Tina the office manager was very responsive and made sure the installation was being done correctly every step of the way from the initial order through the inspection. The installation crew was excellent and did an outstanding job, and made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly when they left.

They did a great job. They arrived on time as promised, and worked very hard all day. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the job.

Dream job. As I'm sure many homeowners can attest - getting someone to provide a competitive bid, show up when they say they will, do quality work, and deliver as promised - is not easy to find. Tom (owner), Tina and Mariah were great and I would highly recommend Albright to anyone looking for the above. We will definitely use them on any future job we may have...

It's a beautiful roof. Albright Roofing & Contracting Inc did a good job. They did really good. We've done a couple of estimates and I think they came right in. They were here on time and did exactly what they said. I hope I don't have to, but yes of course, I would consider using Albright Roofing & Contracting Inc again in the future if I need to.

Repair went well. Price was ok. Most importantly the leak was fixed. Most roofing companies I contacted, including this one, were running 2 to 3 weeks of lead time for roof repairs.

First it was still leaking. They came back and find the patch they did was not sealed well enough so they improved it. Now it's not leaking but it's damp so I can't close the ceiling.

I called them for a roofing estimate. A lady picked up the phone and she said she would call me with the appointment next week on Tuesday ? I never got any call till Thursday and they finally gave me an appointment on Friday 8.30AM. When i called on Friday at 8.25 am she said the roofing estimator is running late and he should be at the property shortly. its then, I said I will be there at 9 AM and asked if that is fine, as the estimator is running late anyway. they said that should be fine. By the time I was present at the property at 8.55 AM, they left the property taking the measurements of the roof. Now they say they can give me the estimate next week? I asked for the supervisor/owner and she said they are off till next week. this whole scenario sounded very unprofessional and lazy to me. The only reason I was hanging around with them is , I see they are in the market for quite a bit now and thought I could rely on them but this kind of behavior to the new customers is unacceptable. I am very disappointed. If this happened for just the estimate, what would happen to my roof?

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Albright Roofing. They were extremely flexible (we had to move the installation date several times do to delays in closing on our house). Then once we finally closed, we had to get the job done within 30 days. They were booked for the next 30 days (as was all of the other companies I had received a quote from); however, they moved jobs around and made it happen, and were pleasant about it. We had a lot of work done on our new house and they really seemed to be willing to move mountains to get it done within our time-line. When it came time for the Job, the started when they said they would. It took as long as they said it would, their employees were very nice and communicated with me well. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. We have had the roof for 2 months now and I haven't had one single problem or concern with the job they did. Also, the final amount they charged me was less than what they quoted and they had to use a lot more plywood they anticipated. I don't know how it worked out that way, but amazing!

The work crew were very professional. Had the roof done in a day. Clean up was excellent. Tina in the office is a gem.

They did an excellent job from the thorough initial estimate to the completion of the project. Tina answered all my questions and explained the process in detail. During the project, she called me often to see if I was happy with the progress and informed me of the wood cost replacement that was necessary. I found it quite challenging to get roofing companies to come out in a timely manner to give an estimate. In the end, I obtained 4 estimates and decided on Albright Roofing. Albright Roofing & Contractors are the REAL DEAL! My wife and I searched referrals from friends & neighbors; entertained bids from 3 other roofing professionals and before pulling the trigger (signing a contract) reviewed all the fine print. Albright was up front and simple to understand without smoke & mirrors. It was a delight when the team(s) showed up on time, did an amazing turn-around of only two days from beginning to end...(a WOW! considering that even before the new shingles went on, nine sheets of new plywood had to be replaced.) Our home is not small and also had a flat roof that needed repair. That was accomplished in less than a day by a separate but equally talented professional named Max and his partner Jeff. All the people I dealt with from day one throughout the process were kind and knowledgable. Connie & I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I found Albright Roofing on Angie's List as I use it to find almost all service companies that I have not previously used or don't have a glowing recommendation from via a friend. I am glad that I did, and now hope that someone else will realize they can trust Albright Roofing for their needs. While I hope I won't need them again, I would certainly call them when I do need them. I know I will need a new roof eventually and they will be the first company I call.

The repair went 35 feet long and they were extremely careful about removing the gutters and protecting my landscaping. Very neat and clean up was complete. Everything was in order and they made sure I was satisfied with it all before they left.

