in our neighborhood at 2 different houses. I looked at the comments and reviews and bought the $299.00 Angie's Deal that night, 7/25/15.. Albright contacted us Monday and was able to schedule a technician to come out July 30, 2015. Max was to come between 9:00 and 10:00 and arrived at 9:00. Introduced himself right away and got right down to business inspecting the interior of the house to get an idea on layout. He then went up on the roof and found some shingles and nails that had lifted on the west side of the house right above the leak. He wanted to use a different/better, for our roof, sealant than he had with him and went to Home Depot to purchase the sealant. When he came back he sealed the shingles and replaced the nails, he also gave the entire, very unusual roof, with many pitches and angles a thorough inspection. While up there he sealed all pipes, a skylight and chimney, basically anything sticking up out of the roof was sealed! Wonderful service. When Max was done on the roof he also went into the attic/crawl space through 2 separate accesses to inspect the entire attic for any signs of new or previous damage we may not have known about. Max was very nice and was able to get all that done and left about 10:45. About 1-2 hours after Max left we had a major down pour and everything then and since has been dry as a bone. I would highly recommend Albright for any repair or re-roof as the quality of the work and demeanor of Max made everything quick and simple for us.

The guy showed up on time even though it had been raining all afternoon. He was super polite and showed my boyfriend exactly where the leak was coming from and gave us an easy fix. He tested the rest of the roof to make sure that there was no permanent damage. He did not take advantage of the fact that we were new home owners. We would recommend this company to anyone that needs any work done on their roof.

They replaced our ridge vent, and we have no more leaks. They we on time, and finished the job with excellent results. Thank you to the office staff and to the roofers. What a hard and hot job it is!

They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. We would use them again if needed and would recommend them to our friends. We also received a discount because we found them on Angie's list.

The services were fine. They are friendly.

Although the work appears satisfactory it was difficult to get information such as skylight options. It took longer than expected to get return calls and/or information. Might use them again but will research other options. Thought the roof tune up deal was a bit of a come on - quoted several needed repairs then offered to do them discounted by the tune up price,. Wanted the tune up parts as well but it took a few conversations to get them added into the proposal.

The roof they did for us was lovely and we were very happy with the end result. Now 8 years later trying to get repair of a leak on our porch, we are discovering that apparently when we paid for the whole roof, the only did the " shingle" part, and not the flat roof, at least that is what Tom's office is telling me. We have been going back and forth for two weeks with them, just trying to get someone to come out. I asked today to speak Tom directly as he was the person that gave me the proposal, and my understanding of replacing " entire roof "is apparently something different to this company. I was told this morning he would call me back. A follow up call this afternoon resulted in " he's out of town" and no one can tell me when he's going to be back. I am beyond frustrated. I have looked at this company's reviews today and they are great, so I just don't understand why I am having such a difficult time getting our problem addressed. Tom if you read your reviews please call me !!! 8-19-2015 Two weeks later, and two estimates from other roofing companies, still no return call from Tom the owner of the company. Now reading the companies response to my review. 1. We did call with reference to a leak around the fireplace, on approx. 7-15-2015. I was told someone needed to be home to show the person where it was leaking. We were not home on 7-16-2015, the company spoke to my husband as he was leaving for work and myself at my office that morning, we both informed the company at that time we would not be home. Two weeks later we called to find out why no one had come and we were told someone had come and it was the stucco. Why hadn't anyone let us know? They said the person that was supposed to call us had gone on vacation? Also there was at no time a conversation between either I or my husband with reference to us having a stucco issue prior to this. The company's response states we were told "years ago" this was a problem, this is not true. 2.With reference to the flat roof on the porch, there was never an offer to come out " right away" or ever for that matter. The company spent a lot of time explaining to me how this was not their problem/ fault, but no one at anytime made an effort to address the fact that I had a problem with the flat roof, and a leak that needed to be repaired. 3. My husband and I are the only people that have spoken to the office staff from this company, there is no " father in law" as he has passed way years ago, and because there are only two of us the multiple persons they claim to have spoken to don't exist. I am not an unreasonable person and have never been confrontational with anyone from this company, I did towards the end become frustrated with their lack of response and asked to speak with the owner, with whom I signed the original contract. That's how we got to my original review, where a waited at home all day for him to call, then someone from his office called my husband at work to tell him again how none of this is their problem and by the way the owner is out of town . 4. Today, again I left a message asking for Tom to call me, I still to this day am not sure he know what is going on, regarding our roof or how we have been treated. If I hear back from him I will update this review.

Albright showed up on time as scheduled and repaired the roof without any problems. They took care to make sure my flashing was proper and that the new piece of flat roof was installed in good order. They also repaired a blister on my flat roof. They did a great job and the price was very fair. I would recommend them for roofing services.

I bought the shingle roof tuneup because I was concerned about the state of our roof. The tech, although late, was very nice and knowledgeable. He took his time to make sure the job was done correctly. I did need some work done, and they sent an estimate for that. I would call them if I need a new roof.

