The contractor didn’t speak any English and we had to rely on google translate; which cause a problem in nuanced meanings in the translation. He was negligent in preparing and destroyed a sprinkler pipe, which I happen to see before he poured the concrete and had him repair. If I had not seen that, I don’t think he would have addressed the matter and it would have caused major problems later. After pouring the driveway; the color was NOT consistent and I had no choice but to paint; which was not the original plan. Of course I had to pay extra again to paint and the end result was not to the level expected nor did it match the sample given of what was wanted; and I had to insist that he paint all the way to garage door. He kept saying that the 6 inch lip right next to the driveway, outside the garage door, was not part of the driveway even though it was part. He eventually painted it, for more money, but you can see that he didn’t put in the care to do it correctly and I’ll have to redo it. I was driving when he finish the job and I wanted to wait 15 minutes to get to a location to send him his money. He was very nasty and insisted that I send him the money right then. I assume he wanted me to stop on the highway or mess with my phone while driving to send the funds. This really left a negative feel to this experience and I will never work with him again or recommend him to anyone.

No one wanted to help me when the roots of my oak trees started lifting the concrete pads of my driveway. Labrada came out the day after I reached out and did a fantastic job. They lifted the slabs and cut out all the roots that were making the pads uneven and put the slabs back down on the same day. Left everything put back together and saved me from having to break up my driveway and. I completely redo it.

They were very prompt and polite they worked very efficiently quickly. I was very pleased with their work. They did every thing that they said that they would and timely. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who needs their service.

The patio slab in my backyard when I purchased 3 years ago was a mess. Uneven, piecemeal, ugly. Labrada was AMAZING! Quick to provide a quote, came to look/measure the day before my repair, on time with a professional crew who tended to my job. We had a slight issue because just as they were finishing it, the sky opened up and it POURED! They had to basically start from scratch bc the rain washed most of their original work away. They stayed until after 6:30 pm to complete the job. It looks AMAZING compared to the beginning. I am happy and proud of my backyard now. I feel safe walking on it because I won’t trip. The work ethic of Labrada is outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Amazing, the crew was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and project was completed quickly. Same crew was hired within the week of completion for concrete sealing and artificial grass installation. Extremely happy with all results, 10/10 would hire again.

We hired them for the front walkway and driveway - we were very happy with the finished work. These guys were reliable and true to their word. He promised us it would take four days and it did even if he had to work extended hours to get the job done.! They are hard workers and you can tell they are professionals. This company was so professional. They came in and conducted their business quickly without a mess. They were the most affordable that we could find. Excellent. Jose communicated with me promptly after submitting project request and provided a reasonable quote. He and his team began working on the project shortly after agreeing to the quote. Framing was done within the same day to the exact requirements specified. Just as he said, the concrete truck was here the following morning pouring the slab before I got to make my morning cup of coffee. By noon the job was completed and without issues. I would highly recommend for the great communication, price and quality work provided.
