Oct 17th Engineering & Zoning reject, missing Impervious Drainage Calculations, ROW Permit & max. width driveway can't exceed 30% of lot & confirm double driveway will not exceed 18ft. Oct 24th by email George is notified of rejection, needs corrections. Nov 12th, George submits corrections to Manny, reviewer. (WAITS till Dec 10th for Zoning corrections to Andrea.) For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay $600 to $1,800, and for a driveway that is 500 square feet, that cost averages $1,500 to $4,500. Resurfacing your driveway will give you the look and feel of a new surface without the hefty cost.
You may want to hire a concrete floor contractor to check out your home’s concrete surfaces or inspect your home’s foundation for minor damages that they can fix while on site.