Originally called for a new roof estimate...Tom came out & measured and in return told me my roof was in excellent condition! Just needed to be cleaned. Had no idea what he was talking about so I continued to ask him questions. I wrote down what he was saying & in fact I searched again on Angie's List for company who does roof cleaning. I educated myself thanks to Tom. The only thing Tom suggested with my roof was to change out Ridge Vent & I did. I am extremely happy with the prompt service & the communication of this Company. Two woman in the office Sandy & Stacey are extremely friendly & polite to speak with. I can't say enough great things about them! Two gentleman that showed up & did the work were on time, professional & cleaned up. Great Experience!

The company came and did a review of the problem. Several days later I received a detailed price quote. After accepting their contract two workers came to my residence and fixed the problem. I found the company to be very professional and the workers very polite and efficent. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor.

Albright came out provided free estimate, estimator was on time and thorough. Fixed price estimate was provided. Scheduling was a bit long, and operator didn't seem to know any details about scheduling other that "the process". Better communication within office would be helpful. Roofers came on time, were very respectful and answered any questions I had. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very self-reliant. I did a quick review of the work after they left and everything looks like it was done well. I will follow up with a review in a few weeks on quality and any issues.

I found everyone I came in contact with very responsive.( I had one company actually come out and look at the issue but after 2 phone calls to them, I could never get an estimate!) The job was scheduled and completed on the date planned. I've had no issues since. I had a question about the wrap around a vent pipe and was able to get an explanation very quickly. Albright will definitely be high on my list when it comes time to replace the roof!

Located and repaired one tiny leak. Examined roof from attic to assure that no other potential problems existed.

Excellent. No problems and the leak was fully corrected. The shingles used were very close to our original shingles and it is very hard to determine there was even a repair. FOR ANGLIES LIST: I already posted this review once before. This is the last time I redo it.

A tile roof valley was completely rebuilt. It was done so well, it was difficult to determine it was worked on at all. Two sections of a flat-to tile gable roof connection were repaired. Roof tiles were to be replaced a couple days later. Very heavy rains that night washed part the repair coating off. A technician quickly responded to our call. A few days later a rain revealed a leak was still present and another call provided a quick response and the technician found and repaired several nail penetrations just beyond the previous repairs (hidden by solar heating pipes). The tech promptly repaired this area. I am thoroughly satisfied with the repairs and service provided. Thank you Albright Roofing and Contracting Inc.!

I am not sure that the company did everything that they promised. Yes, they did find the area of leakage and fixed it, but, there was no detailed explanation, oral or written, as to what they actually did. When they first showed up, a crew of about 4, I had a doctor appointment, and couldn't be here for the final word as to what was done, although the foreman explained to my wife what they had found, and said someone would contact us with a quote for the repair. This came early the following week. I e-mailed a response, asking to set an appointment There was no response for over a week, so I called the company. The lady I talked to seemed a little confused and "couldn't find the paperwork", but she would track it down, and call to set an appointment Waited for another 8 days, called the company again, talked to someone else who finally got things together. She said it would be 7-10 days before someone could come out. This timeframe was met (barely), the repairman did arrive I was here for the repair, and the one person who showed up apparently did the repair, and walked the r4oof again, but, again there was no written summary as to what was actually done. I normally like to save these for my records, both to show the work had been done, and in case there is any future dispute. The only paperwork I have is a non-detailed invoice Now, it could be that everything promised was done, I just have no way of knowing. I think that they need to revise their business practices and get more organized Until it rains a few times, and I have a chance to see if the roof is leaking or not, I have no way of judging the quality of their work

On their first visit they worked on the roof for awhile and said they thought they had fixed it. Shortly after their visit we went out of town for 3 weeks. It had not rained since the repairs so we assumed everything was ok. When we returned from our trip it rained a few days later so we called them. A man came out a day or two later and worked about 45 minutes and said he had made the necessary repairs. Again, it did not rain and we went out of town for Christmas for another 3 weeks. When we returned it rained shortly thereafter so we called them again. They did send someone out to check it out and he found a problem that had not been taken care of before. He removed some of the barrel tile and did some repairs in that area. He said that would take care of the problem. However, the next rain that we had there were leaks in the same places. They were a little better than before but still leaking. We made several calls to the company and left a message but they would not return our calls. We have called 3 or 4 times and talked to someone in the office but no one ever called back. If you need a new roof on your house maybe they would do a good job but for repairs I would not recommend them. The roof still leaks and I spent twelve hundred dollars for nothing.

Everything went just fine. It rained a couple of hours after the contractor left and for the first time since Julyy I did not have water coming into my window well.

Decided with Albright originally because of cost and their ability to help find reasonable financing. My neighborhood had predominately used another roofer due to, sheep following the sheep syndrome, and don't get me wrong they also looked and felt right for the job but at a 25% added premium due to overwhelming demand. Doing your homework with Angies list, BBB and Ask the Seal is the way to go. We were able to get the work finished on time within agreed schedule with minimum clean up which was taken care of by Albright. Even the City inspector reassured us of the company`s record as being very good. Definetely very happy!

The customer service, price, scheduling and ultimate job was very good. I really have no complaints. They gave me an estimate very quickly and placed me on the schedule as soon as possible. Moreover, they were accommodating and generous when it came time to working with me on the overall price. That was very nice of them! Yes-i would use them again!

I was not able to use this deal as I need a whole new roof and not just a tune up. When I contacted the company to inform them of this, they were very nice and courteous. They have since put in a bid to do my new roof.

They quoted me for $575. They seemed honest and very good. They were very professional.
