Description of Work: Came out to repair a non-functioning A/C unit. They were available earlier than scheduled, gave me a call to confirm and came right out. Spotted the problem right away and replaced a part, tested the unit and were done in no time!Very pleasant experience!

Description of Work: "bought a 2 stage amana AC. love the ac, but didn't love the thermostat. it was hard to program and made loud clicks. the salesman insisted this was normal. he pushed me to keep it. he said he had the same exact thermostat in his house. I asked him if the clicking bothered him and he said he barely heard it. and he also said any i replaced it with would click. well I put my foot down and got another thermostat. and surprise... it doesn't click. and the guy who put it in said yes i wasn't the only one complaining about that thermostat. | |the rule is the customer is always right. why fight with customers? | |I might point out there do a great job. for example, they replaced the line between the outside unit and the one in the garage. that's the right thing to do, but few contractors will do this. |"

Description of Work: I have used Gembecki for several years now for annual PM on heating and air conditioning. The have always been very professional and prompt. There cost for services are resonable and competetive. When it came time to replace my HVAC unit their price was fair and their work was excellent. I will continue using this company in the future.

Description of Work: Wow. What a company! After spending most of my Saturday trying to find someone that was familiar with my fancy computerized a/c system AND that worked on weekends, their tech called me and walked me through rebooting it over the phone. Problem fixed and it cost me nothing. I am going to sign up for their preventitive maintenance service. Very very impressed.
