I contacted the company and they came out within about an hour. checked the system and indicated the well pump (in the well) needed to be replaced. We agreed and they came in early the next morning and began work. they changed the pump and I had water by noon. The price seemed reasonable for the amount of work involved ($1,200). which is inline with the amounts I researched for this type of work.

It was great. They were very good. They fixed our problem and charged us appropriately.

They have been servicing my water system since April 2013. Very professional. Prompt. Courteous. No complaints.

We are satisfied with them. They have done a good job at a reasonable.

They always come on the day we call them or at the least the next day. I always wish they could be cheaper but prices are what they are. Richard understands my frustration.

The young man that came out was really nice and very efficient. We had him out to fix a leak in the pool and he noticed our pool pump was leaking and so he went out and got the part and came back and fixed it the next day. This kept of us from losing the pump unnecessarily. And he fixed the pool leak in rapid time also.

Communicating with Scott both through the company telephone number and his personal cell was easy, direct and professional. The final cost figure was exactly what we had agreed upon. Curtis arrived on time and was on the site for only about 3 or 4 hours to perform the removal of all of the old equipment, install and set up the new equipment and give me instructions. My entire water system is new now and our water quality inside the house is greatly improved. Curtis was professional, courteous and thorough, so far as I can determine. After about 30 days the equipment appears to be operating correctly. I expect to be using Water Medic again in the future for occasional maintenance and I would recommend their services.

I will use this company again for all my water softener supplies and repairs.

I have "never" hit the lotto, but finding Water Medic Of Cape Coral Inc. on Angie's List was certainly a Grand Slam (home run with the bases loaded), maybe the way someone would feel about winning the lotto. My wife and I moved to Naples Florida in 2006 and had our house built in the same year, which came with a contractors grade water softener system. In 2007 we began to experience equipment breakdowns and by 2012 had totally replaced our system to a whole house reverse osmosis system which was functional at best, but also started to degrade after only one (1) year. Frustrated and not wanting to just move on to just another company, I decided to check Angie's List and that's where I found Water Medic. My first experience was with the owner Mr. J.R. Jackson Jr. who came on board and explained to me and my wife what his company was prepared to do for us, to include a system upgrade and his maintenance program. My most recent experience was on 04/25/2013, when Technician Curtis was conducting his monthly maintenance check and discovered that the system was not generating the required amount of water that the system was designed to do. He immediately called his company and by the next day came back and replaced all the necessary equipment to correct the problem. I can honestly say that Curtis demonstrated a level of professional skills that only come from a well trained technician, he is truly an asset to his company, which also speaks volumes for his company. I highly recommend Water Medic Of Cape Coral Inc., especially to those who are just getting started in a new home, and also especially to those who like me did not have any other place to turn to. We moved into our home and noticed that the smell of the water was like rotten eggs so we called Water Medic - we had used them in the passed when we rented out our home and they had taken great care of the System then, and we were just as happy with them this time. Someone came out to give us an estimate within 24 hours and they set up the work in a timeframe that worked for us and they were very punctual. Jeremy came out and serviced the outside pumps and was very professional and Knowledgable of everything he was doing, he was able to come out the following day to service and clean the R/O system so we could have drinking water in the house. We have used them everytime we have needed any services for our well system and they are always very punctual, professional, and helpful.

I called for an explanation of services offered and got a quick, informative response. I was in contact with various people at the company that were very helpful and responsive. Got an estimate, agreed on price and scheduled an install date. Watermedic did everything they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and finished on schedule. Great experience with a good group of people.

They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I had some maintenance issues and some repairs that needed to be done on the softener and the well equipment and their prices were very reasonable. The service on the RO was great. It was very thorough. They even had my water tested with the county after they were done! They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. If you ever need work done I would definitely call them!!

I was having problems with my well system (noticed that the salt was not moving through the system) and the timer did not seem to be working properly. I contacted Water Medic after seeing their high score on Angie's List. They responded promply and set up an appointment to check the system over. Scott showed up right on time, was very professional and very informative. He made several recommendations to improve the system but also made it clear that not everything had to be done to solve the current problem. I elected just to get the immediate issues resolved. Mike, the technician came out a couple of days later (as scheduled) and fixed everything on the list. He was also very professional and "walked" me through the fixes. It has been about 10 days and everything seems to be running great! I'm very happy with the service and will definitely call them again.

A service technician came within an hour of my call, assessed the problem and fixed it. I had water within 6 hours of first identifying that there was a problem, and on a Saturday, too! I have had previous dealings with this company in the past for other equipment (water softener, water aerator tank, etc. ) and have always found them to be very responsive to calls and quick to restore water to my home.

I randomly called them one time and they went out of their way to answer all of my questions regarding my water system, on a weekend, during off hours. So I went back when I actually needed some parts for my water system. Each person was more than willing to take time to explain and answer questions. The best service I've seen in this area.

I got them from Angie’s List and I was very pleased with them. The thing I was real impressed about was that the pump had gone out on a Friday and I called them on a weekend. They came out on a weekend and had my water working; so I wasn’t stuck without water all weekend. I was very happy with that. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family members, and in fact I hope to use them again. I’ve discussed with them about other things that I need to get done in the future, which I just can’t afford this time. I definitely will be using them again. The price wasn’t too bad.

For the RO system, Richard came to the house, gave us the estimate and the system was installed in less than a week. The installation took only one day and Richard came back to make sure everything was Ok. Again, great!

They are the best company I've dealt with in this area. They are good. The owner is the one that does the work. I am very satisfied and happy. Their prices were a little lower and quite evenly priced. I called on another property I have and they came within two hours of when I called.

They did a good job. They came right away and they gave me a good price that somebody mentioned. They were real nice. They were not sloppy and they did a real professional job. I would recommend them. Everything is fine and it works great. I would probably use them again.

Called them on a Sunday and someone actually answered the phone.We set up an appt. for Mon. and they were on time,did'nt have a time frame like some places,they were here on time.Plus the estimate was free! I had called another place and they wanted $89.00 just to tell what was wrong.I would use them again and told people at work about them.

We recently bought a house that had been empty for 2 years. Once we got the electricity on and the water running, we could not stand the smell of sulfur coming out of every faucet. Water Medic tested the water, inspected the well system and made recommendations that kept us from unnecessarily replacing it with a new and expensive system that another company wanted to sell to us. We set an appointment for rebedding the aerator, cleaning the tanks, replenishing bleach and salt. One week later they showed, on the dot, to perform the service. The water is clean and does not smell anymore. They were very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, gave us all the details, and worked very fast. We contracted their monthly maintenance service.

Overall, the service was top notch.

I was more than happy with their service. The price was reasonable. The owner came over after the job was done checking everything out which is unusual. I am real surprised by this company, my neighbors mentioned them and said they were happy so that's why I called them. So far, I am happy. I shopped around and they were slightly lower than others. They told me they'd be here at 8 and at 8 sharp they were here. They warrantied the job for a year, then if you pay a monthly fee everything is covered.
