Water Medic Of Cape Coral

Description of Work: We needed a new water system so we called water medic. They came out the next day to inspect our well water and our system. The representative was very professional and knowledgeable. They came out 2 days later to install our new system. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: I was having a problem with my water not being soft, I called & Mike was able to have someone come out the same day to take a look at my problem. Scott was the technician and he was very professional, polite and informational. He evaluated all my equipment and was able to find my problem after about 1/2 hour. Although I asked many questions,he was not annoyed in the least. Lucky for me it was only a small piece on my suction in my brine tank that needed to be replaced. He tested the softness, which was very hard and said he was confident that my problem was fixed and he would return Monday or Tuesday to recheck. As promised he showed up Monday and my water tested soft again! Yeah and thankyou Scott. I will definitely use Water Medic in the future and advise friends about them as well.