Albright Roofing was out quickly. They gave me a estimate and the price was pretty fair. The estimator was very friendly and joked around with me as i was a long lost friend. He explained everything to me on why the price was the way it was. He explained what materials would be needed, how long it would take, and how the process of the repair goes. After i accepted the job they were out quickly. I didn't have to sit in my house with a big hole above me for long. They came and tarped my roof for the mean time so no type of"mother nature" would get into the home. From the estimator to the office staff to the workers they all were just great. I would recommend Albright to any of my friends and family even to strangers. ALBRIGHT IS THE WAY TO GO!!!

The scheduling process makes it virtually impossible for those of us with variable work schedules to schedule an appointment. When I called, the person answering the phone needed to get with a scheduler in order to make an appointment. This necessitated a call back. I the appt time she gave didn't work for me, we'd have to go through the whole thing again. After three rounds I said no thank you. Not being able to schedule a time directly with someone is very very inconvenient.

I have been a repeated customer and have called and written several times and feel consideration should have at least be made to fit me in with an appointment by now. It's been over 2 months almost 3.

Great. Albright's roofer crew was outstanding. On top of it, they were fast and completed the job in 3 days. Cleanup was outstanding, the best I'd ever seen. I'm very pleased and have been recommending Albright ever since. My neighbors also observed the work being done and were impressed, and that says a lot.

Excellent. Everyone I dealt with from Max who provided a quote to Tina & Stacey in the office to the installation crew were all friendly, courteous and professional. All went as planed, even two days earlier than originally scheduled.

I think they did a really good job, I wish someone would have told me how horrible it was gonna be trying to stay in the house while they were doing it, because all the dust and all of that kind of stuff but I didn't have anywhere to go anyway so but I was kind of surprise that my power bill went up I was thinking it was gonna go down you know with a new roof but I think it's because it's the time of year. when I told them about it they said well have somebody go up in the attic and see if the ducts had holes in them or something but right at this point I spent every dime I had getting the roof fixed so I can't get up in that attic, but the people that worked for him were very nice they did the best they could to pick up all the nails and everything they were good. From when they started I think it took them a day and a half I was amazed that they could get it done that quickly. In here is an email form them we have completed the roof replacement at your home attach the final invoice for your review and they were gonna do some work on my porch and unfortunately the porch didn't survivor all the banging on the roof so they end up replacing the porch as best as they could and of course I still need to paint it and everything you have to wait for the wood to cure. Well they did right back to me every time I called them, I felt very comfortable with letting them do my roof. After that we had this monsoon about a month later and there were no leaks and also they did take my chimney off from the old oil stove that we had in the house when it was built.

They don't need my business! I certainly don't want to give it to someone who doesn't earn it. As a plus at least they called to cancel the day of the appointment.

Estimate was thru emailing, went to store to pick out color. Did get incorrect information on shingles for extended warranty and Stacey realized this before placing shingle order. Had to pick out shingle color again the day before they were to start, but since they were not too far from my work, it wasn't that big of a deal. They were very careful at covering everything around the house to protect the pool and plants while working. It only took two days and they cleaned up both days before I came home from work. Had 8 pieces of plywood replaced along with 30 linear ft of trim and 40 ft of facia. Passed inspection first time around which was a first for more from last time I did flat roof 8 years by another company. So happy about that! Roof looks good and Tina and Stacey were very nice girls. Was pretty simple all around to get it done.

Albright is terrific. Their people are friendly and hard working. I have used them on several occasions and they are prompt and professional.

Had water coming in from my bathroom ceiling, so I booked a $299 Tile Roof Tune-up in the hopes that I would not need an entirely new roof. The communication from the getgo with Albright was perfect....set up the time for them to come, they showed up on time. Got up in the attic, found the leaks, and repaired it. Mentioned I would not need a new roof right away too, which was good to hear. The real test.....Tropical storm Colin was here a week ago and not a single drop of water during the event, so I KNOW they did a great job. Very pleased, and will call them when its time to replace the entire roof.

Albright did a great job and we are very pleased with the new roof. They worked efficiently and quickly to remove and replace our roof and skylight. Their clean up was thorough. Great company, I will recommend them to friends and family.
