Coastal Carpet & Tile has been open and servicing all flooring needs from Residential, Commercial, and Multi-Family Developments since 1999. We currently have 14 full time employees and 8 installation crews consisting mostly of qualified and insured sub-contractors. We have been members of Carpet One a national flooring CO-OP since 2002. With over 1000 stores world wide we have enormous buying power. We do offer financing options.
"Everything went smoothly. We were on a time crunch, and had to change the installation date to the weekend. Austin was our guy and he was always on top of things and was in contact with us. They didn’t have the transition pieces available on the dates the installers showed up but he said it was not a problem for them to do the flooring first, and transitions a couple days later. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but we live in a rural area, far away from their company so it’s a pain to get out here! The flooring looks and feels awesome. I don’t remember what it’s called but it’s an innovative, durable, lifetime guaranteed type of flooring. Most expensive, but worth the price since we have 2 dogs and 2 cats."

"I hired the provider in April 2024 to complete flooring work and replace a shower. Since then, I ve experienced two main issues the grout on the shower bench is coming loose and the flooring wasn t installed properly. On top of that, the provider caused damage to my property, including holes in the wall. The last time I heard from them was on March 14th, 2025, when they said they would come back to fix everything, but they never returned. I paid approximately $10,700 in cash and signed a contract for the work, which included a five-year warranty. At this point, I m simply asking for them to come back and complete the job as promised."
