wonderful experience...

This was for warranty work under a maintenance plan we have. $60 is the deductible. Not sure how much the work was worth but think I saw a job order that had it costed out at $300+. Can't tell you much about the price except that they seem trustworthy.Service, though, I can help with. They were wonderful.I live in a house that has an AC system that is probably 12 years old. I have lived here the last seven. Like clockwork, the air handler in the house would start leaking water (condensation) inside the house rather than drain it to the outside of the building. Every year, the same drill. Finally, the warranty company happened to dispatch Gembecki and they fixed it for good. Installed some new plumbing but just a few pieces to make it all work more efficiently. If I did not have the warranty and was charged $300 I would have to say that it was worth it. They explained everything they were doing before and as they were doing it and gave me some tips on a couple things I can do to help keep it all working properly. They're good. Another one is Ajax Plumbing. Also good.

Appointment was for 0800. At 0803 I received a call from the office checking to verify appointment. I stated I was home waiting as the appointment was for 0800. She apologized for the tardiness and stated that technician was leaving then and would be there as quickly as he could. Technician (Jesse) arrived, answered all of my questions regarding the thermostat and filter sensor. He then went through his service procedures both inside and outside explaining to me what he was doing as I tend to ask questions about what and why he was doing certain steps. He explained, although my air filter had been in servive for just over a year, it was still relatively very clean and did not need replacing at that time and I should get several more months out of it. I elected to purchase a new filter to have on hand when the time came to replace it because of the "no pressure" demeanor to "buy now" and I knew I would need it a little later anyhow. Jesse was very thorough and professional. His knowledge and great attitude wiped out my negative thoughts about being late for the appointment. He turned what started out as a possible bad experience into a very positive experience and an attaboy for Gembecki Mechanical Services.

I call them when there is a problem with my A/C. They come out and make the problem go away. The A/C stays fixed for a long time. They bill me a very fair and reasonable price and I'm happy.

They are wonderful. They have done a great job with our heating and air conditioning system and they have replaced our air conditioners that have gone down in our house for over twenty years. They did our office for thirty years with no problem. They are great. They are reliable, honest and dependable and they do a thorough job. Their price is reasonable. They are not extremely expensive but they are not cheap. The quality of their work is excellent. It is outstanding. They are very professional. We would recommend them to others and would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

We called Gembecki Mechanical Services Monday morning to have a technician inspect our heat/AC unit. We had experienced poor heat performance over the very cold weekend. Gembecki had installed the unit not 9 months earlier and it was still under warranty. The service technician came out before noon and thoroughly inspected system and found the unit to be working properly. Service was prompt and the technician was courteous and professional. There was no charge for the inspection.

We have a Home Warranty through American Home Shield and Gembecki was the provider that they proposed for repairs on two occassions. On the first occassion, they did call within the specified 48 hours, made an appointment for the service. They showed up slightly, though not significantly late on this occasion. The work was performed well and the unit was restored to service. On the second occasion, however, they did not respon within 48 hours as required and still had not responded despite two messages left by me and at least two more left by American Home Shield. After 4 days, AHS finally contacted another service company who responded quickly and resolved our issue.

It cost under $100 but I don't remember the exact price. It went very well. They showed up on time and did the job well. They were courteous.

Job went great from scheduling to completion. Very friendly and efficient. Quick response and very professional. I would not hesitate to use them.

They were very good. They were very prompt. When I call them, they call me right back. Their price is fair. They provide good warranty. Overall, their workmanship is good.

It was quite some time ago and as far as I recall I was satisfied. At the time I had a contract with American Home Services and they sent them. I really dont recall details but I felt I would call them again if I needed to.

Salesman was very professional answered all my questions and explained the different units and there differeces in an easy to understand manner. Installation people were clean, professional and on time.

Gembecki came and fixed the problem. They were very cordial and very easy to work with.

OUTSTANDING...... We plan to use Gembecki for preventative A/C and heating maintenance.

Overall fairly well. Do charge more per service visit than other companies when came back to replace part in furnace.

House was hot when we returned from an evening out on Saturday night. No A/C and the compressor wasn't on so we used fans for the night. Called the next morning at 7:30. Was called back by service man within the hour. He explained that since it was Sunday there would be a extra charge for the weekend of $60 dollars for the service call or we could wait until Monday. We set up appointment for Sunday. He (Alan) actually arrived earlier than estimated and replaced capacitor in compressor. All was done within an hour and our house is cool again.

We were told we would not be disappointed if we used this company, and we were not. We will definitely use them in the future when/if the need arises.

What was supposed to take a day and a half, only took a day, because they were able to send out another man to help, so that was a plus. They laid down tarps on the stairs to control the mess, and they cleaned up after themselves. The three guys were very professional, clean and quiet. The sales rep., George, came out to make sure the guys were doing what he outlined on the work order. I was very impressed with this company.

I have been using them for years now. They are very good. They are very punctual as well when they have to come over. I think that we pay them the yearly fee for their maintenance but they come in twice a year to do the inspections.

Their pricing was comparable. They worked quickly and were very professional. They explained what they are doing and gave me a good run down of problems that might come up. I would recommend them to others.

I have never had any problems with their service. Their pricing is very competitive. They come out when I need them to and always show up on time. We have used their service many times in the past. They are very reliable and they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE BASED ON OUR COMPARISON. THEY WERE QUICK TO COME AND CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM. THEY TOOK MAYBE HALF A DAY.
