Top quality job from start to finish. First crew tore off and removed the old shingle roof, replaced some bad wood and the follow up crew nailed down the new dimensional shingles and replaced a sky light lid. I wanted to wait till after a couple of hard rains and there were no leaks at all. Great quality job with prompt service. Good job of cleaning up as well.

Perfect from beginning to end. Quote was timely and fair. Scheduling was easy. Workers were professional, timely, neat and kept us updated on their work. And the roof looks amazing.

The replaced roof was about 175 sq feet in area and was stripped, sheathing replaced, a tapered insulation system laid down, with a roof membrane on top. Five fellows did the work and were a great team. Very please to have them on the roof, and have had no problems since then.

Arrived on time. Repairs done and priced the same as the proposal. Tom Owen (owner) did everything we discussed.

This note is directed at people that are having roof problems. I have had the same problem on my roof for quite a while, I tried to have the roof repaired but received little satisfaction. Some time ago I decided I was going to meet with several roofers and find out what they recommended for a repair. Tom Albright was the owner of Albright roofing, and I met with him on the roof and went over what he recommended. I thought it sounded good. Frankly after so many problems in the past working with other roofers, I kept checking. I finally contracted with him and after at least a couple of rains, I have had no leaks. The work which was done by Joe, his TP man, who does first class work. Tom, the owner of the company, was the one who was extremely important in orchestrating what needed to be done. For one thing, he strongly suggested pulling the air conditioner on the roof because there was bad wood under it, and he was absolutely right. It would have been a disaster if that had not been done. I can tell you from personal experience, you want to be very carefull on who you contract with, as I have had some very unpleasant experiences with prior roofers. My electrician after seeing the work done came up the same conclusion as I did. He also said it looked like first class work. L.P.H.

It went as planned. It did not take long to get the roof checkup, but it took a little while to go back and forth to get an appointment for the work but I would prefer the work done right rather than in a hurry! Overall, I would use their services again.

Called Albright on Monday morning and an employee was on-site by end-of-day. Employee performed work required to firmly attach the ridge vent on the house and took pictures so that I could provide evidence without climbing on the roof myself.

Initial job went great! Very professional, punctual, etc. This was definitely over market price compared to other quotes I received, but I agreed to it based on good reviews on Angie's list. However, 3 months later the roof started leaking. After two tries, we think it's finally fixed. The repair supervisor tried to blame it on another part of the roof they didn't work on, but in fact they pried up that part of the existing metal roof to get the bitumen roofing under the edge during the installation so they probably damaged it then. In the end they covered it under warranty so no additional charges. I imagine a lower priced roofer might have pushed harder to get more money out of me, so in the end I think it was a good move to go with Albright. However, I can't give top ratings since it leaked. While not totally happy with the installation crew, the office people are the ones that really make this company a pleasant experience to work with. They are very organized and professional.

Everyone we dealt with at Albright was very professional. We contacted 3 roofers for estimates and Albright contacted us first and was the only one that periodically checked in with us until we went to contract. They arrived on time, completed work in a single day, and cleaned up the area better than what it was when they arrived. I would definitely contact Albright again for any roofing needs in the future!

Excellent. This company was willing to come and give me an estimate for this small job and then schedule a time to repair it. They had to cancel once due to rain but than they came when they said they would and fixed our root. If I experience any further leaks, I will post a follow-up review.

Theirs was the second estimate we had gotten for this job. We immediately felt confident in their honesty and chose Albright even though they were just slightly higher than the previous estimate and are glad we did.. We were impressed with their professionalism. The process was very easy since their office arranged the permit and notice of commencement, and sent us clearly written information on what to expect. On the scheduled day the crew of 3 arrived on time and Joe, the foreman, spent some time talking with my husband to be sure everyone understood exactly what would be done. The entire job was completed in one day. The also cleaned everything up so well that you wouldn't even know they had been here. The new roof looks great! We highly recommend them. When it is time to replace the roof on our house we will definitely have Albright do the work.

Through their website I completed the "contact us" feature. It included my name, phone #, EMAIL address etc. I got a call on 1/18 at 12:10pm to set up an appointment to have my roof measured. I was unable to answer. They asked that I call back asap as someone was in the area. I called back at 1:34pm and the woman who answered the phone had no clue who I was even though I was returning their call! She put me on hold at least 3 times, each time coming back to ask things such as "what was your name again?", "what's your address?" I explained that I had just gotten a call an hour ago to return the call to this number. She said well I don't see anything here, "maybe it was to reschedule an appointment?" I said you know what, I don't need this nonsense, remove me from your records. I get a call today (1/19) wanting to set up an appointment! I told her that I called back quickly yesterday and they had no idea who I was. She gives me the excuse that it wasn't her & that the address was wrong and it took time to figure out who it is. So, I guess the email address & phone number weren't good enough to "figure out" who I was? That's a ridiculous excuse.

A new roof with GAF shingles was installed in 2 days. We have a large house with several elevations. None of our neighbors could believe how fast it was completed. The price was very competitive. We had originally planned to just go with another provider from Angies list who has done some repairs last year and a number of years earlier. When the bad weather this summer caused another leak we decided to try another company and received a very reasonable estimate for the repair. It was half of what the other company was going to charge. Albright did a very nice job, even though it was crazy busy this summer. We decided to get an estimate from them when we determined to go ahead and get a new roof.. Again it was substantially less than what the other provider had quoted us. This included high quality GAF shingles. The roof looks great. The guys who came out were very responsive and Stacie in the office was very efficient. I was a little worried as it was scheduled 3 days before Christmas and we had company coming. Not a problem. All went well.

