Excellent...diagnose,,order parts...return as promised...fixed.

Washer was not repaired.Paid $120.00. Was told he would purchase a part and come back.No shows for 2 appt's.Did text us and say he would take care of the problem.Never heard from him again.Not the way an honest person should handle a situation.

Tech came earlier than promised. Was the best I have ever used. JG

He was timely courteous and knew what he was doing. We kept his card and would use him again without consternation. We will refer him to our friends.

Mr B contacted me promptly, he came by that afternoon diagnosed the problem and after agreeing to the price he ordered the parts needed. We asked if the repair was worth it since the washer is a couple of years old, he inspected the others parts and since everything else looks good we decided to do it. He came back a couple of days later to repair the washer machine. The job was done fast and the machine is working just fine!

When I called Mr. B (Edwin) and explained my problem he took the time to explain the likely cause of my dryer failure and gave me an estimate of cost. The next day he arrived with appropriate parts to repair my dryer AND cleaned my rooftop dryer vent which was the blocked and caused my dryer's thermal fuse and thermostat to break. He is an excellent communicator and a skilled, honest repairman.

The washer was not worth repairing that was not the problem The first ap was canceled by the company then he did not show up for the second ap until I called and he admitted he did not remember that he made the ap because he was in the truck when he answered the phone and did not write it on his schedule It was for 8am but he came around an hour after I called He took $15 off the charge because of his error,,

Very nice and po!ite. Silly fridge filter on.bottom. Housing broke..He had to lay on floor to see problem. Ordered part and returned to fix. Will call when needed.

It went awesome. He was very professional but yet made you feel comfortable in his knowledge to fix the side by side fridge. I would, and will, recommend him. I will request Mr. B for any and all repair services. A job well done. John M. Taylor

Mr. B came with in 30 minutes of my call late Friday afternoon to turn off the water. He ordered the part that was needed and came the following Monday to install it. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Very nice and polite person, overall. He was prompt and professional. We are very pleased with his work.

He was suppose to come between 10-12noon on 6/3/2020 and he called me at 11am and said he had a family issue and could he reschedule. He was rescheduled for 6/5 between 10-12 and he was a no show.

I hired a plumber that said my dryer would cost more to repair than it was worth. I started searching for a new dryer then received a call from Mr B he offered to come look at the dryer. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. Within 10 mins he determined the problem and repaired my dryer. I will definitely use him in the future for appliance repairs.

Excellent service. Erwin called within the hour of filling out the online form and was at my house within two hours fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and will definitely call them again when needed.

Received phone call just after submitting request. Mr B came out the next morning. Ordered part and returned two days later with part and put it in place. Mr. B called back the next day to ensure that the Ice maker was working fine.

The garbage disposal was replaced and worked for a day. He had to come back the next day and rewire it and it has worked since. He made two attempts to determine the source of the leak in the refrigerator and could not determine where it was coming from. I then decided to just get a new refrigerator after discussing my options.

Very pleased with repair. The dishwasher was 2 months out of warranty and Mr. B made sure it was working properly and not leaking.

Excellent! Erwin identified the source of the refrigerator leak and patiently worked to resolve it. Samsung had misdiagnosed the problem twice, which was very frustrating, but Erwin knew immediately what the problem was. He was very pleasant and focused the whole time he was here. I definitely recommend him!

Erwin was hired to hang our Microwave, repair the ice machine and repair the dishwasher. He told my wife he needed payment up front in order to pay for parts. My wife paid him. The the roller coaster ride began. He fixed the ice maker right way. He said he didn't have time that night. He told me that he could not mount the microwave because the microwave required screws the were unique for the device and would need to order it. I called him a dozen times to see when he would come back and finish... he kept putting me off. He a lots of unique excuses. Finally, he came back with the microwave screw... but "surprise" it was the wrong size.. he would need to order another. When asked about the dishwasher his response was the parts had not come in... I went to the hardware store and purchased the screws (common machine screws). If hung the microwave and called him to ask about the dishwasher and he stated again after 2 weeks that the parts have not come in... I told him to just forget about it. I was told that everything would be repaired in 1 maybe 2 nights. He was unprofessional, dishonest (he has yet to send us our money back) but and incompetent. My wife came to Angies was because the people who were thoroughly vetted and we could trust them. Absolute worst experience.