Totally painless. Very responsive and were there with in days of my calling. No complaints.

Albright Roofing employs an army of people who are extremely professional. When you call the office, the staff is responsive. When the person comes to estimate your job, they are polite and professional. When the people come to do the roof work, every single person is polite and sensitive to the homeowner. After the job is done, the staff invests a lot of effort to make sure you are happy and the job is done to your satisfaction. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company

The men showed up on time early in the morning each day. They protected my driveway and sidewalk pavers from any hazards while they worked. They replaced all wood decking that showed signs of rot and had me check out their progress as they went ( I climbed up on the roof with their assistance). My 2700sq ft. home had a new roof within 3 days. It looks great !!

I was impressed with their demeanor and courtesy.

09/01/15 Estimate done hired a few days later. I was told that someone would be calling within two weeks about setting up appointment. I ended up calling them back after three weeks. 10/5/15 First person came out to do the repair. The area was not visible from the ground so when my husband came home he went up to the roof to view the job. He was shocked to see the condition of the roof. Numerous broken tiles Broken tiles leaving large gaps exposed Tile not seated on roof The flashing was not done No kick out flashing installed 10/14/15 After speaking to the owner of the company another repairman and the original repairman were sent to my home. I did not want the original person back but the owner said he was being sent for training purposes and would only work as a helper . The repairman, to the best of his ability, corrected as much of the damage as he could . We supplied him with the few extra roofing tiles we had. When the final bill was submitted to me it did not reflect the 5% Angie list discount or the written warranty that was promised to me I brought this to their attention the discount was applied immediately but it took two more e-mails and a phone call to finally get the warranty. I hired this company based on the highest of ratings on this sight and I am shocked that Albright Roofing would send someone to my home to do a repair that was obviously not qualified to do the job and actually did more damage then good. Review Edit 10/30/2015 : We feel that Albright Roofing sent out an inexperienced roofer to initially do the repair. He left without telling us what had been completed. We had to go up on the roof and take a look at it ourselves, we were dismayed with what we found. When the second roofer came out, not only did he take care of the damage the first roofer did (this had nothing to do with the state of our roof), but finally took care of the actual work. In fact, when we had other companies come out to do estimates, broken tiles were never mentioned in their quotes. I did not receive a bill (which I requested because I wanted proof of warranty for their work) from Albright until the 22nd, and they've been accusing us of being unwilling to pay, which is not the case. As far as the roof not leaking since October 5th, this is due to the fact that there has not been any rain during that period of time. We did not get a $200 discount, we got a $50 discount (Angie's List 5%), and they gave us $150 off of the bill.

Company came out quickly to give us an estimate. They gave us several options from repair to replacement so we could decide our best course of action. We went with the repair for now. They came out within two weeks to do the repairs. We found some additional tiles that were loose so we called them. Within a day they had someone out to check and correct. I am very satisfied with their work and commitment to the client. When I am ready to replace my roof I plan to contact them again.

We had missing shingles from high wind/rainstorms. Called and got estimate from another company who had done repairs for us in the past. It was more than 2x what we paid for with the 299 deal. ( From another highly rated company on AL) Roof is 20 years old, and though its a 30 year roof we are replacing as it needs it. We had received a replacement estimate from the other company 2-3 years ago........and again it was much more. Since Albright had done such a timely good job on the latest repair we decided to get an estimate for roof replacement from them. We also had a referral from a neighbor for another company but we didn't even bother calling once we received the Albright estimate. Excellent ratings on Angies list and a reasonable price was enough for us. The owner Tom has personally called 3 times and the company is very responsive...even during this summers very busy rainy season. Will let you now how the roof goes once its done in December. ( The scheduling is our choice.....they would have done sooner).

Albright roofers came out to give a free estimate. They drew up a schematic to show exactly what they would do to repair the leak. After accepting the estimate, they were able to schedule the repair within the week. My husband went on the roof after the repair had been done, and everything was done exactly as the schematic had shown. We did not have to pay more than what was quoted. The repair has help up and we are pleased with the excellent service.

great - 300 for about 20 minutes work. not bad money if you can get it. they were good guys though. i would use them again.

Over 3 days, I called 7 companies, all agreed to provide quote, only 6 showed up. Albright was the first to show up, was quick, professional and not pushy at all. They sent me quote via e-mail next day as promised. After getting several other quotes, prices varied from $6000 to $9000, but the higher quotes included GAF, "Golden Pledge" 50 year warranty and sense I was selling the house, I thought this would help so I had Albright re-do quote to have work done to the "Golden Pledge level of quality and material. They were by far the best value. I agreed to the deal, even got a $275 military Roofs for Troops rebate and scheduled the work. They were busy so I was going to have to wait for over a month, but I got a call a week later and they had an opening so I agreed. The crew was prompt, friendly, and completely removed the old roof by the time I got home from work!!!. Several of the guys got stung by wasps that had been hiding in the old tile, and they also disposed of a family of rats that had taken up residence as well, but the guys weren't upset so much as joking about it. The next day, they installed the roof, made a point to show me where there was soft wood that needed replacing (less than 2 sheets of plywood so covered by contract) and they built up a cricket around my Chimney. I also had some roll roofing that I needed installed on the flat patio, and they hauled it up to the roof for me without complaint, and even help install the first row to ensure it sealed well on the edge. The job was quick, professional, and the roof looks great with no leaks. I would recommend Albright Roofing without hesitation. I am not sharing this with Band of Neighbors because I sold the house, so that is going to be the new owners choice.

They did very good work, very professional. Very accommodating. The only thing was scheduling, but that was due to the weather vs. them.
